Scarlett Cullen is a vampire and she is a part of the Cullen clan. Her brother is Edward Cullen. Scarlett is someone who is somewhat shy but she's also really sweet and kind. Scarlett did not know that she would live for this long, to be a vampire, but she was not completely upset about it.

Her family has all met their soulmates, and that makes Scarlett feel a little left out, though she chooses to divulege herself in other activities. 

Scarlett's soul mate in Paul Lahote and they meet during a time that is stressful between the wolves and the Cullens. Though Scarlett has never had anything against the wolves, the same could not be said for Paul.
