"If that bastard touches our son, I will fucking kill him with my bare hands!" Lisa yelled after Jungkook confirmed that it was Lucas Wong who took Jisoo, Jennie and Junghyun.

She wasn't just furious. She was out for blood. She swears to shoot him with all the bullets she can afford.

"We need to report this to the cops, Li," Taehyung said. "We'll need them to help us entrap that Lucas and his goons."

"What did we even do to that motherfucker?!" Jin spat. He was equally as enraged as his sister. His wife was fucking pregnant for Pete's sake. "Why involve them?"

"I don't know," Jungkook said with a sigh. "All he said to me is that someone from my family owed him. I assumed it was Jinyoung. But now that he took Noona, Jen and Junghyun, I'm not sure anymore."

"It's us, oppa," Lisa stated. "We're Jungkook's family. I'm sure he may be someone grandma did dirty or our parents. Or maybe one employee you fired or I made him lose his job. Or maybe someone Taehyung argued with in a club. But one thing's certain. That punk is a fucking psycho for involving a pregnant woman and a child."

Taehyung noticed how his twin sister's eyes darted towards my phone. She had this knowing look plastered all over her face.

"What are you planning, Li?" he asked.

"The call a while ago's still registered, right?" she asked to which he nodded in response. "Good. We can track the location of the call. Jin oppa, can you please stay here with grandma and make sure she's safe?"

"Lis, you can't just ask me to stay here when my wife and unborn child's life is in danger."

"Oppa, trust me," she said holding her brother's hand. "I'll bring them back safe. You need to stay not only to watch over grandma and the company. Now that almost everyone knows about her current condition, I'm sure the board will schedule a meeting to discuss who'll step in her place. You have to secure your rightful spot. Arasso?"

"Li—"

"I won't let anything happen to Jisoo and your baby, oppa," she assured him. "We'll save her, Jen and Junghyun. But we need you to save grandma and the empire she built. Please."

Jin still unconvinced but he knew her sister well. And he's a hundred percent sure that by now, she already has a solid plan in mind.

Lisa turned to Taehyung.

"Tae, I want you to go and ask for Hobi oppa's help with the police. I'll ask Yoongi to help you guys as well," she said before opening her hand. "But I'll be needing your phone."

"Then what will I use?"

Lisa fished out her own and gave it to her brother.

"Here," she said. "If you want to contact me, call the number with the name 'Dumb' or 'Dumber'. I'll talk to you through them."

Then she turned to Jungkook.

"And you," she pointed at her husband. "You're coming with me."

"Where are we going?"

"To the 97."

"What the hell is going on here?!" Lucas' annoyed voice roared within the four corners of the small room where Jennie, Jisoo and Yuqi were staying at. Junghyun was crying as the little boy felt scared for his Aunt Jisoo. Why? Because the woman was screaming in pain.

"Her water broke, Luke," Yuqi said in panic. "And she's experiencing contractions. We have to take her to the hospital."

The boy looked genuinely torn. It was as if that very moment he had a change of heart seeing the woman in pain. And the child, terrified. But he immediately snapped out of it. His mother. His plans. His goal.

"No," he spat. "You're a nurse. Deliver the baby—"

"With our hands cuffed? I can't do that!" she argued. Lucas let out a frustrated sigh and walked closer to his girlfriend to uncuff her. "Jennie too. I need assistance in delivering the baby."

"What? Do you think I'm dumb enough to take hers off too?"

"Fine then. You help me deliver the baby--"

Lucas groaned then took Jennie's cuffs off as well. Yuqi smiled. Good thing Lucas never did had the patience of a monk.

As soon as the girls' handcuffs were off, Jisoo--who had managed to take hers off before he even got in, did the unthinkable. She kicked the guy's crotch real hard.

"You bitch!"He cursed loudly as he curled helplessly on the floor.

"Come on let's go," she ordered and they ran for their lives. Jennie--who had a crying Junghyun in his arms, picked up Lucas' gun which he dropped just in case.

"I'm not familiar with the area but I think there's a road near the back exit," Yuqi said. "But are you sure you're not having any contractions? I mean, your water really broke."

"It comes and goes," Jisoo said as they sprinted towards an unguarded back door. "But it's nothing compared to the pain I've been through before."

Junghyun was crying as Jennie carried him. She felt like her arms were about to fall off because the toddler was quite heavy. But she had to push through. For their safety. For—

"Ya!"

Jennie squealed as she felt someone tug her hair. She almost lost balance but fortunately, she was able to support her body with her right leg.

"Where do you think you're going, bitch?"

"Jennie!"

"Unnie!" she yelled back before kicking Lucas on the shin and making a run for it. But the guu was able to grab her leg making her fall—with Junghyun still with her. She protectively wrapped her arms around him preventing her godchild from hitting the hard ground.

"You're not getting away that easily," he roared. She tried to wriggle out of his grasp but she couldn't. So she freed Junghyun and urged the little on to run.

"Go!" she yelled at the crying baby boy. Then she turned towards Yuqi and Jisoo. "Get Junghyun and go!"

With her other foot she kicked Lucas in the face giving Yuqi time to get the toddler away as well as Jisoo. Jennie wrestled her way on top of their captor to buy her unnie, Junghyun and Yuqi some time to run and get help.

Then she remembered. The gun. She has a gun!

Getting off the guy, she ran a few meters away from him as she took the device out from her back and aimed it towards him. But Lucas was able to run towards her and attempted to take the gun from her. But of course, she wouldn't let him get it. Not a chance.

They fought hard for it until the guy decided to play dirty. He punched her on the stomach making her drop the gun. But she wasn't gonna let him get a hold of it. She kicked the gun away only to be picked up by Yuqi.

