Goodbye
So hard to say
Harder to express.
Emotions uncontrollable
Keeps pumping the mind
To not let everything come to an end.
Though needful has to be done,
No point in dragging things and making it more ugly,
If love has lost its existence in hearts.
Both suffer, both get hurt...
The process of letting go kills,
But worse is living together with ego and pride.
They say goodbye
With hopes to move on
And never look back.
I wonder how fast people forget
The memories they created together
The times they spent together creating those memories.
It was hard to believe,
With time I realize, nothing really lasts forever
There is an end to everything and sometimes it's necessary.
Say goodbye,
If you cannot live together with respect and love,
Forgive one another and wish farewell.
Remember the feeling that once kept you together,
Let go of all negativity,
Respect the decision that you made together.
If you are really seeking happiness in future,
Let go of all bitterness that is  ruining you inside.
It looks cruel to happen but it can also be a beginning to a new and better start.

P.S : This is the poem for this book and I am feeling so nostalgic. It was my first poetry collection at Wattpad and it is going to have a "Completed" sign as major portion of the book is under publication and will release in October 2016.
