Some guy was running through the streets of ikkubukuro, till he came to a halt, down an ally with no other way out, he turned back shocked and saw the blank rider, and the white fox "I'm sorry! Really I am!" He exclaimed as the two walked forward "I'll tell you what I'll give it back...just let me go" he pleaded, pushing the case out

Hiyori was about to take it, when all of a sudden, a blade stabbed her arm from behind, manning the man in front gasp in horror, she cried in pain, both turned their heads and saw a figure, the man himself shook 8n fear, then shrieked when the red eye showed

Present time

"This is bad, Really bad" Celty said as shinra examines hiyori's arm, which had no wounds or scrates "It's my fault guys" shinra shook his head in guilt "it wasn't that even good of a job. I don't know why I took it" Celty the typed "The job itself should been pretty easy it but then from out of nowhere that thing showed up"

Flashback

The thing that stabbed Hiyori's arm then Swiped of celtys helmet with its sword, Celty was too distracted with Hiyori that the thing ran away, the guy dropped the case and ran away screaming, Celty tried to slice it with her Seiff, but the creature ran away, so she went back to Hiyori

"Hiyori!" Both girls just stared at the wound that was closing up, but before it did, Hiyori heard whispers ' inhuman! Monster! Monster! Monster!' It then closed up

"Did you hear?" Hiyori asked, Celty typed " yes I did" she said, surprisingly

End of flashback

"You heard a voice come from your wound" shinra asked Hiyori, which she nodded " yes and Celty heard it too, It Said I was a monster" she explained "Well that's just rude! I prefer enchantress personal! or even goddess!" Shinra exclaimed "What was it, what if it was some kind of alien" Celty typed, the two just gave her a questioning look "Celty... what's that supposed to be a joke?" Shinra asked

When the guy ran away

"M-Monster!" In the area, mikado and masaomi were stuck with three guys that were part of the yellow scarfs, they took this as a chance to escape "Let's go!" Masaomi yelled "Hey!" Ran after him

'Sometimes it always seems this city it's only made up of Pringles impulses and chance and this could just be another one of gods prank so impulses' masaomi narrated, the time was brought back to when him, mikado and the other two girls were walking home together

'Here I am, walking home with next to this to chick that I fell in love with on the first moment we met, she was being chased by some creeps that kidnap girls like her that are hot, she has bright red hair and violet eyes' his eyes wanted to Hiyori, who was walking ahead of him 'who's friends with this along a girl glasses' he then stared at anri, next to his crush 'and this dork which totally blows' then finally mikado, who was on the opposite side of Hiyori

"You took some guff the other day" mikado tried to start a conversation " Oh um yeah" Hiyori smiled nervously, things went back to quiet "Er..." mikado tried to come up with something else to say, but was having no luck, masaomi just chuckled in the back 'This isn't working' "I sure didn't see that coming you putting the movies on her" he said, referring to when he took her hand that day when they got into trouble and pulled her and anri away

"That isn't what I was doing" mikado glared at him "But you know it's all good I think if I were you though I would've taken that shot and scored by now I would be whispering sweet nothings to her in west gate park" masaomi then jumped in front of Hiyori, kneelingdown in front of her "dump the chump and go out with me!" Making her blush in shock

"Hey! What are you?!" Mikado exclaimed in anger "Um I er!" Hiyori stuttered "It's alright you don't need to answer right away I've got the same offer up to 7 other girls and I still don't know which one I want most" masaomi shrugged " Don't waste your time trying to make sense of this guy Hiyori, it would just make your head hurt" mikado said, then grinned" I know he likes it like a playboy but he's far from it last time he tried to hit on girls he-" "Okay you've said enough" masaomi smiled cheekily, then pounded on his friend form the railing ' this guy is Mikado ryugamine, my best friend he come from the sticks he's just been in ikkubukuro a few days he's pretty naive but also really stubborn so I can never leave him alone and it seems this noon and I have ended up in a bit of a love triangle, guess that's part of being young' masaomi then crashed onto him, playifhgimg, while anri and Hiyori just watched, not knowing what to say or feel

"Wow, It seems like you two are good friends" anri said "Yeah, best friends" masaomi smiled "It's the cross I bear" mikado sighed, only to get stuck back into the play fight, Hiyori just slightly snickered while anri deadpanned