"Enough!" She yelled aiming the gun at Lucas who immediately raised both his arms. Jennie—being quick witted, towards the armed girl, safely standing behind her. "I'm done, Luke. I'm done tolerating this insanity!"

Her index finger moved towards the trigger. Lucas looked straight at his girlfriend.

"Baby," he said in a sweet manner. "You're not seriously gonna kill me, are you? You love me, right?"

Yuqi's tears ran down her cheek as she held the gun with both her hands. She was shaking a bit but her aim stuck on Lucas.

"You said this will end only if you die," she reminded him. "I want this to end, Lucas. Your mother... she didn't want you to do all of these. All she wanted was for you to find your family. But you wasted years for this stupid revenge. I love you but I won't stay still and watch you ruin other people's lives."

His shocked expression turned into a devilish smirk. He knows her well and the Yuqi he knows would never do such a thing.

"You can't kill me, baby," he stated as he slowly walked towards her. Yuqi walked back—increasing the space between them. "You're Yuqi. The innocent naive little nurse in Shanghai. Too soft. Too sweet. You couldn't even kill a fly even if you try—"

Lucas yelled as a gunshot echoed and he dropped on the ground with his hands on one of his shoulder. Yuqi was as shocked as he was. They turned behind them only to find Jungkook with a woman holding her own gun.

"But I can," the woman said smirking as well. "And it would be my pleasure to torture you too."

Jin drove like a maniac. Now he was running so fast he didn't know if he was still breathing or not. Why? Because about an hour after Lisa and Jungkook had left, their grandma suddenly woke up. And boy was he in for a treat.

His mind almost exploded after he had learned that much information.

Then a gunshot echoed in the area making him flinch and almost fall on his face. He cursed. Turning to his left--where the sound of the gun came from, he ran as fast as he could.

He almost lost it when she saw Lisa holding a gun and a boy on his knees clutching his wounded shoulder.

"Lisa! Stop!"

All heads turn towards him and that gave the opportunity for Lucas to run away. Jungkook was about run after him but he was too fast and disappeared in the woods.

"Oppa! I told you to stay in the hospital!" Lisa exclaimed furiously. "You let him get away! I almost got that son of a bitch!"

"Our mother's not a bitch, Lis," he scolded her making her forehead crease.

"What?"

"You can't kill him, Lali. Because he's not just a bastard. He's actually our real brother!"

"What?!"

"Seokjin..."

Jin immediately rose from his seat as his grandmother opened her eyes and called his name.

"Halmoeni!" he blurted out. "Thank God you're finally awake."

"Jin... I... I don't have much time. I need to tell you something," she said with her voice a bit hoarse. She slowly lifter her hand which he instantly held on to. "Lucas... Lucas Wong..."

Jin's forehead creased. "Halmeoni? How do you know that guy?"

"He's your brother, Jin," she said trying her best to fight the drowsiness. His eyes grew wide at the revelation.

"What do you mean, grandma? He's dad's bastard?"

That would explain his hatred towards them. Why he hid Jungkook from them for years and why he kidnapped Jisoo, Jennie and Junghyun.

The old woman shook her head.

"You don't remember him because you were too young..." she said with a single tear falling from her eye. "Lucas... he's not a bastard... he's your youngest sibling that was kidnapped by the woman obsessed with your father.

"Xenhui Wong  is the person who raised your brother. Her real name was Noh Ji Geum. That woman was a beauty. Porcelain white skin, long black hair with a slim figure. You wouldn't believed she'd do such a crime nor have a clue that she's actually mentally unstable if not for her criminal records.

"Lucas was born only a year after the twins and he actually came in a surprise to us. Buth nonetheless, your mother and father were really excited for yet another budle of joy in the family. But Ji Geum's obsession did not stop during those times. It had gotten worse which stressed your mother out causing her premature labor. It's a miracle your brother lived but he was forced to stay in the NICU for a month only to be killed by a mysterious 'fire' that occurred in the hospital. Everyone thought your brother was dead until that woman contacted your father saying that their baby is waiting for him. And that they--she, Lucas and your father, will make one happy family together.

"Of course, your father was furious. He took matters into his own hands and went to confront that crazy woman. I tried to stop him but he has had enough of the trouble the woman was causing the family. But little did we know that your mother overheard our conversation and stowaway-ed the night he was supposed to meet up with Ji Geum. But things didn't turn out right and it was the night that took your mother's life and your father's memories.

"I took it upon myself to just bury everything for the family's peace. I know he deserves to find his son but I am a mother too. My son's life above everyone else's. Memories of his wife's passing and the loss of his youngest child triggered his seizures. One almost taking his life. So all photos, articles, or anything related to Lucas was either deleted or thrown away.

"In short, the memory of Lucas Kim was buried and forgotten."

"Kim Seokjin isn't fit to run the company. If the chairwoman gives him the position, this company's gonna continue to lose money 'til we go bankrupt," Director Choi, one of the oldest members of the board said. "We should call for an emergency meeting now and decide on this matter. After all, it's not just the Chairwoman's decision to make but ours. And by the looks of things, she might not even get the chance to cast her vote."

"If Vice-Chairman Kim isn't good enough for the position, the Chairwoman still has Lalisa. the board adores her."

The man laughed as he sip on his glass of liquor. "Adore is a term for puppies. But puppies can't feed you, right? My son is the best fit for the position. I'm sure the board will agree with me--"

The door of the director's office suddenly opened.

"You asked to see me, sir?" A young man entered the room.

"Just who I wanted to see," the older man said signalling the younger one to enter and join them. "Director Song, this is my son. Min Namjoon."
