Penelope is a very important character. She's the Evil one. She is the offspring of a dream Demon so she will have demotic thoughts. Now Dylan is also part Dream Demon so he will have the same thoughts but not as much as Penelope. She is battling to embrace and to not. She is tired of being heckled because of the magic. The plot of had been building  up  when I made Penelope kill the zowboe in my last book. She has a hard time knowing when to stop. This is bad. This means she will most likely want everyone to perish like Bill did. This could mean alot. She is powerful but she has a hard time listening. Am uncontrolled Dream Demon is bad. Well maybe for the good guys but for the bad guys...
Anyways, Penelope is savage. She doesn't mind hurting people and this is very bad. Hope this gave you all a better understanding
