Aaron's POV

~Months later~

"Aaron, I'll be fine" She assures me, plucking her purple purse from the kitchen counter.

"I know.....I know......I just..." I try, unintentional concern laced in my voice.

"Aaron.....its been almost a year.."

"Your right.....I just don't want anything to happen to you"

"Aaron.....It's just the mall, what could happen? A petty fight breaks out between isles 9 and 10 and I somehow get involved?" She suggests, sarcastically.

Her beautiful smile sparks my terrible one.

I pull her into my chest, wrapping my arms around her.

I hear someone clear their throat.

We both turn to our right to see Katelyn, standing in the doorway of the kitchen, her hands on her hips.

"Nothing will happen okay? I'll be back in a few hours" Aphmau reassures.

"Okay, I love you" I say.

"I love you more"

"I doubt it" I remark, placing my lips on hers.

She kisses back, placing her purse back on the kitchen counter so she could place her hands on the back of neck.

I hear Katelyn clear her throat again, but this time louder.

"Ya done?" She questions, an annoyed tone in her voice.

"Bye" Aphmau says, grabbing her purse and walking out of the house with Katelyn.

"Bye" I whisper.

Arrow sprints towards Aphmau, but I stop him, picking the puppy up.

"I know buddy, I know...."

Aphmau's POV

We pull into the parking lot, my hand still swaying through the moderate wind.

We hop out, all of us placing our various sunglasses on our tanned faces.

Katelyn, Lucinda, Kawaii~chan, Nicole, Cadenza, Crystal, Kristy, Hailee, Liz and I walk into the large overcrowded building.

We join the bustling horde, trying to differentiate a human being from a life-like mannequin.

(AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO MISTAKEN MANNEQUINS FOR REAL PEOPLE SOMETIMES?! ANYBODY?! no....okay)

We enter an abundance of stores, and wait in a larger abundance of lengthy lines.

Lucinda spends a large portion of her time at Potion & Magic Works.

Kawaii~chan and the rest of the fangirls don't budge from the movie posters, plastered across the mall's bulletin board.

The rest of the girls were with me in forever-the-age-we-pretend-to-be store.

I was swiping the hangers across the metal bars that hang on the wall when Katelyn, Nicole, Cadenza came over to me.

"Aphmau...." They try, but I stop them.

"Yes, that's me" I retort, trying to ignore them.

"We need to talk about...."

"There is nothing to talk about..." I say, my voice throwing hostility in the air.

"You can't just....."

"I can.....and I will...."

I start furiously sliding the clothes across the bar, the scratching sound from the sliding becomes louder.

"You have to tell Aaron..." They all say, their shopping bags hanging on their elbow pits.

(What are those places on your arm where the joint is in the middle?I has nos ideas)

"Guys..........I don't even think I'm gonna tell him"

They all synchronously gasp.

(Le gasp, I'm sorry I had to) 

"Why?!" Cadenza questions.

"We only have been dating less than a year, if you include the months when I was missing......He doesn't need this pressure..."

"How are you going to hide this from him? You can't for long you know?!" Katelyn remarks, a bit loudly.

Ya, I forget I'll be large-like.

"I know....I just..."

A loud noise cuts me off.

We all turn to the store's entrance, only to be blown back by a large fireball.
