Naruto: jinpachi? Shit... isn't he....

Haku;one of the 7 swordmen of the mist like Zabuza, care to take a guess what his sword can do?

Naruto:well this party just got more interesting....

Now

Naruto:so your employer paid up the ass just to get rid of one man huh? Don't suppose I can just pay you both to work for us?

*Haku and Naruto jumped out of the way from another explosion getting separated in the smoke*

Naruto:alright guess not

*Naruto's eyes were melted from his face as they were replaced by floating pink orbs as another tail appeared on his back*

*Naruto caught a fire ball from Roshi and ate before disappearing and appearing in front of Roshi grabbing his throat and slamming in to the ground with such force it cause a shockwave that made the mist disappear for a moment, Naruto jumped down and foot dived right on roshi's stomach making him puke out blood. One of Naruto's tails wrapped around roshi's neck and lifted him in to the air, just as Naruto was going to rip roshi's heart out, Roshi fell, Naruto lost all his kyuubi chakra*

Naruto:yin what the hell?!

Yin:sorry jailer I saw an opportunity and I just had to use it

*Naruto could hear yin's evil chuckle, Naruto jumped out of way but not fast in enough, he landed on the ground holding his right arm, Roshi slashed a chunk of it clean off, Roshi got up in full kyuubi cloak using ever last drop of Goku's power*

Roshi:guess it's my turn...

With Haku

*Haku coughed as he landed on top of a tree, looking around as his 1 tail of the kyuubi ran out of energy"

Haku: really yin now?

Yin:sorry kit your on your own until I rest up

*Haku sighed frustrated as he started to look around for his opponent, Haku jumped at the last minute as jinpachi appeared behind him ready to end haku's existence. Haku rubbed his neck feeling the trickle of blood coming from it*

Haku:you think your the only one that knows how to use the silent killing technique?

*Haku said as he keeps his eyes on jinpachi who just starts to chuckle*

Jinpachi:you may know the technique

*Haku eyes went to as small as needles  as he started to see double, jinpachi appeared behind Haku*

Jinpachi:but I've mastered it

*Haku dropped at the last second in to the mist, jinpachi rolled his eyes, as he took his sword when he was hit in the chin by Naruto's foot sending jinpachi flying to the mist filled ground*

Naruto:sorry about that

*multiple Narutos said, all talking at the same time to confuse jinpachi*

Naruto:Haku needs time to rest so you'll be facing me

Jinpachi:you think you can face me and Roshi alone?

*All the Naruto's started laughing in a mocking way, jinpachi grabbed what was throwned at him it was the disembodied head of Roshi*

Naruto:oh him? You actually thought he would be a challenge for the holder of the 9 tails the strongest of the tail beasts? Pathetic

*Jinpachi just hummed as he threw the head aside and pointed at one direction, the Naruto's looked confused until jinpachi made fire appear without using hand signs*

Jinpachi:then I guess I'll have to stop holding back

With the real Naruto at the other side of the battle

*Naruto was breathing heavily, blood trickling from a cut at his back, in reality Roshi was very much alive, and without Haku there Naruto was on a disadvantage, Roshi just looked at the boy with bored eyes. He disappeared and reappeared in front of Naruto grabbing him by his throat*

Naruto"lazy fox aren't you gonna lend me a hand?!"

Yin"why? If you die I'll be free, remember our deal little jailer goodluck

*Yin said his laughing booming inside Naruto's head making him groan*
Roshi:I would rather not kill someone so young so why don't you surrender?

*Roshi frowned when Naruto spat blood on roshi's face*

Naruto:if you have such a problem then why don't you?

*Roshi sighed and Started running, Roshi activated his cloak form and started ramming Naruto's back against tree after tree breaking every one and only getting faster until he threw him to the bridge, Naruto tried to get up but Roshi slammed his foot on his chest keeping him down*

Roshi:any last words?

Naruto:yeah, what took you so long?

*Roshi eyes widen as he looked around again he was trapped in haku's Demonic Mirroring Ice Crystals, Haku dashed from mirror to mirror grabbing Naruto and taking him out of the sphere*

Haku:sorry, yin took longer to heal the poison out of me then I wanted,

*The 3 heard a large explosion coming from the forest*

Naruto:i should hurry over there only got 5, clones left

*Haku took off her mask and gave Naruto a kiss on the lips*

Haku:good luck

*Naruto just winked at him and flickered away, Haku placed his mask on and looked at Roshi who was punching the glass trying to break free, the rain of senbon started piercing right pass Roshi's kyuubi cloak as if it wasn't even there *

Haku:how cute~

With Naruto

Naruto:so! Now that I'm not longer in danger are you gonna heal me up?

Yin:hm....come out of this fight alive and yes if not, then I don't see why I should waste my chakra on someone so weak

*Naruto sighed used to yin being a jerk especially when Naruto was close to death, close to yin's freedom. Naruto stopped on top of a tree close to the sound of fighting*

Naruto:Kami I hate using this....

*Naruto muttered as he took out his military ration pills and ate them, allowing naruto to keep fighting for three days and three nights without rest. He dropped to the fighting sight and what he saw was something unbelievable*

*Kushina had jinpachi on the ground, his sword broken and his face with every punch Kushina would break another piece of it, from nose, to jaw to even skin*

Naruto:mother?!

Moments before

*Clone Naruto was struggling to breath as he desperately tried to free himself from jinpachi firm grip on his throat. C Naruto needed to figure out a way out of this, he needed to buy time for the original Naruto to get here*

Jinpachi:well this has been fun, but it's time to end these games, in your next life I hope you remember the difference between a A rank and a S rank

*Jinpachi said lifting his sword ready for the final swing, that's when both heard the sound that could only be metal bending, jinpachi looked to his right and he was completely taken off guard to have not even sense another being there. It he could even call this thing of darkness such a name*

*Kushina finished her grip on the sword breaking it in half, and throwing the piece behind her, it was throwned with so much force that it slice any tree in it's path like paper*

Kushina:you harmed my child.....

*Kushina said in a terrifyingly calm voice that was devoid of emotions , jinpachi flickered away with C Naruto with him to finish the job but wherever he would disappear to Kushina would be there a second later, until Kushina grabbed the wrist of the arm that was holding  C Naruto and shattered the bone in to practically dust making jinpachi scream but Kushina didn't care, she flickered away from Naruto so he could rest not knowing it was just a clone, once she was alone with jinpachi she kicked him in the rips breaking them and sending him to the ground*

Kushina:nobody hurts my boy....

Present

*Kushina looked at Naruto her entire attitude change as she got up from the corpse and ran to her son hugging him tightly*

Kushina:I'm so glad I'm made it in time!! If you died I...I...I....

*Kushina became a blubbery mess crying in a comedic fashion as she hugged Naruto as if she was a koala. Naruto heard yin sigh and could feel his chakra healing him, making Naruto smirk*

Naruto"better luck next time"

Naruto: I'm.....glad you came mother truly I am but what are you doing here? I thought you choose to go back to Konoha

Kushina:and I did....but I.... I just couldn't stay there after trying to distract myself of you doing something so stupid at the end I couldn't just stay there so I ran to reach you in time and I'm so happy I didn't listen to that part of me that wanted to stay loyal to the Hokage and the rules of Konoha

*Naruto smiled softly as he got up and started walking to the bridge, deciding to not tell kushina that what she saw was just a clone*

Naruto:as I am....thank you for saving my life mother come on let's go see how my beloved is doing

*The Uzumaki pair flickered to the bridge and saw Roshi dead, from blood lose and Haku there waiting, he was surprised to see Kushina there"

Haku:beloved?

Naruto:it's...a long story
