"He/She's Here!"- Chapter One

Your Point of View

I had finally gotten out of College, but now I needed a new place to live, 'cause I'm not staying with my parents any longer.

There wasn't really much to do in London anyways so-

My thoughts were cut off when I felt my phone vibrate, I looked at my phone and realized my brother was calling me.

I picked up:

"What's it now, Matt? Did the reflection in the mirror ask you out, or did the unusual happen that you need to talk to me?"

"Well, uh, no! Actually, since you've moved out, and you've finished college, I was wondering if maybe you'd like to live with us..?"

Woah, what? He isn't talking about mirrors? Wow, that's uh— that's new? And "us"?

"What do you mean 'us''?"

"Me, Edd and Tom!"

" 'Edd, Tom, and I' " I correct him

Oh well then, I guess

"Now, mirror and I have some business to attend to, don't we mirror~"

There's his mirror, ugh

"Go make out with your mirror later, can you just text me the address?"

He hangs up and gives me the address, then I drive there.

~TimeSkip~

I parked and got out of my car, went to the first building, to the room Matt told me then knocked on the door

Knock, knock, knock!

Knock, knock--

The door unlocks, and I see a man in a green hoodie.

Is that..?

Nah, it's not Edd..

... Right?

Edd's Point of View

Is that?

It's Y/N!

He/She is Matt's sister/brother, and that's how it was until he/she moved schools!

Oh yeah, that's right, he/she was my elementary crush.. hah, nice

Your Point of View

"Hello there, I'm Matt's sibling, Y/N, is it okay that I see Matt right now?" I politely ask, then following it with a joke, "Unless he's making out with a mirror"

We laughed, he let me in, calling Matt.

Surprisingly, Matt wasn't with a mirror.

"So uh, what's up?" I say, trying to start up a conversation with my brother

"My self esteem" he jokes, grinning like an idiot

"So where am I living?"

"We all have separate rooms in the flat; there was this one room that is still open and I was wondering if you'd like it?"

"Oh? Well, I guess I could move there, since I don't think that'll be much trouble"

"None at all!" And he departs, to the.. uh. Bathroom..?

Oh yeah, mirrors.

Duh..!

That leaves Edd and I alone.

Oh golly, I'm horrible at talking to people

"So, you're Edd Vance[1]?" I ask, remembering my elementary friends Edd Vance, Tom Fletcher[2], and Tord Fretheim [3]

"Yeah, and you're Y/N McLennan [4]?"

"Sister/Brother to Matt McLennan, yep"

"Okay, would you like some cola?"

"Would I!" I laughed, he handed me some cola, and we started throwing puns at each other.

~Probably 1 hour later~

"Well, I'll just buy and move into the flat, shouldn't be much anyways considering the size of this one" I tell Matt and Edd, smiling

I ended up buying the flat and living next-door to Matt

A fresh new start with my brother and some friends, wonderful

Edd's Point of View

She/He's actually moving here? That's swell! I can't wait!

Well I should probably rest now, it is..
