Edd's point of view
I woke up and saw Y/n still in my arms, her light breathing and her shoulders raising and lowering. I stared at her for a while, thinking of how bad her father must have treated her. Then I remembered she spoke to me yesterday. I smiled and felt my cheeks slightly warm up.
I was snapped out of my thoughts as she shifted around, showing that she was waking up. Her eyes fluttered open and she looked up at me.
"Morning." I smiled, which she gladly returned. She did a small yawn that sounded like a puppy and snuggled back down into the blankets.
"Y/n, we've gotta get up." I whispered.
She whimpered and slowly let me go. I sat up and stretched, but in the corner of my eye I saw   Y/n staring at me.
"You okay?" I asked snapping her into reality.
She nodded and stood up walking out the door. I chuckled and followed her into the kitchen. She had a bag of gummy bears in her hand and she smiled Sweetly as she ate them. I walked over to the fridge and pulled out a can of cola. I sat down next to her as she placed another gummy bear into her mouth. I chuckled at her childish actions and she lightly blushed. She pulled out another and put it up to my mouth.
"Aah." She said quietly. I shrugged and opened my mouth widely for her to place it in. Her fingers brushed my tongue accidentally and she pulled back quickly. I closed my mouth and blushed as she did the same. She looked at me with an apologetic look. I smiled to let her know it was okay and she sighed.
I gave her a pat on the head and she pulled her hoodie over her face.
"Hello? Where'd you go?" I said peeking in the top.
She looked up at me with a small smile and giggled. I then realised out faces were so close our noses were basically touching. I was about to close the gap when I heard a voice behind me.
"Edd? What are you doing?" Matt asked. I pulled back away from Y/n and blushed.
"N-nothing!" I said sheepishly, earning giggles from Y/n.
"Ooookaaaay. Well, me and Tom are going to the store today. Do you need anything?" He asked.
"Cola for me, and gummy bears for Y/n." I smiled.
"Alright, well seeya." He said walking off, leaving me and Y/n alone.
