"Hey. What's up? So, I need to get my blood back."

The lady up front looked up from her computer to see a smiley Yoongi. He waved and then threw a peace sign. "I said what up?"

"Excuse me?" She asked confused.

"I'm Min Yoongi. I came to get my blood back. It was drawn about three days ago by an angel." He laughed.

The lady remained speechless and a blank stare. Yoongi awkwardly rubbed his nose and cleared his throat.

"I'm kidding. It's a joke. I know I can't actually get my blood back."

Silence.

"I'm here because I want to make an appointment. I know I have one in about a week, but this is urgent."

"Sir, if this is an emergency we recommend you to go to the hospital."

"No, no, I'm exaggerating. I just have a uhh...a stomach ache."

The lady looked confused and a bit aggravated by him. She scrolled through the schedule and saw an open slot.

"We have one available at 2:45 p.m."

"I'll take it! It's for Dr. Choi, right?"

"Right."

"Okay. That's good. I'll take that one. Can I go ahead and pay?"

"Sir, it's 10 a.m. I can't check you in until fifteen minutes before your appointment."

"Oh. Okay. That's fine. I'll wait."

"You can leave and come back you know?"

"Okay. I'm going to go get some food and I'll be right back, okay? Don't give the appointment to anyone."

"That's fine. Don't worry, your name is up here."

"Thanks. You're the best, ummm, Ms. Hyuna." He said looking at her name tag. He adjusted the notepad on her desk and fixed the pen in a way that didn't irk his nerves.

"I have OCD. I need it to be right otherwise my mind will...never mind. Thank you. Sorry for touching your stuff."

She awkwardly smiled, "You're welcome. We will see you at 3 then!"

Yoongi nodded as he walked through the door. He would go get lunch and then come right back. The receptionist probably thought he was kidding.

She didn't know Min Yoongi.

•••

"Min."

Yoongi's phone fell his hand and slid across the floor when he heard Jimin's voice. "Oh my fuck," he mumbled running to pick it up.

The patients in the waiting room looked at him weird and he gave them all a 'what-the-fuck-you're-looking-at-face'.

"Let me guess, your hands gave up, huh?"

Yoongi cheesed as big as he could nodding. "Indeed!" He laughed.

"It happens! Follow me this way, please. Since we already have your height and I highly doubt you've grown feet since your last visit, we will only check your weight, okay?"

"That's fine. Do you want me to remove my shoes? My keys? My clothes?"

Jimin laughed nervously shaking his head, "Oh, no, sir, that's okay. You don't have to."

"Are you sure? I will slip this shit right off." He asked grabbing the hem of his pants.

"I'm completely sure."

"I'm kidding by the way. Sort of." He mumbled the last part hoping he hadn't said it too loud.

"Okay! Now, I will take you to a room."

Yoongi walked behind Jimin. On the way, he had to stop for a few seconds to fix a painting on the wall.

He had an obsession with making things perfect including himself. So, when he saw something that didn't look right in his eyes he had to fix it.

Jimin stopped walking when he realized Yoongi fixing the painting. "Thanks for adjusting that. It's been crooked for the last six months and we have all been lazy to fix it."

"I didn't mean to touch it. I know I'm not suppose to. I can't help it. It will annoy the hell out of me. Then, it'll stay on my mind and give me anxiety."

"It's fine. Don't worry." Jimin said with a kind smile.

Yoongi sighed relieved. Sometimes, people didn't understand how frustrating it was for him to deal with his thoughts.

And to have him understand him and his situation? It made Yoongi's heart erupt with feelings and emotions he hadn't felt in so long.

"Thank you so much. That means a lot."

"You're welcome. Should we keep going?" He asked.

Yoongi nodded continuing to follow him. They finally made it to the room where he took a seat.

Jimin looked down at his chart humming. He had a black ink pen and he stuck it between his rosy plumped lips.

Yoongi gulped imagining dirty thoughts of what those lips could do. He quickly shook those images away before it led to awkward situations.

"I'm going to check your blood pressure, okay?"

Yoongi nodded as he leaned over him to wrap the cuff on his arm. About twenty seconds later, the cuff stopped squeezing his arm and the machine beeped.

"112/78 pulse 98. It's great. Your pulse is better than the other day."

"I feel safe with you." He bluntly said.

