In the corner of CC Jitters sat Barry Allen and Caitlin Snow. To the outside world they looked like a couple that was preparing to face to world.
The red headed doctor sits staring at the Scarlet Speedster wishing to hold this memory forever. "So what's your favorite color?" Barry smiles filling up both Caitlin's and his mug with their third cup of coffee. She laughs at his reaction.

His statement reassures her that their fast friendship holds still. "Blue. Like ice." Caitlin smiles. "Or really hot fire." The couple sits there smiling at each other taking in the ease of their friendship. Barry runs a hand through his hair nervously. "I know I probably shouldn't do this since I'm trying to get home, but....Cait would you like to go on a real date with me?" Finished a flustered Flash.

Caitlin smiles brilliantly at the man before her. Here is a man who she feels so deeply for after just two days of knowing each other and that's what scares her. What will happen when he leaves? Will her world disappear of will she be left to live without him?

The same thoughts that are bugging Caitlin are bouncing in Barry's head. "Yes I would love a real date." Her acceptance gave Barry the boost be needed to tell her "Caitlin all my life I have run from something and then I got my speed and I was running towards things, but I was still running away from what mattered.

"I am tired of running away. I want to start running towards what matters to me and right now I feel that's you. If you will take a chance with me."

Caitlin looks at Barry with her deep brown eyes. "If you'll take a chance on me."
