My body and mind fight
every day, every night.

It's normal for me
though I want to be free.

I try to listen to my body,
It's only listening to my family.
But my mind says no
It wants me to live happily.

People say my mind is evil
That it's only ever been deceitful.

If only they could look inside my heart
They would see I've wanted this from the start.

I know who I am and who I'm not
But strangers only see me as one or the other.
It's sad but true, oh what am I doing
Everyone will only see me as a bother.

but I am who I am and theres no changing that
Cous I'm still me even in a silly hat.
