After several hours of video games, Nogla raging, and Evan trolling, Delirious went upstairs for bed. Opening the door, he saw that his room was completely different. His clothes were no where to be found, everything was clean, and there was a girl sleeping in his bed.

"Alice!" Delirious kept tapping her shoulder, hoping that'd she wake up. He was too tired to be mad, but he wanted answers. "Wake up, Alice."

The messy haired girl moved a bit. "Stay on your side of the room, Bunny boy,"she muttered, covering her face with her pillow.

Jonathan hadn't heard his old nickname in a while and honestly, he hoped he didnt have to hear it ever again. He sat on his side of the bed, still clad in his regular clothes. His hands went to rub his temples.

It had been a long few weeks since Chroma fell apart and it took its toll. People started leaving all of a sudden and he didn't know why. So he found himself walking out the door, leaving what was left of the gang, leaving Alice. Jonathan realized that Alice would have stayed and she did. She stayed until everybody else had left and she's still going strong.

Thinking about the past and his old friend stressed him out too much. The brown haired boy went to his dresser, but instead he found all of his clothes clean and folded.

"You were always a mess Jonathan." Delirious turned around and saw Alice leaning against the headboard and watching him. "I hid the vodka over here."

She pulled the large, clear bottle out from under the bed and smiled.

"Mind sharing?"

Two hours and an entire bottle of vodka later, the two of them were drunk out of their minds.

Delirious could still hear everyone downstairs, so he knew that his friends were all awake.

Both of the drunk bastards laid down on the floor, on either side of the bed, and stared at the blank ceiling.

"I never wanted to see your face again after you left," Alice started. "But when I saw you today, I was so relieved to know you were safe."

She heard a sigh opposite from her. "I couldn't stay watching my family leave, Ally. If you didn't know, not everyone is as tough as you."

Delirious had used Alice's old nickname as well and she hadn't realized the fact that she missed the sound until he said it.

"I wasn't tough Jonathan. Everyone left me and I cried my eyes out for weeks with nothing," Alice said. "I can tell you're not comfortable talking about Chroma though, so can we start over? Forget the things that happened and focus on the gang."

Two strong arms suddenly lifted her up and onto the bed. "Let's only forget the bad things then. Go to sleep now."

The moment reminded Delirious of Chroma once again, but a better memory. He was two years older than Alice, but they were the only two kids in the gang so he always tucked her in at night when her dad was out working.

He watched her eyes slowly close and once they did completely, he changed into a regular white t-shirt and gray sweats, slipping in next to her. Jonathan would take the tape off tomorrow morning, so he wrapped his arm around Alice and fell asleep.

"There is no way in hell I'm waking them up. They're both fucking crazy," Terroriser whisper-shouted.

"Maybe we shouldn't and let them sleep. I don't think Delirious has slept this well ever since he got here," Moo added.

It was true. Ever since Vanoss officially recruited Delirious, he hadn't slept one night without tossing around or shouting.

Nogla facepalmed. "Why don't we just tell Vanoss to go here and see what he wants?"

Moo left to go get Vanoss. When they got back, Vanoss immediately slapped the back of Nogla's head.

"All you had to do was wake them up. Was that too hard for you three to handle?" He was met with three sad faces. "Just hurry up and get downstairs."

Terroriser, Moo, and Nogla left the room, leaving Vanoss to wake the two up. As soon as his arm grabbed Delirious and shook him, the brown haired boy was awake. Vanoss was about to do the same to Alice, but he Delirious stopped him.

"Wouldn't do that, Evan."

Trying to be the fearless leader, Vanoss ignored Delirious and did the same to Alice. It was stopped shkrt though when a knife pressed against his stomach.

As soon as Alice opened her eyes fully, she removed the dagger from Vanoss skin and placed it back under her pillow, waiting for an explanation om to why she was woken up. The gang leader told her that breakfast was ready and they needed to get training.

Breakfast was boring since all of them were sluggish from the late night. It was probably around three when they all went to sleep after their video game session and it was only six in the morning.

Lui yawned, covering his mouth with his hand. "Can't we stay in a bit more, Vanoss?"

"No."

Whines and pleas filled the silence, making Vanoss reconsider making today a lazy day. They did stay up much later than he anticipated so in the end, he made a kind decision.

Everyone was still eating and it was awkwardly quiet and Wildcat hated awkwardness.

"So, Alice, you gonna tell us why Nogla hates you?" Wildcat asked, earning a hard shove from Nogla. "He's clearly mad when you're around."

This made Alice smile widely as the rest of the gang impatiently awaited her answer. "I wouldn't want to kiss and tell," she winked at Nogla.

"You're kidding? Did you guys actually kiss?" Lui asked surprised, which faded into laughter. "That's why he was distracted isn't it."

A bunch of laughs added to Lui's as Nogla glared at him. It was the first good moment she was actually apart of.

After breakfast, Vanoss let the gang do whatever they wanted for the day which for most of them was to go bsck to sleep. He then asked to talk to Alice personally.

Alice took a seat on the kitchen counter, waiting for Evan to state his business.

"Although I let the boys have an off day, I want to make clear that everything we do here means business. Tomorrow we'll be working on a heist, which I had planned beforehand. I've made a few adjustments to the plan since it wasn't exactly foolproof and that's where you come in," Vanoss told her.

"And why were these adjustments needed in the first place?"

"We're taking out a very hostile gang that have been repeatedly interfering with our usual business. I needed a distraction, which at the time was a bomb. With your acting, we can skip the consequences of using explosives and let you distract their gang leader."

Vanoss explained the entire heist and plan to her thoroughly and her job was fairly easy. The gang leader of their enemies was a young man who'd be at the club tomorrow evening. She'd act as the distraction and would 'get rid of' the gang leader, while the rest of Vanoss' gang surrounded the club and took out the members one by one. Quick and clean.

While they were discussing the plan, Delirious poked his head around the door. "If you're finished, I'd like to borrow Alice."

With an approving nod from the shorter girl, Vanoss let her go with Delirious.

"Where are we going, Jonathan?"

"Since some of the guys aren't that comfortable around you, I thought you'd like to spend the day somewhere else. Plus I'd like to catch up," Delirious explained and nudged her into the bed room. "Find something nice and casual."

Alice rolled her eyes at Jonathan's brief plan. She looked through her drawers to find something to wear. It was the beginnig of Autumn so the weather was a bit chilly. Alice picked out a regular pair of jeans, a beige knit sweater, black combat boots, and finished her outfit off with a perfect messy bun. She had also brought her phone, a hundred dollars, and her dagger. It was her second favorite weapon and she hid it at the back of her jeans, under her large sweater.

As she walked downstairs, she heard a loud wolf whistle. The sound came from Moo as he saw Alice heading towards the door. Like Moo, everyone else wondered where she was going since she couldn't leave by herself.

"Ready?"

Delirious came downstairs in a pair of dark jeans, a black sweater, and a dark red beanie. He nodded at Alice when he came downstairs and looked confused when his friends eyed him warily.

"Where are you two going?" Nogla asked. Though he was angry at Alice for kissing him just as a distraction, he couldn't lie to himself. After the kiss they shared, he was definitely attracted to her.

Delirious smiled, unaware of the fact that he was being interrogated by his friends. "I was gonna take Alice for Hot Chocolate and the park."
