Your words broke the ink pot
I saved to pen down our memories,
Your actions melted our sour-sweet love

The strings of my heart
Forgot their Melody ,
Trying to mend the vanquished tunes
Evacuating our triggering memories.

When I thought -
The scent of your muffler will warm my winters,
Your kiss in the rain will suck my worries,
The light of your hope will embellish my spring,
You left me longing in the scorching heat to feel the intensity of your betrayal.

You know -
Today I visited the place where you proposed me
The same serene stream with chirping birds,
Where our tongues danced in ecstasy
And our eyes became our words.

But this time -
My eyes weren't sparkling with stars of joy,
But were clouded remembering your chain of hurtful lies.

My patience committed suicide
When I drowned in the same stream,
Where you taught me to swim.

The same birds who witnessed the initiation of our love,
Again saw it becoming a History
Where there was no Us
Just me and my Misery...
