Freya stood in a small corridor of the helicarrier. She nervously picked at her left hand while she waited for a ghost of her past. She paced and her heels echoed.

"Freya." Steve walked into the corridor and looked down at her, his stomach turned as he looked at the petite woman. He had hated too see how heartbroken Bucky had been when she suddenly disappeared and never appeared again, they had even gone to the police but that was no help, but now he stood in front of her 70 years later. She didn't look a day older, she had just shown that she had powers and apparently she was asgardian.

Freya smiled up at the man but felt his mixed emotions and felt herself being engulfed in guilt "Hey, Steve." His blue eyes looked down at her in question, Freya expected him to get angry over the fact that she lied about being asgardian, but rather his question surprised her "Why did you leave?"

Freya took a deep breath and looked at the ground "I didn't intend to leave for so long. I went to Asgard at the end of the day but one day I heard that the kree had attacked Xandar. Xandar had asked Asgard for help and I had to join the fight." Steve blinked a few times at her explanation but before he could react she continued "I came back two years later but when I looked for you both, I couldn't find either of you. After a while I discovered you two had joined your army for your own war." Steve wanted to hate her for the pain she had inflicted on Bucky by leaving but he knew that if Bucky had known her explanation he would have understood.

Silence consumed them for a few seconds before Steve wrapped his large arms around Freya's small frame. She smiled and hugged him back tightly "What happened to you? You used to be my height and less..." She pricked her finger at his now muscled bicep. Steve smiled "I joined the army."

The pair caught up before Steve went to check on Tony and Bruce in their lab.

Freya searched for Thor's mind, which was an easy task as his thoughts were even louder than his voice.

She appeared next to him. Thor was seated with his back against a wall with one leg up while he looked out of the window. Freya slid down the wall and sat down next to him. Thor wrapped his arms around her shoulders as Freya leaned her head on his shoulder.

"Are you alright?" Thor kept looking as he asked the question, his voice slightly worried. Freya gazed at the fluffy clouds outside "I have been better and I have been worse." Thor tightened his grip around her, his big brother instincts to keep her safe and happy consuming him "How are you?" Freya's forest green eyes tore away from the clouds and cast a look at her brother's face. He stayed silent for a few moments before slowly speaking his mind "I am happy I am back on Earth but not under these circumstances..." His face saddened as he continued "I cannot believe that Loki is doing all of this. He changed so much so quickly." Freya felt her own eyes getting wet as the elder siblings thought back at how they had mourned the youngest.

Both siblings had blamed themselves. Thor for deciding to go to Jotunheim and for never seeing his brother that was in soo much pain. Freya for not comforting Loki enough, not making him feel wanted enough and that her powers had failed her.

The two siblings were sat against the wall just like they had been many nights in Asgard while they mourned. Only then they mourned death and now they mourned loss.

A few hours later the siblings found themselves in the lab. As they walked in they saw Furry, Tony, Bruce and Steve in full discussion about something. She frowned before using her telepathy too catch up on what was happening.

"Did you know about this?" Bruce looked directly at Natasha who had just entered the lab with Freya and Thor. "You wanna think about removing yourself from this environment, doctor?" Natasha seemed to ignore the accusation. "I was in Calcutta, I was pretty well removed." Bruce angrily replied "Loki's manipulating you." Natasha still spoke calmly. "And you've been doing what exactly?"
" You didn't come here because I bat my eyelashes at you."
"Yes, and I'm not leaving because suddenly you get a little twitchy. I'd like to know why SHIELD is using the Tesseract to build weapons of mass destruction."

"Because of them." Furry pointed at Freya and Thor. "Me?" Thor frowned stunned while Freya remained quiet with raised eyebrows. "Last year earth had a visitor from another planet who had a grudge match that leveled a small town. We learned that not only are we not alone, but we are hopelessly, hilariously, outgunned." Furry continued his accusations and Freya felt Thor loose his temper. "Our people want nothing but peace with your planet."

"But you're not the only people out there, are you? And, you're not the only threat. The world's filling up with people who can't be matched, they can't be controlled." Furry defended S.H.I.E.L.D's point as if it was valid. Freya kept her mouth shut as she got a bad gut feeling something unpleasant was going to happen.

"Like you controlled the cube?" Steve angrily looked at Furry. "Your work with the Tesseract is what drew Loki to it, and his allies. It is the signal to all the realms that the earth is ready for a higher form of war." Thor shouted and Freya rubbed her temples as she got annoyed at all the fighting.
"A higher form?"
" You forced our hand. We had to come up with something."
" Nuclear deterrent. Cause that always calms everything right down."
"Remind me again how you made your fortune, Stark?"

Freya felt a headache and rubbed her temples more. The fights around her slowly disappearing, and unknown voices started to enter her head. Her eyes turned to look at the sceptre on the lab table, Bruce was closest to it but she didn't even hear him anymore. Her eyes only focused on the sceptre, the thing emitted a type of telepathic signal that was stronger than she had ever encountered.

