Chapter 14

Author's PoV

"Look at the fucking guts we have now! Let go your brother, guru or even my parents find this shit out they will kill us without a word" Sri almost screamed while Shreya sat like a innocent kid looking around with her dupatta in her hand.

"For how long are we gone nod our heads to everyone Sri! Aren't we adults? With functioning brains?"Shreya asked and Sri let out a sigh

Right now! Shreya and Sri stood outside Guru's apartment waiting for the boys to come.

Just after Aditya left her with the tickets, she simply immediately made up her mind to go.

Cause that felt right to her! She had a mad urge to know him more, to learn every different layer of him and What better way would she find rather than spending time with him?

"I guess that's the car" sri said and Shreya nodded cause that black BWM was now too familiar for her, she would even identify it with just the honking sound.

Quickly they first headed towards the car and seated themselves in the back seat.
Adithya was in the driving seat and Vineeth was next to him.

And guess Shreya now has a new weakness or maybe an addiction To seeing Adhi in causal outfits, he was just in a l squared red shirt and jeans.

And the reason why they are currently driving in a car was because Aditya simply felt it was right. To take her to his hometown in his car. Hence the duo made up a lie saying the tickets were not confirmed at the last minute, Tho sri did not look like she brought up the lie she let it go.

"We will be back in two days right?" Sri asked looking at Vineeth and Aditya

"Of course" Vineeth quickly replied and Sri fell silent, a part of her wondering what he thought about her after she ignored his text like it never existed.

"Everything is taken care of Sri! Don't worry also how did you guys convince your families?" Vineeth added seeing her silence

Shreya and Sri immediately looked at each other.

Shreya had said to Amurtha Aunty that they were going on a college trip since Sri was also joining it wasn't a big deal to convince her, sri also used the same trick on her family.
While Shreya tried to tell about this trip to Guru and Hemanth.
They simply did not reply to her, let alone answer her calls.

And that's how they ended up in the car now. But they did not need to know all these

"Lied them saying it was a college trip" Sri said eyeing Shreya who in return turned away to the window.

The car yet again fell in silence, with just the songs playing and the girls and Vineeth vibing.

An hour passed by, and Aditya stopped to grab a snack. While the girls stayed outside the car leaning to the car, Vineeth and Aditya went in to buy coffee

"You are driving this time," Aditya said

" Arey I just queued the most trending songs no way" Vineeth said immediately

"I'll kill you! Change those into something nice and slow like you know uhm...romantic!" Aditya said

"Also somehow Sri should come to the front seat!" Aditya added before Vineeth could answer he quickly started walking towards the car.

As soon as Vineeth too joined them and took up the driving seat, Sri looked at Shreya once and cleared her throat.

"Bro, do you mind me taking the front seat? I feel nauseous ?" Sri asked to Aditya

Aditya had to almost bite his inner lips to control that smirk that begged to break on his lips before saying a yes.

Shreya looked at sri then at Vineeth and finally at Aditya and quickly looked away.

For some reason the mere sight of him today made her go all red, her cheeks were almost burning.

His eyes! His eyes were never the colour of the ocean and for someone who did not know swimming Shreya had been drowning in it ever since she saw him.

Vineeth started the car and the vibe was back again, slowly Vineeth reduced the radio volume and that's when Shreya noticed Aditya had fallen asleep, his head shaking and the car kept moving on the bumpy road.

And when the car went through another bump Aditya shifted uncomfortably towards his left, making his head fall on Shreya's shoulders.

Shreya's breath hitched as she felt the weight of his head on her shoulders.
Sri and Vineeth who seemed to notice this looked at each other trying to control their smile looking at Shreya's clueless face.

One more break and Aditya fell on her lap and stirred uncomfortably before adjusting his head on her lap.

Sri first looked around, which made Vineeth and Sri talk something among themselves pretending that they knew nothing happening behind them.

Shreya slowly relaxed and took in his facial features, his cologne hitting her nose while she noticed how peaceful he looked when he was asleep, his eyes were closed and that one hair strand on his forehead seemed so pretty, she had to fight the urge to stop herself from running her hands through his silky hairs but she lost it in his beard.

He slowly, softly and gently placed her fingers on his jaw and felt his beard under her fingers. He let out a soft smile.

In that moment, she felt beautiful. Not because she was, but because even while he was asleep her touch could cause a smile, and that was more than enough for her."

Suddenly Shreya felt her phone ringing, making Adithya get up from his sleep. Shreya looked around for her phone and grabbed her bag. Adithya quickly glanced at the caller's name only to see it was a simple red heart in the place of the name.

He felt a sudden panic fill in him.

Noticing the caller ID, Shreya looked at Sri and sri nodded understandingly.

"Stop the car for a while now! Let her talk to the caller" Sri said and Vineeth nodded and stopped at the side

Meanwhile, the call had stopped ringing once and started once again

Shreya got out of the car and walked to the side attending the call while sri followed her.

Adithya looked at Vineeth and he shrugged

"No idea bro" Vineeth answered an unasked question

Adithya too got down the car and took up the driver seat now. His brain had been giving him an off-mood scenario and it was not doing anything good to him right now.

Seeing Aditya's reaction, Vineeth did not say anything but simply occupied the front seat and sat silently waiting for them.

Here sri urged Shreya to put the call on speaker

"Yes tell me, Hemanth! Did you now magically realise you have a sister?" Shreya asked sarcastically

"Aye no! I was busy with work but listen Amurtha Aunty said you're on a college trip!"Hemanth asked and Shreya looked at sri while sri urged her to say yes.

"I called you to inform but my majesty you were busy," Shreya said yet again sarcastically

"My fault my fault Alright listen now! Shreya wherever you are whatever you do! Be very careful..just make sure no one knows who you are! No one should know who Shreya Shetty is okay?" Hemanth told his voice full of concern and seriousness that made Shreya understand he was serious

"Yes, I will! You come back soon "Shreya said and looked at sri who was mumbling "Guru guru"

"Ah yes also don't tell guru about this trip! I don't want him to feel left out" Shreya said

"I won't! Please take care and keep texting me every once and then okay? Promise me" Hemanth said and Shreya agreed

She ended the call and looked at the car and took a deep breath before walking towards the car
