The Town known as Eclipse, was first created by a supposedly powerful Wizard who's name remained unknown to that of the populace. However, considering that it was more of a Port Town, being able to trade and travel about by sea to reach other Towns, Eclipse focused on isolation and remaining constricted within a set of boundaries, thus leading them to prosper towards a new Era. 

Understandably, the territory around Eclipse spreads across a fair majority of land. Those who enter the territory would have to either be there to trade, or be there to handle Guild Quests. The control over the territory belongs to what is to be known as the Eclipse Council. A group of five powerful Wizards that have unique and powerful capabilities as each of them had a title of their own.

Each of them are ranked based on their capabilities and strengths, although their titles represent what they are best at, they keep to their titles as a form of authority at times within Eclipse's territories, while also communicating to the Council of Fiore. Though they have been around way longer than most, as many never knew what kind of Magic they used to remain young and in their prime. From the lowest rank to the highest, is ranked on their strengths.

The fifth rank member of the Eclipse Council is the Guardian of Civilization, Mumei Nanashi. Mumei's title represents her authority over civilizations and the protection of humanity. She is mostly known for her friendly demeanour, as well as her somewhat dense nature. However, she is the type to collect and record events that may have occurred within Fiore as a whole. She would investigate many parts of Fiore on her own, being the only member who freely roams about. 

However, Mumei's Magic revolves around Weapon Creation Magic. Which allows her to create weapons from thin air to adjust and adapt to her surroundings. She is also an expert multi-weapon user as well, being what most could consider a prodigy in mastering the arts of weapon combat. Though it is rare for her to get into combat, unless she deems it as the only or last option to resolve a conflict within a civilization, preferring to resolve things diplomatically.

The fourth rank member of the Eclipse Council is the Keeper of Nature, Fauna Ceres. Fauna's title represents her authority over the very nature itself. She is well known for her gentle nature, as well as a form of motherly warmth. However, she is in charge of assuring Eclipse's isolation as the natural habitats around the Town of Eclipse is rather strange, having dangerous wildlife at times, or some might say that the plant life of nature itself is alive.

However, Fauna's Magic revolves around Nature Magic. Which is a very rare form of Magic that allows her to manipulate the life energy of the very nature around her. While she is not completely a fighter, she always manages to use the environment to her advantage if it comes down to it. Yet, one of her many talents is quite a dangerous one, where she is able to create Golden Apples that allows one to rejuvenate and cleanse all wounds and ailments with but a simple bite.  However, she only prefers to share this fruit with those she trusts or deems necessary to use it on.

The third rank member of the Eclipse Council is the Speaker of Space, Sana Tsukumo. Sana's title represents her power over the very fabric of space. She is well known to be very friendly and curious about many things outside of her known and vast knowledge. To her, unexplored areas are always fascinating and she would always want to learn as much as she could like a curious child, making her the most childish but loveable member of the Eclipse Council. However, she strangely has knowledge of what many could possibly imagine to be the Universe itself.

However, Sana's Magic revolves around Spatial Magic. Which allows her to manipulate the very space around here, whether she could create invisible walls that could seem invisible to the naked eye, or even become unbelievably strong, she can tank through many forms of Magic and physical prowess. However, she has a form of limiter placed upon her head as if it was removed, she could actually grow in size and lose control of her power, as it once took a fair amount of the Eclipse Council to get her to return to normal. It is always advised that you never take off her limiter.

The second rank member of the Eclipse Council is the Warden of Time, Kronii Ouro. Kronii's title represents her authority over what many could consider Time itself. She is well known to be one of the most serious members of the Eclipse Council. Having a serious attitude, she takes her role and job seriously as her role in the territory is to ensure the stability and peace within Eclipse and its borders. Basically being in charge of special divisions and if things tend to go wrong, she will confront her enemies herself instead of relying on those who she considers inferior or weak.