After school next day

Hiyori told anri to go ahead of her, since she forgot something in the class, just then mr nasujima appeared " Hiyori, have you perhaps seen anri anywhere?" He asked, which she didn't feel obligated to tell him "No sir I haven't" she lied, shaking her head "You heading home now?" He asked

"Yes" was all she said "Everything okay is something bothering you could tell me" she stiffened when he placed a hand on her shoulder "I'm concerned, if there is a bully or in your trouble let me know" he said, smiling

"I'm fine sir" Hiyori said, hoping he would back off "Are you sure there isn't something you wanna talk about?" He asked once again, which Hiyori nodded "Okay you know I haven't seen mika Harima Come to school yet, even though you and anri are in the same class with her, I talked with anri's junior high teacher he asked me to take extra special care of her, but that doesn't mean I'm not worried about you too" his hand went under her hair "so if you could tell me any thing I'd appreciate it you know what why do I take you home today, did you hear? The slasher was in ikkubukruo again" Hiyori felt her eyes darken ' don't remind me'she clenched her arm, knowing other people out there were being killed, still hoping the teacher would leave her alone

"Mr nasujima are you sexually harassing her" he pulled away, to Hiyori's relief, when he heard masaomi's voice from the doorway "wow you sure are getting pretty Hansy there was our class reps assistant teach, if that was in sexual harassment I don't know what is, so you like the sexy type?" He asked cheekily

"Kida, Enough of the clowning" mr nasujima turned back to Hiyori "Hiyori, I wouldn't want you to get the wrong idea and start spreading rumours" he smiled nervously "Does she look like the gossipy type do you?" Masaomi asked, walking toward them protecting, just to stop the teacher from touching his crush again

"You've got a point, you kids take care" the teacher walked past "and you have nothing to worry about the only one spreading rumours will be me!" Masaomi called out, which made the teacher trip on one a bucket and mo
, the turned back to Hiyori who was sighing in relief ' totally heroic! can you get more awesome! Tell me how could she not be in love right now?' Jay then the two heard "Masaomi, Hiyori?" It was mikado and anri

'Course this is when you show up' masaomi deadpanned "I'm sorry Hiyori you shouldn't have had to deal with him" anri said in guilt " It's fine" Hiyori reassured

At a small park

Masaomi walked back with four ice creams for the whole group, he pasted one to mikado which was strawberry, his was chocolate , and the other two were both vanilla for the girls "Here you go all yours" he then passed them their ice creams

"Thank you" anri said "Hey seriously watch out for that guy, he's bad news, most of it is just rumours but nasujima did really go after student once" masaomi warned "He did what?!" Mikado exclaimed "yeah, and older student named huruna nekawa, she transferred out second semester last year, news about them spread is ready quickly, then they broke things off so he wouldn't get busted" masaomi explained "Really?" Mikado asked

"Maybe nasujima or the school, or she left on around either way she's not here this year" masaomi finished the explanation, but then said "hey if it messes with either of you mikado and I will take him out"he said to both girls "won't we buddy?" Then turned to mikado

"Yeah I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to but if you need my help I'm glad to do it" he nodded "Dude wrong on you should be all I don't know what I'm doing but love is the wind beneath my wings or something like that otherwise your a p#$$"

"Hey have some manners" mikado exclaimed "It's just the truth" masaomi shrugged, finishing his ice cream "Anyway about those girls, the ones that were  bullying you two, they're from your old junior high right anri?" Mikado asked, which surprised her "How did you know that?" She asked "It's just the things they said to you, seems like there was another girl before Hiyori that used to stick up for you, but I guess that girl is gone now and so those girls came back to harass you again" mikado explained

"Yeah that's right friend of yours has disappeared still no sign of her yet?" Masaomi asked "It's mika harima from our class right?" Mikado asked, anri showed pics of her friendship with mika

"They say that she's just absent from school right now, but she's been missing since before school even started" anri explained "Why don't we tell the cops about this?" Masaomi asked surprised

"The last I heard from her she sent a text to me and her family she said her heart was broken so she was taking a quick trip and told not to worry" anri said "Her heart was broken? What happened?" Masaomi asked, Hiyori heled in her laughter, grinning. ' this is going to be good'

