"Umm... can someone help me?" Dandelionshade yelped.
"I will!"Amberkit volonteered, rushing over to the medicine cat and grabbing some fluffy leaves in her jaws.
"Oh, thank you!"Dandelionshade purred.
Amberkit would have smiled, but she couldn't because the herbs would probably drop to the ground if she did. The she-cats retreated into the medicine cat den, carefully setting down their leaves.
"Okay, Amberkit off you go,"the stripy cat escused.
She hesitated, "Can you tell me a bit about herbs please first?"
Dandelionshade looked shocked, "W..why? Do you want to be a medicine cat?"
"Umm... well actually... Wheatrye might of already told you but on the day I opened my eyes, me and my littermates accidently hurt Breezeshine...and I hated it,"she sobbed.
"Aww... how could I reject something like that?"Dandelionshade purred, "I'll go tell Frostedstar to give you to me when your apprenticed,"

Amberkit sped over to Wheatrye, almost tripping Softheart up.
"Watch it!"she meowed, half amused, half irritated.
"Sorry!"the brown kit panted, "Wheatrye! Wheatrye! Dandelionshade said she'd take me on and that means I'm going to be ThunderClan's next medicine cat!"she spoke so fast that she was sure Wheatrye wouldn't understand.
"Really?"she purred.
"Really?"her sibling meowed.
"I'm happy for you, Amberkit but we won't train together,"Shadowkit mewed.
"Yeah!"Birchkit agreed.
"Sorry but I will be in camp all day,  ready to treat your wounds!"
"Not mine! I am invincible!" Shadowkit puffed out her little black  chest.
"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath the highrock for a Clan meeting!" Frostedstar yowled.
Amberkit glancing questioningly at Wheatrye, "What's going on?"
"Hush,"her mother silenced,"Watch,"
"Lakepaw and Orangepaw, you have completed your warrior training and it's time you became full warriors," she looked at Lakepaw's mentor, "Leafheart, has Lakepaw proved herself worthy of being a full warrior?"
"She has,"the warrior purred.
"Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Lakepaw, from this moment on you will be known as Lakebreeze, StarClan honours you for your determination and agility, and we welcome you as a full warrior in your turn,"
"Lakebreeze! Lakebreeze!"
After Frostedstar had named Orangebelly and praised him for his strength and quick-mind, Softheart stood up.
"Frostedstar! I have an announcement!"she meowed and soon broke into a purr, "Birdfly and I are having kits!"
Yells of congragulations sounded for the couple and Birdfly wrapped his tail around her.
"Yay! We're gonna have friends!" Amberkit meowed.
"Yes kits, but you'll have to wait at least two moons for them to be born," Wheatrye warned.
"Hurry up, kits! We'll be apprentices in three moons!" Shadowkit boasted.
Wheatrye sighed, "Aww... but I'll miss you!"
"When we're gone, you can sleep in the warrior's den with Breezeshine, and hunt and patrol!"Birchkit mewed.
"Your right,"Wheatrye purred,"I'm so happy that all my kits are happy and healthy,"
Breezeshine began waltzing over to them, "Hi!"he purred, "Amberkit, what's this I hear about you becoming a medicine cat?"
"Dandelionshade's gonna take me on!"
"That's amazing!"their father exclaimed.
Amberkit purred, This is the best day ever!
