(Your point of view)

I took the macarons out of the oven and prepared the icing. I mixed together icing sugar, butter and tiny bit of water. I also mixed in some blue food dye. I put the shells into pairs and piped some cream into one shell of each pair. I then attached them. I made 20 macarons. "Hey Rin, come try this." I called from across the kitchen. He wandered over and I stuffed one of the biscuits in his face. "Thish ish delishous," he said with his mouth full. "Don't talk with your mouth full," I laughed. I picked up the piping bag and piped a bit on to his cheek. "At the same time, don't eat when you're covered in icing."

He swallowed the macaron and wiped some tomato sauce on my nose. "And you shouldn't give instructions with tomato on you," Rin teased. I chucked a handful of icing sugar on him and, in response, he chucked some carrots at me. "Alright, alright Rin. Let's not destroy the kitchen," I chuckled. We cleaned up, but he had a bit of icing left on his lip that had dripped down.  Alright, here's an opportunity to show him how a feel. Question is will I regret it? I mean I could seriously regret showing him this. A lot. But it'd be good to get it out there... I should just tell him instead of being straightforward. Argh, screw it.

"Rin, you missed a spot." By this point, I was bright red. I leaned in and I... I kissed him. Immediately regretting what I did, I pulled back. I turned away and murmured, "I got the icing..." He didn't do anything. He just stood there. "I'm sorry, I should go..." Rin grabbed my hand. He  was also bright red. "You don't have to go just yet," he said. "Because if that means what I think it means... I feel the same way." Rin feels the same way? I gave him a hug. "That's... that's great," I mumbled. "Yeah, it is." He whispered.

Sorry that this is all there is. I'm out of ideas and gonna be on a mini hiatus for a bit. I'll still update Short Stories to Read Everyday and potentionally release the first chapter of World Hopper. Thank you for your continued support.