"Well... listen this might come as a bit of a shock to you" anri warned "After all I've seen these past few days, I doubt anything csn shock me" mikado smiled' here it comes' "my friend Mika... is a stalker" mikado choked on his ice cream, which Hiyori snickered

"gotcha, so that guy we caught you talking to earlier, Mika was stalking him, oh sorry she was deeply in love with him and had to go on a trip because he rejected her, that's an issue for her family then, not you, of she doesn't come back sooner, they'll cops " masaomi reassured, anri's sad expression however didn't change "Were the two close we're are good friends?" Mikado asked

'why is he asking her that?' Masaomi wondered "we were together all the time" anri answered "well his intuition is shockingly good" masaomi stared in surprise at his friend  "I'm not actually very sociable, but she took me a long where she went, and it was only because of her I actually met people, then when I found that she chose the same high school I did, I actually feel kind of guilty about it" anri explained

'so then...' masaomi glared at mikado 'mikado I know what you're thinking, that mika only kept anri around to make herself look better, but dude don't say that'

"I know" anri said, which surprised both boys "I'm sorry what?" Mikado asked "That mika was only using me to make herself look better,but to be honest I was using her to, depending on her made my life easier, and pretty soon I couldn't imagine living any other way, but now I think I'm okay, I realise that I don't really need her I'm used to it now, I'm doing fine without her,  to tell you guys the truth I only asked to be class rep because that's the job she wanted, I wanted to prove myself that I can be better then she is, you think I'm devious don't you?" Anri asked

"Actually I think it's devious that you're telling us this" Hiyori said, which shocked all three "it kind of seems like your asking for our forgiveness or something, The fact that you wanna be better than her is something you should feel the need to defend if you ask me that something you should be really proud of" she smiled, anri the stood up "You're right, thank you Hiyori" she bowed her head

'I gotta say this is why I dig this chick' masaomi smiled, looking at Hiyori, then came up with a funny idea, me made the mini seesaw Rock, which made mikado fall over, since he was leaning on it " Masaomi!" Mikado yelled "Your lame!" Masaomi laughed " how an I lame?!" The two girls just smiled

At a cafe
A guy was interviewing three girls at a cafe, it was the three girls that bullied Hiyori and anri "What the toughest guy in ikkubukuro?" The tall brown haired girl asked. "Yeah who is he?" The man asked "You was a magazine Duffus how lame are you?" The pink haired asked "Do you know who I think is the most scary that guy with the black bike" she said

"I know him he's like got no head" the tall girl explained " No way" the blond haired girl said "But then again that slasher" the tall girl reminded " Oh right" the blond said " the pink haired girl agreeing "Yeah"

"What did you guys say the dollars are pretty hard-core right now?" the man became intrigued "The dollars?" He asked "Yeah! The dollars!" The trio exclaimed

Back to the group

"Thanks for everything we'll head home now see ya guys" Hiyori waved then she and anri left "Bye" she said

While the two boys walked home, masaomi saw members of the yellow scarfs, which he frowned

When the two boys parted ways he was stood outside of a hospital, he wanted to go in for some reason, but he just walked way, not noticing a girl looking at him from a window

Also somewhere in the city a man was leaning against a wall in fear, holding a knife pointing it at some strange figure, who also wielding a knife

In the end he just ran away screaming before anything else could happen, the thing however, just moved slicing the air

Hiyori asked" Yeah exactly, but you've got to get this object back before you deliver it, now I didn't ask him what it was I'm guessing is just for both parties if I don't know" shinra wanted "We gotta" Great thing about the goods seems the guy that has it keeps moving we've got good info on where he likes to lay low so finding him shouldn't be An issue, okay?" Shinra asked

"Got it" the two then got ready to leave "There's been a lot more sightings of the slasher lately, be careful" shinra warmed the two girls

At some cafe

"The slasher?" One guy questioned"Uh huh, That's what I said that slashers. Unhinged" another with a piercing said "They say it comes out of nowhere and beat you to a pulp" the guy from the gang fight said. Meanwhile the two girls had just found the guy, just when Hiyori was about to take the case she got stabbed in the arm, the guy got scared and ran away leaving the case, his screaming was so loud it was heard by the five people in the ally, two of them being mikado and masaomi, who booked it to get away from the guys that had them cornered

They tried to run after the two but a figure with a knife appeared in front of them, they screamed when the knew who it was, and blood splattered on the wall
