  SKY AND MAX HAD BEEN BEST FRIENDS SINCE they were born. Early on, the two of them began to get into mischief together, and were practically attached to the hip. Their parents didn't mind, because they themselves were all best friends too, so it helped that the two children got along.

When the two were around ten years old, their parents were floated. The reason? Stealing extra rations for their growing children.

Of course, the two began to form a hatred towards the Ark, and everyone in it. That hatred only grew stronger when one of the guards took advantage of an orphaned Sky when she was around fourteen years old.

Eventually, they both wound up in jail for their hatred.

Amity grew up in Mecha station. She never really knew her dad, and as far as she could tell, her mom never really cared about her like family should. That's when Raven Reyes came into her life, and made her feel like she had someone she can lean on.

She gave the girl hope, happiness, and even started to train her in all things mechanics. The two were as close as two people could be, and with Finn, they had their own little family.

Until he was arrested too.

Kai grew up on Earth, and for the life of him, he could not understand why the sky people wanted to be there so bad. He was forced to become a solider too young, and with that came the weight of each of his kills. He was conflicted on what he wanted his life to be.

Especially when the sky people landed in his backyard.

He was fascinated by them immediately, but he had to hide his love for the culture. It was difficult for him to not want to jump into the world of technology and guns, or whatever else they had to offer. He didn't want to be seen as a traitor, he didn't want to hurt his people.

... but wants and needs are two different things.

I'm actually so excited for this, like you have no idea. Season two is where things will get good bc all of them will have diff points of view on everything happening and I just love that BYE.