However, Kronii's Magic revolves around Time Magic. A rare form of Magic that allows her to manipulate the very fabric of Time itself. It also allows her to travel to places with ease as if she could teleport. Yet, as when it comes to combat, she uses various techniques and time manipulating Magic skills to confuse and outsmart her enemy, making it harder to hit her while making it easier to ruin you. However, many speculate that she is able to see visions of possible future events, making her able to plan ahead of time, though those were mainly speculations.

The number one member, and leader of the Eclipse Council is the Avatar of Chaos, Baelz Hakos. Baelz's title represents her being the law and order of the boundaries of Eclipse. Her role to many was very clear, she is the main head as well as the final say within the Eclipse Council. Though she is mostly known to be a rather bored person, always wanting to find some form of challenge or fight that could entertain her, though at times she couldn't ever find such resolves that could satisfy her. 

However, Baelz's Magic revolves around Chaos Magic. Which as the name implies, she can increase her Magical capabilities based on the fight, terms and conditions. Thus making her Magic to be one where if a fight goes on for too long, she will gain the upper hand. However, many haven't seen her fight at all, so they wouldn't be able to tell how strong she could actually be.

As the Eclipse Council watches over most of the boundaries and borders of the territory surrounding the Town of Eclipse, they have their own unique group that acts as their investigators and the types to take action. This group would be known to all of Eclipse and Fiore as Justice. As the name was dawned to them by the Eclipse Council, their role is simple, seek out justice and take down potential threats along with bringing in criminals for their judgements.

The group consisted of four individuals, each of them having their own strengths and weaknesses. Though while working underneath the Eclipse Council, they hold authority and say of the Eclipse Council. Sometimes they may act as enforcers, sometimes they may act as investigators. However, the truth of the matter is that they handle all the ground work for the Eclipse Council as they act as part of the laws that was implemented to the citizens and those within the borders and boundaries of Eclipse.

The leader of this ragtag group is the Scarlet Queen, Elizabeth Rose Bloodflame. Elizabeth's title refers to her skill, power and grace. Many feared her capabilities and she was known to be one of the most skilled swordswomen alive. She is known to have a somewhat strict personality, though she can be friendly, gentle and polite when she wants to be, but will remain strict to keep the others in line, along with enforcing others to abide to the laws set in stone.

However, Elizabeth's Magic revolves around a form of Fire Magic that she could consider being forever a part of her. Her heart forever burning a bright blue flame while her capabilities are endless when utilizing her sword skills alongside her Fire Magic. Those who stood in her way, would need to be weary of what she could possibly do, as she can incinerate you if she so desired.

The youngest member of the group is known as the Chaser, Gigi Murin. As Gigi's title refers to, she is able to chase down her opponents as many never have been able to outrun her. Though due to her energetic and somewhat dense nature, she can be rather distracted at times when she sees something rather interesting or cool. However, the one thing people really fear about her is the idea that she usually toys with her enemies instead of immediately taking them in, making her rather childish and rambunctious at times.

However, Gigi's Magic revolves around a form of Wind Magic. While Gigi's Wind Magic is rather versatile, she would rather utilize it in her own way, making her more mobile and light on her feet. Yet, she can utilize her Wind Magic with her gauntlets for powerful blows if necessary, so if you encounter her and you're in trouble, she'll most likely mess with you until you submit.

The oldest member of the group is known as the Ancient Automaton, Cecilia Immergreen. As Cecilia's title refers to, she is actually one of the creations of the Wizard who created the Town of Eclipse. She is known to be alive, but not alive at the same time due to her being different than most. She is practically a living soul living within an artificial body. 

While Cecilia's Magic isn't really confirmed, she has a unique adaptation. She is able to learn new things when she wants to pick up a new hobby. From playing instruments to even creating miniature little contraptions. Her original intention was to be a maid to a degree, though due to her gaining independence and refusing to do chores at times under Justice, she prefers to do her own chores and pick up on newer ones to fill up he repertoire. However, don't let that fool you as she too is actually a combat expert in her own rights.

