yogurt fruit dip

1 package (8 OUNCES) low-calorie cream cheese, softened
1 cup plain , low-fat yogurt
1 tea spoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
14 packets Equal

Combine cream cheese and yogurt. Blend untill smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill. Serving with fresh fruit.

Makes 2 cups or 8 servings, 4 tablespoons per serving.

Calories per serving 100
Diabetic exchange 1/2 nonfat milk. 1 fat