Jimin got a small tint of redness on his cheeks. "Oh, I'm glad I make you feel that way. That's what I'm here for.  So, what brings you here today?"

"I have a tummy ache."

"Since when?" He asked removing the blood pressure cuff.

"About three days ago."

"Are you running a fever? Night sweats? Body aches?"

"I get hot every time I think about it. I've been waking up with night sweats . My body doesn't ache. It feels nice."

Jimin stopped writing and looked up at him. "Feels nice? Your stomach aching feels nice?"

"It's not an ache per say. It feels uneasy at times and makes my heart race."

Jimin raised his eyebrows a bit confused. "I've never heard of such thing."

"It started three days ago. I think I'm in love."

Jimin remained quiet waiting for him to laugh and say he was kidding, but he didn't. "Oh! You're serious?"

"I'm very serious. I feel fucking butterflies in here." He stated pointing to his stomach. "Hell, I think it's more than butterflies."

Jimin smiled trying to hold in his laughter. The whole confession was cute in his opinion. "Well, you know we can't treat you for that."

"I'm aware. I just thought I'll let you know because I've never felt such things. I didn't know if I was dying from the lack of love and stuff."

"I will recommend for you to go see your lover. They might make you feel better."

"I feel much better now." Yoongi replied with a small sigh.

"That's great! I don't think I can actually put this in. I'm sorry you wasted your money for this appointment—"

"No! It's fine! You can put in that I have a stomach ache."

"But—"

"I mean I can't get my money back because I've already been seen by you. Might as well get seen."

Jimin nodded, "Okay, that's fine. I will put this in and he will be right in."

"Thank you Jimin!"

•••

"So, acid reflux, huh?" Jimin asked looking at the paper and then at him.

"I'm not lying. I do have acid reflux sometimes."

"Well, he sent in omeprazole so when you're symptomatic it will help."

"Ome...okay. Yeah, that stuff. Okay." He replied confused.

"Omeprazole is a medication for acid reflux. You take one tablet for symptoms." He smiled.

"Wow, you're a fucking genius. Give me your brains please."

"Oh, stop it! I'm not that smart." He laughed covering his mouth.

"You're so smart! And so nice! And so-so-" perfect. He thought of saying, but didn't. He didn't want to creep him out.

"Why, thank you. Okay. Well, we will see you next week for your two week follow up.  Good luck with your lover. Everything will turn out great."

Yoongi smiled and shrugged, "I hope so. I can be very annoying. Too annoying I would say. Hopefully, my lover will see past that."

"You're not annoying."

"Thank you."

They looked at each other for a few seconds. Jimin immediately became flustered and had to look away.

"Okay, I'll go now. I'm sitting here taking your time like you aren't busy. I have to work either way. Well, not now because I took today off because of stomach thing. Now I'm just rambling. Shut the fuck up, Yoongi." He told himself as he laughed nervously.

"It's fine. Don't worry. See you next week!" Jimin waved.

Yoongi kept walking without looking. He had his eyes on Jimin because how the hell could he look away from his mesmerizing face?

"Bye—!" He bumped into a trash can. Before it fell he caught it. "I got it! I got it! Don't worry! It's okay! Alright, I'm leaving for real now. Sorry, for screaming."

Jimin laughed and walked away to his office. When he sat down he was still giggling about the incident.

"What?" Jin wondered.

"Nothing."

"You're not laughing for nothing. Did she text you back?"

"Oh no," he rolled his eyes. "But, I'm laughing because Yoongi, the patient you said you consult handle is actually pretty nice. He's funny and so clumsy."

"Seriously?"

"Yes. And guess what?"

"What?"

"His pulse was 98 today. He said his pulse was better because I made him feel safe. Take that!" He teased sticking his tongue out.

Jin huffed crossing his arms across his chest, "Bitch, please. His pulse was down because he didn't see these shoulders."

Jimin rolled his eyes as he threw his head back in laughter. "Shut up. Let me finish putting this patient in before I get in trouble."

"Yeah, yeah. You know I'm telling the truth."

Jimin stuck his tongue at him once more and returned his attention to his computer. Yoongi's chart was opened.

He looked at his ID picture on the chart. Yoongi looked serious in it and he wasn't smiling at all.

This cause Jimin to break into a smile himself. He did look scary and intimidating, but no one knew how goofy and silly he truly was.

Jimin did.
