When the morning sun glimmered the streets of Canterlot, Fluttershys birds chirped in the trees, as the only girl in the cottage rose up from her slumber and began to prepare some breakfast for her guests, who were still deep asleep. Ed and Eddy are used to waking up by an obnoxious alarm clock or something falling onto their faces. Edd wakes up by an alarm clock as well, but doesn't expect anything to fall on his face. When breakfast was finished preparing, she politely wakes up the boys and serves them grain breakfast items such as toast and bagels, and fruits too.  

"Hey, where are the eggs and bacon?" Eddy asked as he checked the kitchen for the food he was in the mood to eat. Fluttershy looks at him confusingly, while Edd gives him a glare.

"Eddy where are your manners?? ahem... sorry Fluttershy, this looks like a wonderful meal!" Edd smiles and crunches into an apple.

Fluttershy smiles as she continues to eat her own breakfast. "Thank you... I'm sorry I don't have any bacon, eggs or sausages, I respect the pigs in the pig pen and the chickens."

Edd nods for her love for animals while Eddy ate what was on the table.

After sometime after breakfast, the Ed boys were ready for their first day of school. Fluttershy just finished preparing for the day after applying some makeup and checking some last minute inspections for her animals.

"Its okay my little cuties, I'll be back in a few hours and then we can play again!" She waves goodbye as they left for the bus stop.

The 4 traveled to the schools bus stop, but no bus was insight. Eddy was wondering why the bus wasn't on time, but soon find out that they actually MISSED the bus...

"Oh dear... I'm sorry its my fault... We should've left earlier..." she looks down on herself, but Eddy pouted without puffing his cheeks and said, "Great, does that mean we have to walk to school this time?..."

Edd shook his head as he insured what to do at a crisis like this. He needed Fluttershy to get on top of Ed like a piggy back ride, while himself and Eddy are holding on to his feet.

"Uhh... Why are we making ourselves look like idiots?" Eddy question Edds plan.

"Just a minute..." Edd fishes his pocket for something that must be important, and pulls out a picture of an ugly blond girl, which strangely made Ed jump and run away like a maniac.

"ICKY MUSHY KANKERS!!!!" He screeched as he moves only with his arms at inhuman speeds. Fluttershy was screaming as if someone was on a tall roller coaster ride.

Fluttershys whole view on this is like riding a tiger through the wide field of grass at its fastest speed, but she isn't about living to the extreme so she whimpered along the way to the front of the school. Eddy and Ed yelp as they held on with all of their might. The four see the school in the nick of time and the girl jumps onto a bush and lands safely. While Ed slams his face into a streetlight, which launched Edd and Eddy on the grass.

"There's gotta be a safer way to do stuff like that..." Eddy rubs his head from the impact. Fluttershy runs up to Ed to see if he was okay, but he quickly gets up as if nothing happened.

"Umm... How can you move like that after such a harsh blow in the head?..." Ed only looks at her, but Eddy answered her question.

"Cause his thick skull protects his tiny burnt brain." Eddy walks into the school, which made the other two boys follow him, and then Fluttershy entered last.

The school bell rang as Edd and Fluttershy walked away to their 1st period class, Fluttershys friend Applejack had her first class with both of the new boys Eddy and Ed. Their first class was Math, their first assignment was to work together on a page of math from last year as a refresh to start the school year.

20 minutes after the math page was completed, the teacher assigned free time for a prize on the first day. AJ turns her paper in and sees Ed and Eddy.

"Howdy! How are ya two on yer first day at CHS?" AJ welcomely smiles at the two boys.

"Eh, I could be doing better if Edd was also here." Eddy leans his head on his hand as his whole arm rests on the table.

"C-HS is the opposite of a-big-mess!" Ed smiles scribbling oh his math page, not actually doing any of the work on it. Which seemed noticeable to some girls moving by him. Those girls were familiar to Applejack, because they were her little sisters friends named Scootaloo and Sweetiebelle, which came by the boys table.

"Pardon me. Do you have an idea what your doing here?" Scootaloo asked Ed as he only looks at her with his crossed eye contact.

"If it isn't one girl, it's only..... Only...." Eddy dozed off his sentence, distracted by the beauty of Sweetiebelle, which says a lot.

"Umm... Are you ok?" She asked as Ed notices Eddys daydream and slaps him. Eddy squeals and glares at Ed.

"Yeah yeah I'm ok..." He goes back to his own work as the girls walked away, not leaving his eyes off of her.

"Uhh Eddy, are you in love?..." Ed pokes Eddy shoulder to see what was going on with Eddy. But he only pushed his hand away from him and lightly blushed.

"No in not in love, mind your own business..." Eddy hesitates to talk any more and returns to his work.

Meanwhile with Fluttershy and Edd...

The teacher assigns the two timid students to work together on a beginning project to start off their year in school and they seem to work well on a team.

"Don't forget to add that, we must be very precise what we put in..." Edd focuses on his project writing some notes too. Fluttershy was also in contact with this project, but more curious of who was that girl on the photo that made Ed so scared.

"Edd, who was that girl on the picture and why is Ed so afraid of her?..." She asked the note taking brainiac and explained, "That girl was May Kanker, a girl who has a crush on Ed."

Fluttershy raises and eyebrow and waited to hear the rest of the answer. "The reason why Ed was so scared because she has done some... Uh... Painful things not just to him, but us. She also has 2 sisters named Lee and Marie, which also hurts me and Eddy..." Edd goes on it the different way they had bullied them and Fluttershy gets a frown on her face.

"These girls sound awful... Do they love or dislike you?..." The boy only shrugged. "I really can't tell... Now can we please move on to this project please?... Fluttershy nods as they continue to work on the project together.
