Patton seemingly lean forward to me and whispers...

"Virgil...I could feel your tension right now...are you scared?" He whispers, I didn't think Logan would hear that...

But...

"Of course he would feel that kind of emotion in this moment Patton, since the incident last week had been damaged the whole kingdom , Virgil wouldn't be so obvious just hiding a 'kiddo' as You would refer it..." Logan said to Patton, If I was just a normal guy, I would like to punch him hard, but I'm not... since I could see fears....

Nah...It's stupid....

Seriously it's nothing...

"Prince Virgil, your father will see you in the library." Logan said after talking to one of the servants...

"He wants to talk to you, privately" the intellect said...

My tension rises up even more at the last word...

The last time father wanted to talk to me 'privately' was a very long time ago...

"Father, Logan said you need to talk to me?" I said , shocked that I didn't even stutter a bit...

"Ahh...son would you mind read me for a bit here?" Father asked...

"F-father a-are you okay?" I asked, quite shocked at the fact that he asked me something good...

Since I was a child, my family showed me perfectly that I'm a disgrace to them, shove me , punch me , lock me in my own room, my whole childhood was filled with those things that they did to me -well not everyone-.... so it was really surprising that my own father asked me something positive.....

I'm sure he has a reason....

"Of course I am, also your turning 18 right?" He said

"Y-yes father, it's next week , why did you ask?" I still asked, confirming the thought in my head...

"Well son don't you remember? It's a tradition in our family, that if any member that has royal blood turns 18, the whole kingdom will celebrate a wonderful celebration!" He explained...

"Of course..." I said

"Also it's also the perfect day to introduce you to the while kingdom!" He said, standing up from the chair he's sitting in...

"That is also the day you will choose one of the lovely ladies from other kingdom to whom you will married with." He continued, he gently holds my hands to the last part...

"What?!" I said, I was already shocked how my father being nice to me, but now I need to pick a wife?!?!

"But..." I trailed off

"Virgil...haven't we talked about this?" He said voice blank, he removed his hands on my arms...

"But father..."

"DON'T YOU EVEN KNOW THAT THE THING YOU DID ALMOST DESTROYED OUR REPUTATION?! RUMOURS SAID THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE BEEN SEDUCED WITH A WOMAN AND HAVE A CHILD?!"

"Y-yes father but...but how could I even do that? Plus, I never really lik-" I was cut off as he slams my face that made fall off the ground...

"THAT WILL NEVER GONNA HAPPEN VIRGIL! NEVER! I WILL FORBID ALL MEN IN THAT PARTY! SO THAT YOU WILL NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE EVER AGAIN!" He raises his voice to me...

I remained silent before I had the ability to stand up again...

"T-that's great news father..." I stand up, and said to him in a blank voice...

"I'll tell the servants to prepare the thing needed for the party..." he said...

"Thank you father..." I said then walk away...

I have talked to Patton about the shocking news...

He really seemed to understand me....

I still don't know why though...

Now, I'm in my room, from my bed, I stand up and walk to the balcony, the balcony is really a good place for me...

From there I could see the town and the busy people around, I could also see the royal garden, the garden was full of red, purple ,dark and light blue , and also yellow flowers, with also the mix of the dark green leaves makes the view more natural...

I never been the type of boy to just walk around like a fucking brat...

So I always stay in my room, but of course, Patton and Logan are on my side...

We're just a four year old children, Children like us should be playing outside and have fun...

I quickly hide myself at the door of the balcony to never get seen...

After a few hours he left, I could feel a little bit of disappointment in his aura while he walk off...

Strange....I might be crazy right now...because....He looks familiar...

But I thought I was just overthinking,so I let it off...

"He must be a new knight from the village.." I said ,I've head that my father will recruit new soldiers to fight a war against the kingdom next door...

Some people said that the king of the kingdom next door betrayed my father, but the truth is...

My father lied...

Years before mother died, father hired a bounty hunter to kill one of the prince in the kingdom...

Reports have said that the prince killed the person that almost killed him...
