*time skip to after class because it's irresistibleeeeeee woooahahh woah oh oh*

"Hey, (y/n), do you wanna go do something?" Rin asked after class was over. "Yeah sure, we bringing Shiemi and Sir along?" I said in response. He scratched the back of his head. "If it's alright with you, just us?" He suggested. I nodded in and agreement. "So where are we going and what are we doing?" I enquired with a smile. We wandered down the hallway and Yukio was still in the classroom, looking over some papers. "Well, what do you want to do?" Rin said. I looked at a nearby calendar. December 6th. "Thinking about it, the school term is nearly over. Well, for me at least. I don't keep up to date with the entire True Cross curriculum. Why don't we..." My voice trailed off as I heard the banging of iron.

"Hey did you hear that?" Rin already had a tight grip on his sword, prepared to unsheath it if something comes. "Let's follow it." I held onto his wrist and started looking for the source of the sound. "We're going the wrong way," Rin pointed out. We slowed to a halt. "It was from above us." He pointed his finger upwards and followed the direction of the sound to the classroom. "... It's going for Yukio." He said his name kind of funny. Is he mad at him or something? "Are you alright? You said Sir's name weird," I asked. He nodded. "Yeah, sorry. Just a little distracted. Now, come on. We got to go help Yukio," he replied. We began to run down the hallway. Crap... I don't have my bow. Just my dagger.

We burst into the classroom. "Yukio/Sir, are you alright?" We shouted in unison. There was something on the ground and Yukio was sitting down calmly. It was quite anti-climatic. "I thought you two were going out somewhere," Yukio stated. We put our weapons away. "There was a sound from the ceiling," I began. "I took care of it. It was a low level demon," he responded nonchalantly. Me and Rin looked at Yukio and then to each other. We gave each other a look, which ment 'we overreacted, didn't we?' "How about you two do some cooking? It'll probably fun if you do it together," Yukio suggested. "If Ukobach let's you, at least." I gave Rin a smile. "It does sound great, so let's go do that!" I agreed with Yukio. "Yeah, it sounds fun. See you later Yukio," Rin responded. We said our goodbyes and left for Rin and Yukio's living area.

"Your brother's sweet, you know." I mentioned while we walked to their house. "Yeah, guess he is." Rin sighed. Did I say something wrong? "We don't have to cook if you don't want to," I told him. "You seem kind of out of it. If you need some time alone, I understand." He shook his head and gave me a smile. "No, it's okay. I'm just thinking about some stuff. Sorry," he responded. I don't believe you. He opened the door to his house. "Ukobach," Rin called. A little red demon appeared from the kitchen. "Can you let us cook together, alone, in here please?" It looked me up and down, scrutinizing me. It let us in, but gave me a sour look. "I can make some macarons and you could make a dinner," I suggested. Rin nodded his head in agreement and said, "That sounds like a good idea."

I procured some already matured eggs and started beating them. I mixed in some blue food dye. Then I seived almond powder, sugar and icing sugar. I blended it together in a food processor. After that, I mixed it in slowly to the egg. When the mixture was perfect, I piped it on to some baking paper. I put it in the oven. "Hey, Rin, need any help?" I enquired. "Could you cut up the veg please?" He asked in response. I nodded and began to chop up the celery. "You know, I hear you're a real wiz in the kitchen." I started. "I can't wait to taste what you make. It''ll be delicious." I moved on to the carrots. "I'll still like it, even if it's bad. 'Cause you made them." I chopped the potatoes. "Really? Thanks (y/n), but wouldn't you rather do this with Yukio?" He questioned.

I gave him a smirk. "Oh, I see what it is." I laughed. "You're jealous because I think you're brother's nice." Rin shook his head. "I do not!" He rebutted. He mixed together the spagbowl ingredients. "But you totally do," I teased. "But, to answer your question, no I wouldn't rather do this with Sir." I pushed his frown into the smile. "I'd much rather do it with you. You're my friend, too. Why would I leave you out?" Rin gave me a toothy grin. "Thanks (y/n)."
