Look, I had a REALLY shitty week

(By my standards, a good week for most people)

But this weekend,, oh my god I've been so HAPPY, so blessed

It wasn't like some, it wasn't Empress's awesome birthday, it wasn't the sleepover over break, it wasn't my sister visiting, I barely left the house in my teenage state yet I had such a good time

Yesterday I didn't even feel that sick, and it's the same today, all the sleep has really helped

Yesterday I drew and drew and drew some more, it was a very fun time, plus I FINALLY got to see Mamma Mia!! Now I can know ABBA songs that aren't Mamma Mia, Dancing Queen, SOS or Gimme Gimme Gimme

Even with the tons of work I had to do today and bleak looking weak ahead I'm in a real character mood, I love my children and I don't care if no one else does because they are my vent

And that's the thing, I always refer to them as temporary, just a way to improve, which they are mind you, but they're also a really helpful coping mechanism and I can't wait to actually get going on some semblance of a story

So yea, that was a brag post about pretty much nothing, enjoy the joy
