Two years had passed since Ben Tennyson, Hero of Earth, had not only defeated the rogue Chronosapien, Maltruant but also witness the birth of his own universe. Since then, things had been relatively peaceful, which allowed Ben to properly focus on other, more important, things. However, one day, Plumber HQ began to pick up some strange spatial distortions not to far from Los Soledad and sent Ben to investigate it.

Now Ben found himself driving in his newly built car that resembled a fusion between the Maybach Exelero and the Cadillac Ciel with a metallic green paint job topped off with a black racing stripe running along the vehicles frame. 'Man... It's been a while since I've had to do a solo mission.' He thought to himself as he pressed his foot further down on the accelerator. 'Hope I'm not too rusty.'

He was broken from his thoughts as the familiar voice of Grandpa Max came over the radio, "Ben, do you read me?"

Ben smiled upon hearing his grandpa's voice as he slowed his car to a stop just a couple of feet away from the strange disturbance. "Yes, grandpa. I read you."

"Good, anything to report?" Max asked, his voice fizzling out from some interference causing Ben to frown. "Nothing much but I am getting some strange interference over the radio. I'll call you back when its fixed."

Stepping out of his car, Ben looked at the Omnitrix as a holographic compass flickered into existence just above the devices faceplate but before he could take another step.

BOOOM!

Ben suddenly found himself being launched backwards as a strange portal began tearing itself open right in front of him. "What the hell..." He groaned out before his eyes widened in shock upon seeing a very familiar form fly out of the tear and slamming into the ground in front of him.

"Ouch... Did any get the number if the truck that hit me...?" The figure jokingly groaned as he rose to his feet unsteadily and proceeded to brush himself off.

"Rex....?" The person's head snapped in Ben's direction upon hearing his name as his eyes light up in recognition. "Ben!! How you been man? Love the new look!"

Ben blinked for a moments before shaking himself from his stupor, "I'm fine thanks but what are you doing here?!?!" The young man asked before gesturing towards the giant tear in front of them. "And do happen to have any idea as to what's happening at the moment?!?" He demanded, knowing full well that Rex's appearance in his world was never a good sign.

"Yeah about that, you remember when you ended up in my universe and we had to team up to fight the Alpha Nanite?" Rex asked as he awkwardly rubbed the back of his head.

"Yeah...?" Ben realised that he wasn't going to like where this going causing his eye to twitch in frustration.

"Well as it turns out he's been trying to escape for a while now. Providence didn't know it at the time so they sent me to investigate some strange energy signature which lead to me finding Alpha and well... here we are now." Rex finished explaining as he turned to face the dimensional tear, "If we don't stop him now then who knows what could happen!"

Ben glanced at the portal before looking back at his friend, "So what do you suggest we do?"

Suddenly, a familiar voiced spoke from behind Rex, "Well I for one, would suggestion that you use your Chronosapien transformation but it would be a highly dangerous idea."

Ben smiled as he glanced over Rex's shoulder, "Professor. Paradox. Long time no see." He greeted as Rex jumped back strapped by the man's suddenly appearance.

"Wha-..?Who...?" The Nanite wielding hero spluttered. "Now, now Rex, no need to be alarmed. I just came to talk with you and Ben." Paradox reassured him as he turned to face and extended his hand, "It's good to see you again my boy!"

As he shook the Time Walkers hand, Ben realised something, "You've changed your outfit again." He noted as Paradox grinned proudly, "Indeed I did!" He said proudly.

Gone was the strange steampunk look, that he wore when Ben last met him as he now wore a torn shirt with a brown vest, along with black trousers. In his hand he held a golden cane and a pair of green goggles hung from his waist. His right arm had once again been replaced with a blue holographic arm that was being projecting from a pocket watch attached to him by his neck tie.

"Hmm, it suits you." Ben complemented before a gutteral growl echoed out from the tear. "Guys, how about we save the reunion for latter?" Rex asked as he pulled his goggles down over his eyes.

"Rex is correct, I fear we don't have much time at all." Ben looked over to Paradox, "What do you mean?" He asked the Time Walker.

