Dark, daring and torturous thoughts,
Invades in the emptiness of the night,
With prickly thorns of haunted memories,
And sharp and edgy knife of bitter past.

Throttling my heart with its cruel hands,
And kicking my control with it fists.
The scars revives, scratched by its nails,
As it pokes in the eyes of my pains.

It staggers my hopes and cuts my wounds,
Kneeling, I beg for mercy, but get none.
Breathing slow down, heartbeat descends,
As Fears ties up me with tight ropes.

Salty tears rolls over my pale skin,
Alone and breathless, I lay feeling helpless.
Feeling defeated and drowning in blues
I wish for help to put these miseries to end.
