Maya POV
I'm sitting on the couch watching Taylor's TV. I'm not really watching it since my heads on overdrive.'am I pregnant what will my parents say'
I sigh when I hear the door open meaning Taylors back from the drug store and that means I'm gonna find out if I'm ya know..
"What are you doing ?" Taylor asks curiously
"Watching TV " I answer back absent mindlessly
"Oh really so your watching peppa pig huh " she says looking at me with concern.
I stay silent only half listening to her.
"I got the test" Taylor says waving the box in front my face.
I take it from her mumbling a thx and make my way to the bathroom.
Let me tell you peeing on a stick is super weird and when I'm finished I have to wait five minutes for the results.
Beep! Beep!Beep!
I find myself frozen .... I just can't look.
"Taylor I can't look ..i-im scared " I yell stuttering.
"I'll look for you" Taylor says
She quickly walks into the bathroom and looks at the stick.

Pregnant" Taylor whispers
Tears falling down my cheek as Taylor leads me to the couch.
I lay my head on her lap sobbing.
"Its gonna be ok" Taylor says stroking my hair
"H-how??? I'm a pregnant 18yr old g-girl" I say choking on my tears.
"Are you gonna keep the baby? "Taylor asked
"Idk Taylor what would you do if it was you?" I ask tremble at the thought of child labor.
"I would keep the baby if I was you... I wouldn't let a piece of me go cause that's what a child is a piece of you"Taylor says in a hushed tone.
I nod silently , grueling over what she just said.
"Are you gonna tell your parents?" She asks
"Idk Taylor I really don't know how they'll react" I say
"You can't keep it from them forever "Taylors says
"I know I'll tell them soon I promise"I say
She nods and then there's a moment of silence.
"Are you gonna tell Nick?" She asks hesitantly
I already knew the answer to this question.
"No I'm not gonna tell him" I say getting up ready to walk towards her room.
She grabs my arm and says "he's the baby's father he deserves to know "
I snatch my arm away from and silently walk into her room .I put on a black sports bra and black leggings . I slip on my gray Nike's and put my hair in a messy bun.
I make my way to the front door yelling "I'm going for a run". I make my way to my favorite park.
I jog around my usual route after doing 10 laps im exhausted. I walk to the fountain and take a long sip.I lift my head and meet a pair of eyes I never wanted to see again.
"Hi Maya" Nick says smiling
I don't answer back just walk away until I feel a hand grip my arm.
"Don't touch me" I scream at Nick.
"Why are you avoiding me ?" He says ignoring what I just yelled at him
"Cause I hate you Nick"I say as I see a flash of hurt cross of hurt that quickly turn into anger.
"No you don't " Nick say roughly but before I can respond his lips are on mine ...urging me to kiss back but I don't instead I pull back.
I slap him and say "don't ever touch me again"
"What did I ever do to you to make you act like this?" Nick yells
"You really want to know ? You got me pregnant you asshole and I can't stand you and you disgust me " I say screaming and I start walking away...