The last member of the group is known as the God's Eye, Raora Panthera. As Raora's title refers to, she actually possesses a strange but yet powerful Magic that allows her to see anything and where they may be. However, she does have somewhat of a clumsy and cat-like attitude at times, while also being a professional artist. While she doesn't fight often, her cat-like reflexes are more than enough to suffice.

However, Raora's Magic is referred to as the God's Eye, which allows her to see where anything and anybody is. With this capability, she's able to draw into detail of who they are and what they look like, however, she wouldn't exactly know their history, background or story. This allows Justice to see who their targets are along with getting certain details that they required to get a layout for tracking them down. Many can't really escape her vision, thus making it nearly impossible to avoid.

Although these people are seen as the authority of the entirety of Eclipse, there's more to the Town of Eclipse than just them. Over time, they developed and advanced some parts of technological prowess while also utilizing Magic in their everyday lives. However, due to the diversity and differences that each and every individual has, the Town of Eclipse has been split into two separate Districts.

The two Districts are referred to as the Iluna District, and the Solei District. Each of these Districts hold their own understandings between utilizing Magic in everyday lives, along with how to handle advancements of technology. However, it is thanks to these two Districts that Eclipse has become the most technologically advanced in comparison to most of Fiore. The Iluna District focused more on utilizing Magic to handle and resolve everyday activities, while the Solei District focused more on utilizing technology more to handle and resolve most activities as well as use some Magic for the more complexed things.

However, within the heart of Eclipse, lies a particular Guild that would act as the central point to Eclipse as a whole. The Eclipse Guild, named after the Town itself. 

The Eclipse Guild always brings forth Guild Members that have potential to bring forth a bright future, as well as keep the darkness in check. The Eclipse Guild would represent the balance between the darkness and the light, where one can't exist without the other. They take on difficult assignments as well as connect with other Guilds across Fiore to either assist or receive newer Guild Quests outside Eclipse.

However, it is also thanks to this Guild that it was able to fund two of the most prestigious Academies throughout all of Eclipse. The Iluna Academy for the Iluna District, and the Solei Academy for the Solei District. These prestigious Academies provide different ways for the newer generations to become who they want to be if they weren't initially seen as potential for the Eclipse Guild. Those who participate within these Academies could have potential, but it will have to be shown through the requirements and regulations provided by the Academies.

The only way for those to join the Eclipse Guild, is to receive the Guild Master's attention, either by earning their respect, being close to them, or being forced into it by the Eclipse Council to make up for their prejudices. The Guild mainly accepts those who have the power to have some of the greatest potentials to exist, as well as being able to follow a simple rule. Being part of the Guild is to be fighting for the people, not just for themselves. The Guild also follows a motto:

Within the Darkness, there is a Light. Where there's Light, there's always a hidden Darkness. The Sun and Moon can be our ally, but can also be our greatest enemy. The Light guides us to a bright future, the Darkness guides us to our strength. The guidance we shall seek, shall be our remedy.

This motto has been part of the Guild ever since its founding. Those who understood this motto, become successful and achieve results, while those who struggle to understand it, become lost and confused. However, it isn't expected of people to understand it right away, as many have their own conflicts, which has both a Light and a Darkness. However, the Guild expects growth and perseverance, understanding and love. While the Guild doesn't act as the law, they enact to protect it at times.

Joining this Guild is no easy feat, and the members within the Guild are well respected by the public. However, if you intend on getting far, respect the code and follow the rules, that is to be expected....

It took me a while to plan this, but essentially, the Vtubers that will appear in this story, I will adjust them to fit the world of Fairy Tail. However, since I am including OCs and such as well along the way, this will be a fairly long story that much I am certain about, considering that I need to do world building and connections to make it work. This story will take place alongside the Fairy Tail storyline, while it might also change some of the events in the process, and perhaps create newer Arcs from the original storyline as well. It will also include character development as well, so expect a lot of that. So for now, I'll see you in the next future updates!
