THE five maknaes are now standing outside their apartment, holding candles, and cellphones each. The five stared at their apartment, no lights and all windows are shut.

"What now?" Jimin broke the silence.

"Who wants to go first?" Rosé excitedly asked.

"Me!" Jungkook and Taehyung said in unison. The two rivals glared at each other again.

While Jungkook and Taehyung debates, Lisa is unbothered and just stared at their apartment.

The incident a while ago is still giving her chills. But other than being scared, she's more curious. It's like her curiousity is suffocating her, she's desparate to know the answer.

"I'll go first."

"Lisa! No!" Rosé and the others shouted. But...

Too late, she already locked the door.

Rosé immediately dialed Lisa's number, hoping that Lisa would answer.

"Yeah?" Lisa answered and thus earned a sigh of relief from the four.

"What are you doing?! You should've thought it through!" Rosé nagged her.

Lisa's brows furrowed, "But it's just a game, right? None of this is real anyways so there's nothing to think through."

But Lisa was unsure of her answer. She wanted to play the game to find out something and feed her curiousity. But at the same time, she wants this to be just a game too.

"Yeah, but..." Rosé sighed.

"Just tell me the rules so I can start playing this shit." Lisa said.

"O-Okay..." Rosé responded. She looked at the three worried men around her before proceeding.

"First, find a mirror." Rosé instructed.

Without further ado, Lisa went straight to the bathroom and faced the mirror.

"Light your candle."

And Lisa did. She lit the candle and she saw her reflection in the mirror. It was quite creepy being alone in a dark bathroom but Lisa ignored the feeling.

"Look around you. Make sure you're alone." Rosé said, sending chills to the three idiots.

"Yah, you're scaring her!" Jungkook retorted to Rosé.

"She's Lalisa Manoban. She's not afraid of anything." Rosé spat.

Lisa was fully aware of what they're talking about since Rosé set the call on loud speaker.

"I'm alone. What now?" Lisa asked, staring at herself in the mirror while her left hand is holding the candle and the other one is holding her phone.

"Repeat after me." Rosé demanded.

"I welcome you into my home..."

"I welcome you into my home."

"But not into my body."

"But not into my body."

"Come now."

Lisa paused for a moment before repeating Rosé words. She stared at her reflection one last time...

"Come now."

And the candle light suddenly went off.

Lisa's breath hitched and startled as she dropped her phone on the floor.

Darkness... Pure darkness was all she could see.

"Lisa?" Rosé started to worry for her bestfriend. It has only been ten seconds since Lisa said those words but the line was too quiet.

"Lisa! Yah! Answer me!" Rosé exclaimed.

Jungkook and the two boys looked so worried and confused. Jimin looked worried and was about to go and kick the door open when suddenly...

"I'm fine! I'm okay." Lisa finally spoke on the other line.

The four maknaes sighed in relief as soon as they heard Lisa's voice.

"What happened to you? You were gone for like a minute!" Rosé asked her.

"Just startled." She answered.

"About what?" -Taehyung.

"My candle went off." Lisa answered.

The three men furrowed they're brows in confusion but Rosé's eyes slightly widened, realizing something.

"Lisa." Rosé called.

"Yeah?"

Shit, Rosé thought.

"Hide. Now."

And this earned shock faces from the boys. Jimin started worry and Jungkook wanted to go and drag Lisa out. While Taehyung is confused about the situation.

"What the hell is happening, Chae?" They heard Lisa on the other line.

"Just hide! Now!" Rosé exclaimed.

Lisa started to panic too but she just obeyed Rosé and hid under the kitchen counter.

And then there was pure silence.

The silence was too quiet for Lisa and only her own breathing is all she could hear.

It was creepyly silent.

12:06 am.

"Rosé, what the fuck is happening? Is Lisa okay?" Taehyung retorted.

"Hopefully." Rosé answered.

"What... Chaeyoung! What is happening right now? Why did you tell her to hide immediately? Is she in danger?" Jungkook held Rosé shoulders.

"Bro, you're scaring Chaeng." Jimin step up and pulled Rosé away from Jungkook.

Jungkook just bowed in guilt and muttered a slight sorry.

"Now tell us, Chaeng. What is happening?" Jimin asked in a calm voice.

Rosé stared at Taehyung and Jungkook and heaved a deep sigh before answering.

"After saying the invitation, Lisa's candle went off." Rosé said.

Jungkook and the other two furrowed their brows.

"Went off? Just that, and you're panicking?" Jungkook raised an eyebrow at her.

Rosé rolled her eyes at his stupidity. Well, she expected that answer since the three are called three idiots for nothing.

"The house is sealed, remember? We closed every window and everything that can let an air enter. So how the fuck did Lisa's candle went off by itself?" Rosé explained and the three shut their mouths.

"And the candle wasn't suppose to go off. If the candle goes off, it only indicates that she summoned an unwelcomed playmate." Rosé continued.

"Unwelcomed playmate?" Taehyung furrowed his brows.

"Yeah. Something evil." Rosé spat.

Taehyung and Jungkook raised their brows at Chaeyoung but Rosé just bit her lips in worry.

"Then what are we doing here? Shouldn't we just go inside and grab Lisa?" Jungkook asked.

Rosé shook her head. "No. If we interfere, Lisa will lose. It's a single player game."

"And I know she's going to win." Rosé confidently said.

Lisa hid under the kitchen counter and locked herself in the cabinet. She felt a little cold even though she's in a small and tight place.

She ignored the coldness and focused on finishing the game.

I just have to hide until the light goeas back again, right? Lisa thought.

She inhales and ehales deeply, multiple times to keep herself calm. She hasn't been this anxious in her life before.

Lisa was always the adventorous one together with the reckless Taehyung and the brave Jungkook. They're literally the playful ones in the family.

*tap-tap*

She was startled when sbe started t
o hear footsteps. A very loud footsteps.

She wanted to check if it's Chae or the three other guys are playing with her but her mind kept telling her to just stay there and be quiet.

She wants to make herself believe that this game isn't true but something is keeping her from knowing the answer.

The footsteps became closer. Closer and closer towards the kitchen. Lisa put her hands on her mouth so her breathing wont be heard by her playmate.

The footsteps seemed to be walking towards her hiding place and this made Lisa even more anxious. But she sat still and closed her eyes while holding her breath.

Lisa shivered in fear as the shadow of a person, now standing in front of her hiding place.

It stopped and stood there and this made Lisa even more nervous.

Her eyes widened as the cabinet slowly crieked open, revealing her. But when she looked up to see her playmate...

She was more than shocked.

She wanted to believe she was just dreaming but when it held her shoulders and knelt down, she snapped back to reality and cussed the hell out of herself.

"TAEHYUNG?!"