Suddenly she saw Bruce grab it and the fighting around them died down as everyone slowly focused on Bruce. She saw how Furry put his hand on his gun and the others were suddenly alerted. "Dr. Banner, put down the sceptre." Realisation crossed Bruce's face as he looked down at the sceptre in his hands before putting it back on the table. He quickly walked over to one of the screens "Sorry kids, it seems like you won't be seeing my party trick after all." Natasha followed Bruce and Thor was quick to talk "Have you located the Tesseract?"

"I can get there faster." Tony piped in, effectively starting another fight with Thor "The Tesseract belongs to Asgard. No human is a match for it." But Tony was already walking away before being stopped by Steve "You're not going alone." Tony slapped Steve's hand away from him "Are you going to stop me?" The two men glared at each other, clearly at each others throats "Put on the suit and let's find out.".

Freya's attention however was focused on Bruce who looked worried "Oh my god." Just as the words left his lips the whole helicarrier shook. Freya through her arms out on instinct and stabilised the helicarrier. Her index finger and middle finger of her right hand pointing up close to her face, while her right arms was stretched out in front of her with her index and middle finger pointing horizontally.

There was an explosion in the middle, which sent everyone flying.

Freya pushed herself up and lifted the metal beam that had fallen on her off of her. "Brother?" "I am alright" Freya felt relieved as her brother answered her. She heard soft whimpers coming not too far from her. She ran towards the whimpers and found a young woman, her leg trapped between debris.

"Hey. Hey, you are alright. I will get you out of here." Freya quickly crouched down in front of the young woman, the woman looked up and her honey brown eyes looked at Freya. Freya looked at the debris "You are going to have to trust me alright?" Her green eyes looking down at the woman who was gritting her teeth against the pain "On three, pull your leg out, alright?" Freya held the woman's head gently too see if she was hearing Freya at all. After a nod from the woman, Freya put her hands under the large debris and counted down "One....Two....Three." She picked up the debris as the woman pulled her leg out.

Freya picked up the now unconscious woman and teleported to the medical bay, where she left her.

A loud roar sounded throughout the whole helicarrier. The Hulk. Freya ran towards the source of the roar as she took out multiple men that tried to ambush her.

"We are not your enemies Banner, try to think." Thor held the large green fist away from him, Freya quickly made sure that the employers were out of the room before cracking her knuckles. She saw how the Hulk punched Thor, sending him flying "Auch. That must hurt." She spoke as she looked at the enormous green man in front of her. "Mind helping, sister?" Thor wiped a drop off blood from his nose as he extended his hand for Mjölnir. Just as the hammer arrived, did the Hulk charge at Thor who hit him with Mjölnir and sent him flying.

Hulk flew past Freya and crashed into a plane, Freya used the Hulk's momentarily weak sate. She ran before jumping up and using her telekinesis to do a backflip and hit him across the face with her foot. The Hulk looked at her, eyes burning with hate, before pulling off the tail of the plane and throwing it at her. Freya saw Thor running at the Hulk while she caught it with her telekinesis and spun around, using the momentum against the Hulk.

The plane tail hit him in the stomach just as Thor jumped up and punched the Hulk in the face. Thor jumped on Hulk's back and used Mjölnir to choke him. Freya took her stance in front of hulk clapped her wrists together three times and made the Hulk face plant into the metal floor. However he just got up and jumped up to the next floor and took Thor with him.

Freya was about to follow but a bullet hit her shoulder. She grimaced as she turned around to find about 5 of Loki's men with their guns aimed at her. She rolled her eyes before pushing one of them at some crates, effectively knocking him out. She hit and kicked the others as they jumped at her, one tried to sneak up behind her but Freya grew out Gunnlogi and stabbed him as he hit her back.

She looked down at the men on the floor and smiled pleased with herself. She used her telekinesis to pull the bullet out of her shoulder and she immediately felt her skin healing, oh how she loved being asgardian.

She teleported herself to the floor above her and was immediately met with a wave off bullets ricochetting off of the Hulk. She formed an x with her arms in front of her chest, creating a shield behind the Hulk. Thor rolled over and looked  at her with a grin before pushing himself up. "Go. Get to Loki." Freya felt her shield weakening a little, Thor looked at her unsure but left nonetheless.

The Hulk jumped onto the aircraft and started destroying it. The frightened pilot steered away from the helicarrier and tried his best to shake the Hulk off. Freya ran and jumped off of the edge and used her telekinesis to push herself to the aircraft. She saw how the pilot lanced his chair but was grabbed by the Hulk. Freya landed on Hulk's shoulders and put her hands on the sides of his head. Bruce I know you are in there. Listen to the sound of my voice, come back to me. You are stronger than this.

The Hulk seemed to stop for a second before braking the pilot's chair and throwing him away. Freya jumped off of his shoulders and caught the frightened pilot with her telekinetic grip. She saw how the Hulk fell but decided that he would be alright. "Thank you miss." The pilot held on to her as soon as he got near him.

Okay so can I just love how Freya is becoming more badass?
