2016 New Year's Eve

"Noona, what are you doing? We are going to be late." Namjoon asked as he stepped into Aro's room, seeing her dressed in a two-tone purple and black lace evening dress. I am sitting on the floor writing in what looks like a diary.

"Sorry, is it time already?" "Oohh, look at my two babies." Aro made her way to Namjoon, who had Ara in his hands.

Ara was dressed in a baby pink dress, while Namjoon wore a white suit with a baby pink tie.

"Noona, don't change the topic. I asked you a question. What were you doing?" Namjoon stepped back, looking down at Aro, who smiled back at him.

"Well, I'm doing what we have been doing since we were kids. Writing down our happiest memories that we never want to forget." Aro replied.

"You okay, Jagiya?" Namjoon kissed Aro on her head as he held her hand, leading her to the car.

"Never better, my love. I can't believe our baby is going to turn 1 in a few hours. " Aro said as she sat in the driver's seat and drove them to Big Hit.

After a few hours of meeting and greeting everyone at the party, the countdown began and Namjoon held on tight to Aro and Ara while BTS joined them.

"... five, four, three, two, one!

"Happy New Year!"

Everyone shouted as Namjoon kissed Aro. "Happy 2017 everyone. May this be your year and, on that note, Happy 1st Birthday Baby Ara." The D.J announced as everyone made their way towards Aro and Namjoon, wishing their baby girl.

Namjoon, my manager is calling. I'm so sorry. I will be right back. roof top if I take too long and Ara gets crabby. " Aro kissed Namjoon's cheek as she answered her phone, making her way towards the rooftop.

"Thank you, Kara. I will have those paintings ready in a week. See you soon, bye." Aro smiled as she ended her call while still walking up the stairs to the roof.

"Well, that ended quicker than expected." "Might as well star gaze before going back." Aro spoke to herself as she stood on the roof, smiling at the night sky.

"Well, well, well, what do we have here?" A voice spoke besides Aro, which shocked her to the core.

"What are you doing here?" Aro turned around to face her mother, the last person she thought she would see tonight.

"I was invited. Big Hit wants models for a music video, so my company sent me here." Emily smirked as she walked around Aro, eyeing her up and down.

"I should go." Aro she said in a rush as she tried to go back downstairs.

"Where do you think you are going?" Emily grabbed Aro by the hair, pulling her back as Aro screamed in pain.

"It's a pity you have my hair colour, but you look so much like your father." Emily gritted out.

"Let go of me!" Aro screamed out, trying to break free.

"Like hell I will. You and I are going to have a mother-daughter talk." Emily spoke in Aro's ears, and she pulled Aro's hair harder while Aro cried out.

Back at the party, Aaron was looking high and low for Aro as he felt something wasn't right.

"Namjoon, have you seen my sister?" Aaron asked the younger.

"She had a phone call and went to the roof." Namjoon replied before he could ask if everything was okay. Kade came rushing towards them.

"We have a huge problem. Emily is here and I think she followed Aro to the roof." Kade rushed out in one breath.

Fear set in everyone. Namjoon saw Jackson passing by and asked him to watch over Ara as he rushed off with Aaron, Kade, and BTS to the roof to find Aro.

As they neared the roof, they heard Emily spitting venom at Aro. When they stepped onto the roof top, Aro was close to the edge with her eyes shut and hands covering her ears while Emily was swearing at her, blaming her for the death of her father and twin.

"Aro!" Namjoon yelled out, making his way towards them.

Aro looked up with tears rolling down her face as she saw him coming towards her. She gave him a sad smile before Emily pushed Aro off the roof.

"Noooo!" Namjoon screamed as he ran toward her, pushing Emily out of the way, but it was too late.

His fingers brushed Aro's as she fell. He wanted to jump after her, but Kade and Jungkook held him back as they watched Aro fall and hit the ground. Namjoon was full of rage as she turned towards Emily.

"I'm going to kill you!" The boys had to hold Namjoon back as security came up and arrested Emily.

"Well worth it. Finally, a curse is gone. " Emily laughed it out.

Before Namjoon could do anything, Ara ran to him crying. Bending over to hug his little girl, Namjoon couldn't stop crying as everyone was in tears too.

His heart, their rock, had died. After everything they went through and overcame together.

Aro was gone, and it broke everyone.
