Lust... Like jungle fire,
Engulfs enormously,
The desire and passion it evokes -
Is overwhelming, But...
It dies as faster as it spreads,
Rejecting and shattering what it built.

Lust dies, but not alone
It takes away all respect with it,
And so many times the willingness to trust,
Transforming the giver into pauper,
Who has no love left to share,
Whose life cracks up like a Chinaware.

Love... A soul-feeling phenomena,
Gives more than it takes.
Selflessly cares about the other,
Bringing two hearts together -
Not just bodies, unlike lust...
True love never sees its end.