"If we don't do something to stop the Alpha Nanite then I'm afraid that both your worlds will be destroyed." Ben's eyes widened and he swore he heard Rex lightly gasp in the background in shock at the answer.

Ben gulped as he looked down at the Omnitrix, sighing to himself, he began to input the code to activate his powerhouse playlist before he pressed two bottoms on either either side of the Omnitrix causing it's face to slide back and allowing the Omnitrix core to pop out of its resting place as a holographic ring showing the faces of his aliens appearing. He scrolled through the list of aliens before selecting the one he wanted and slammed his hand down onto the core as a burst of green light.

When the light had faded, Ben had turned into a stout, bulky, mechanical being comprised of what appear to be gears and other clock parts. The metal on his body is mostly gold, with some black highlights. The Omnitrix is found on the center of this window. On the top of his head is a key, his shoulders had two bells that mirror those of a typical analog alarm clock, in addition, he also has long, almost shield-like arms.

"Clockwork!" Ben shouted in a German accent before turning to face the portal that Rex was desperately trying to keep from getting bigger with his Smack Hands as a familiar clawed hand began scratch its way out.

"Hold on!" Ben cried out as he shifted his arms together to create a weapon he dubbed the time cannon. Glowing green energy began pouring into the cannon as he aimed it towards the portal, "Get out of the way!"

Acting fast, Rex let go of the rift and jumped out of the way just as Ben sent a beam of ours temporal energy at the portal causing a massive explosion and engulfing the pair in a powerful light.

When the light had faded, both Rex, Ben and his car were nowhere to be found.

Meanwhile in another universe, Ben slowly found himself waking up in a forrest. "Rex, you there pal?" He called out as he rose to his feet before quickly realising that he was no longer Clockwork but rather his latest alien: Disk Jockey, a Sanavox from the planet Sonorosia.

Unfortunately, at that moment, his thoughts were interrupted by a loud growl causing Ben to turn only to the find the source of the noise coming from the mouth of a massive monster. The creature stood at least ten feet tall and looked like a cross between an ape and a lion. It had large clawed hands and white, bushy fur that covered its body.

"I don't suppose you want to talk this out?" Ben asked only for the creature to roar at him in return. "So that's a no then." He sighed to himself before dropping down into a fighting stance, "Alright, let's get this over with."

Raising up his arms, Ben proceeded to unleash a powerful vibrational wave towards the creature sending it tumbling backwards into the ground. "Please stay down, it's for your own good." He pleaded with the creature, quietly hopping that it could see reason.

Unfortunately, his plea fell on silent ears as it got up again and proceeded to try and slash at him, only for the alien hero to leap out of the way and unleash another vibration attack into it.

Acting fast, Disk Jockey launched himself towards the discount Big Foot, colliding with the beast with enough force to stun it. As the creature struggled to rise, Disk Jockey began to throw wave after wave of Vibrational attacks at the creature effectively stunning it.

Seeing that the creature was beaten, Disk Jockey transformed back into Ben as he brushed off his hands, "That was easy." He said as he turned to leave.

However, a portal opened up behind him and put stepped Professor. Paradox, "Ahh, there you are, Ben. I was beginning to think that you were sent to a different area entirely." He said with a kindly expression on his face. "Now if you wouldn't mind stepping into the portal with me?" The Time Walker asked as he gestured towards the portal.

"Sure, why not?" Ben replied as he stepped through the portal knowing full well that Paradox was going to give him some answers eventually.

Having seen the Transformers One trailer, I've got some inspiration for Ben's Cybertronian transformation and no it won't turn into a human vehicle right away cause I really liked the design for Cybertronians Vehicle modes and I want to keep it. Groot's species does exist in Ben's Universe and as such he does have a D.N.A sample already unlocked. Ben also has the Parasite playlist meaning he has a Klyntar transformation which can have two different modes the singular transformation or the symbiosis mode where Ben has to actively select an alien to bond the transformation with.

Rex will have new builds in this story because he still has the Omega Nanite.

Finally, designs for both Clockwork, Professor. Paradox and Disk Jockey belong to O.R.Ash who is a member of the Ink Tank, you can check out the designs on their 5YL Website. This story will largely utilise the 5YL designs for most of Ben's aliens save for some.
