Star pov
I woke up in Marcos arm as my phone went off, I never intended in him to stay over but i did. I get that it seems selfish of me to have Marco to myself but isn't that how other girls are with their romantic partners? As I snooze my phone Marco began to stir and I sat up watching him snore softly.

I get up without making a sound and get ready, as i take my time I start thinking how Marco chose me? Why did he really pick me? Is it because he didn't want to lose his best friend? Or did he like the life I had? So many things running in my life yet I still feel utterly alone and scared.

As i wrapped myself in my fluffy towel I walked towards my walk in closet and get dressed in casual attire. As i want to check on Marco he was putting his shoes on "Morning" I say by the doorway "Hey, I'm gonna go home..your welcome to come over for breakfast?"

I shook my head "No, it's fine I actually have things to do" he walked towards me a little unsure of my answer "Are you sure? Your alone here? Wouldn't you want some breakfast?" I shook my head "I'm good, you should go so you don't get more in trouble"

I gave him a smirk and he kissed me and looked at me oddly "Are you sure?" I giggled "Yes, I'm sure now go I'll swing by later" he smiles and hugs me before he takes off. As i watched him run off I closed my door and go towards my room and clean up from last night.

As i made my bed I saw the photo board filled with my old friends. And the one that stood out with Pony..I actually missed her and she's in another state. Maybe I was a little rough on her but she made me angry when she blamed it all on me when it was her idea..

I look at the pictures and sigh and sit on my bed thinking if I should call or text her? She's the only one that has been through this as in relationships and stuff but then again she could have made a new Bff.

I groan as I look for her name on my phone and and see her photo, as i hover over it I tossed my phone on my bed and just started pacing back and forth.

Maybe a text i could do? As I picked up my phone I started to text but then I regretted it and deleted it and tossed my phone again. I can't do this..no I can?

I spent 3 hours deciding of I should text or call her but nothing. I was scared she would be mad at me or she would just feel annoyed that I'm crawling back to her even though I may or may not be doing that. I sigh as i grabbed my phone and dialed her number, I press the speaker and waited for her to answer

"Hello?" Her voice sounding hoarse as always probably from all the drugs she's done since I left "Hey, it's me Star" she stayed silent worry she was gonna hang up "I know that, your name is in my phone with your picture on it" I giggle slightly "Oh..right"

she scuffs as I try to think of words "Star is there a reason your calling me? I thought you didn't want to speak to me cause I ruined your life or whatever?" I definitely felt horrible "That's why I'm calling you..I want to apologize to you even thought it's been months since I moved away..What I said was not right and I really didn't want to leave in bad terms with you.."

she sighs "Star I'm pretty sure that's not the only reason your calling" "Okay, I'm homesick..I miss home where I grew up and had fun with you and everyone else..I miss you the most because it's weird where I am..I have a enemey now because i guess I took a guy she likes away from her..a-and I don't know what to do.."

I ended up crying on the phone and just rambling on "Star, girl it's okay why didn't you call me sooner? Girl I miss my bestie too, Tina and the rest aren't as cool as you" I wiped my face and giggled a bit "Really?" "Really, hey want me to drive up there and hang with you for a week? Are your parents gone?"

I sniffle and thought about it "You'll drive over here?" "Yes girl, anything for my bestie..are your parents gonna be there?" "No their on a business trip, please come asap!" She laughs "I will try and honestly I need a break from here it's gotten boring since you left like the parties are dead and not kicking like they used to"

I laugh as she continues. As i checked the time it was 4 and I told Marco I'll swing by "Pony, it was fun talking with you again but I need to head over to my boyfriend's house" "Oh, a new boy toy? Seems scandalous" I laughed "Its not like that..I'll call you later"

"Okay girl, bye take care" "Bai!" I hang up and head over to Marcos as I knock his mom answers "Oh hey star, Marco is up in his room with his friends, are you staying for dinner also?" "Okay and yeah I might" she nods and I head upstairs and I see Marcos friends from his classes

"Dude you used the power up when you needed it for the monster" "I have everything I need and plus I can buy more" Marco kept talking geek as I slowly wrapped my arms from behind which made his mess up "Star! You made m-!" I shut him up with a kiss

"Mess up" he said as his friends looked at me "Hello boys, just saying hello to my boyfriend" they wave as they stared at me "I'm gonna go downstairs" Marco nods "Dude your girlfriend is hot" "Shut up, let's finish this up befoe dinner"

I giggled as I walked out to find Mrs Diaz in the kitchen "Need any help?" "Yes, do you mind getting the ice in the garage, Mr Diaz is in there fixing the car up" I nodded and headed towards the garage "Hello Mr Diaz" he looked up and smiled at me

"Hello Star, Marco is upstairs" "I know, I'm just getting the ice" he pointed towards the fridge and I got the pack out "Thanks" "No problem" as I entered the kitchen the boys were down and Marco wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed my neck

"How was your day?" I looked at him and smiled "Good, also sorry I about earlier for kissing you while you were playing" he chuckles "Its cool, but your staying for dinner right?" I nodded "Yeah..also I'm alone at home"

"Forgot about that..anyways I'm glad your here" we start flirting and kissing as his friends were laughing and teasing him "Get a room" "guys really? I'm offended" I rolled my eyes "Find girlfriends then" they all shut up and I laughed with Marco "Yeah what she said" after our banter we had dinner and for that short while I didn't feel alone.
