Sorry for such a late update. Will try to be regular for some days. Not everyday wala.. but still will try to atleast not take long gaps.
So... here we goo....

It was not just a dream. It actually was the reality. He looked up to see Sonakshi laughing her heart out.
" Chalne ki tameez nahi hai toh ghar pe baithna seekhiye Mr. Dixit." Said Sona, reminiscing the old days.

Dev got up and said," Baat karne ki tamez nahi hai toh chup rehna seekho. It's Dev for you. Mr. Dixit sirf bahar walon ke liye. Apnon ke liye I am Dev. Get that?"

" Accha? Hum aapke hai kaun?" Sona said.

" Sachmein janna hai?" Dev said and started moving towards her, looking at her intently. He was about to get hold of her, when he was disturbed by a shrill cry. He looked at Sona astonishingly, only to find her falling on the ground. "Deevv... heellpp... aaah... Dev" she wailed. Dev bent down to help her with tears in his eyes.

"Sona.. what happened??"Dev asked, concerned. He was scared. Scared that if anything happened to his Sona, what would he do?

"Aah... Dev.. please help.. I don't want to die. Please help me. It's paining. Aah."

Hearing these words, his mind went blank. He didn't know what to do. He didn't know what was happening. What was this sudden pain, and why could it go to the extent of costing her life, he didn't know. He didn't know anything except that he had to find a way of helping her, because she was his life. He cares for her, and had to fetch a way of helping her out. Not able to run the horses cum snails of his brains, he decided to ask her only.

"Sona! Wh- What do I do? What happened to you? Sona answer naa. Please" he said, panicking.

Sonakshi was by now frustrated. Here she was in so much pain, not being able to bear it, and this man was testing her patience in this state too. When she said its paining, can't he simply take her to a hospital. Why did he have to be this stupid and irritating??

"Hospital. Take me to the damn hospital before I die!!," she literally shouted.

This is when it clicked Mr. Idiotic Dixit. He asked her forgiveness and made her comfortable on the bike.

As soon as he was about to sit on the bike, Sonakshi started laughing her lungs out. Dev thought that it the pain was affecting her mind,and so said," Sona, I think the pain is making you mad. Stop laughing. How will I drive to the hospital. Sonaa... I said stop it. Oh My God! She's not listening. What do I do?"

" It was just a joke Mr. Panic Dixit! I didn't get any severe pain. It was just a small one. But, on a serious note, it could have got severe if I hadn't played the prank, beacise doctor has said that whenever I get such pains, try to be happy and laugh. And see, the pain subsided. All these years,I didn't have any reason to laugh. I had to be rushed to the hospital. Many times doctors said that nearly died. I am sorry Dev. I know you don't like these kind of jokes. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. " she said, first enjoying his state, then reminiscing the past, and finally realising that what she did was not a good joke idea. 

Learning the truth, Dev got angry and decided to not forgive her for a long time. But, as she continued, he understood her pain. It was severe, though not physical, but the pain in her heart was enough to subside all his anger. He instantly forgave her and off they went home.
