Onto the review!

Book title: Arcane

Author: @Lucky-Duck.

This book is still on going so I'll this review is only up till chapter three. @Lucky-Duck, let me know if I misspelled any names or gave wrong information and I'll fix it.

The cover and bio: I don't know why, but I have a thing for green book covers. I just find them appealing or something. Love the font for the title! The helmet is a nice touch. The book description is great! It really pulls you in. I mean, just the first sentence, Corruption creeps into their souls like a disease, turning their hearts into black ink. Wow! I was definitely intrigued.

Minor details: As you guys know, this part I usually just talk about like the length of the chapters, grammar, and any extra stuff. So, the length. When I opened the first chapter on my phone I was like, man, this chapter is loonnngggg..... but I didn't let it hinder me and I'm glad it didn't. More about that later. Next to no grammar errors!

The Book: As I said before, the chapters a long. But as I began reading, I found myself really drawn into it and before  knew it, I was going onto the next chapter. Yes, this story is amazing!

The details are so vivid and deep. The main character, Aria, has a good eye and an equally good imagination. Early on in the first chapter, she sees a male nurse caring for a child, but can't really see his face. Aria goes on to visualize what the man looks like, even going as far as to wonder about his family, why he worked in the hospital, and so on. She is able to put herself in other's shoes and I like that quality. The descriptions are so well down and on key that I truly felt that I was beside Aria the whole time.  One thing I will point out is that the character's eye colors were mentioned often and I felt it was getting repetitive.

The author did a fabulous job with the emotions! I loved her writing style and she is great at setting up a great cliffhanger. Thankfully the next chapter was up and I didn't have to wait ;) The relationship between Aria and her brother, whose name escape me at the moment, was beautiful. Amongst all the evil going on outside, the brother and sister relationship was heartwarming.

The amount of conflict was good. The author obviously isn't making anything to easy for her characters. There are a few other characters who I'm anxious to see what further part they play.

In conclusion:  This well written story is brimming over with amazing description and enough suspense to keep you on your toes. You don't want to miss this one, be sure to check it out!

Thank you, @Lucky-Duck for submitting your request and letting me review you book. I love it and can't wait to see what happens next!
