Greson woke up along with the rest of the staff, once he left geno with the kids yesterday he immediately fell asleep. He greeted everyone hello and headed up stairs to the children's room.

This was a normal time for him and the children to get up, so he was expecting to see them up and cleaning and making their beds but was surprised when he didn't See them at all.
Greson raised an eyebrow as he headed to the end of the room, he used a candle to help see due to it being night instead of morning.

Once greson made it to the end of the room his eyes widened in surprise and amazement.

The kids were curled up next to each other, some even sharing a blanket. All of them had white boards next to them or in the grip of their hands, greson took a few moments to focus on the white boards to see what they would say.

The writing was 'Hello, my name is Mini'

It repeated till they got the writing right and spelled correctly. Greson couldn't help but smile, a few kids even had a book opened to a few pages.

Greson looked forward, to the end of the room, where the rest of the children slept with paper and white boards. And to the very end was geno, he laid on his stomach(?) In front of a large construction paper on the wall. A few other children slept near geno, fell was the closest having a paper in front of him and geno.

Greson edged his way closer, tip toeing over the vampire children to not disturb their slumber. He squinted his eyes to the construction paper. In neat writing was,

Aa Bb Cc Dd Ee....and so on.

Greson gave out a small quiet laugh, he couldn't believe it.
A small groan caused greson to flinch slightly, he looked down at the children to see which one of them were waking up.
Fell stood up in front of greson rubbing his eye sockets and yawned.
"What time is it?" He spoke quietly.

"It's six," Greson smiled, "the usually time I wake you up."

"We stayed up," fell yawned again.

"I can see that," Greson laughed and started to bend down and tap geno's skull in order to get him up.
Geno slightly groaned and weakly pushed Greson's hand away.
Fell held in a laugh and bent down in front of geno.

"Geno! Hey!" Fell whispered and started to push his shoulder.

".....mh," geno said, he was awake but didn't open his eye.

"Get up," fell said shaking his shoulders more.

Geno huffed a bit in annoyance but started to get up.
"Gross," he sighed, a few papers that were near him got covered in blood.
"Sorry for the mess," he apologized to tiredly to greson, "and the blood, I think I got it on the floor..."

"It's fine," Greson beamed with a big smile and offered a hand to geno. Geno took Greson's hand and helped him up.

"Is something wrong? -if it's the mess I can clean it-" geno started when greson gave him a weird look.

"No, no its not that, just thinking." Greson smiled.

Geno looked at him nervously but it soon faded away when everyone else started to wake up. Some kids tossed and turned in order to go back to sleep but greson started to make an alarm sound with the desk.

"Up, up, up, up." Greson called out, all the kids groaned and did as they were told. "Come on, Leader is gonna be here and it's rude to be half asleep when he visits -you too fell, go."

Fell mumbled 'fine' and waved goodbye to geno as he and the other kids went to the bathrooms to clean themselves up.

As soon as they all left greson turned to geno.

I knew he was mad about the mess, geno cursed himself, he should've known not to fall asleep during a lesson and leave the place a complete mess.

"Geno," Greson said with a smile.

"Yeah?" geno said nervously.

"I, I honestly don't know what to say." Greson said in disbelief, "you actually took the time to teach these kids?"

Geno quietly gasped In relief, so greson wasn't mad, he smiled, "yeah...I uh, felt bad that they didn't know how to read, fell is the one who stayed up with me for hours. He wouldn't go to bed till he learned how to read that small book."

Greson laughed and put a hand on geno's shoulder, "come on, let's head down stairs. I heard they're making muffins for breakfast, "

Geno nodded but looked down on his shirt, "can I um..." geno pointed to the bathroom door and his backpack.

Greson caught on and nodded leaving Geno to head to the bathroom. He grabbed his backpack and made it to the bathroom and closed the door.

It wasn't too big inside, there was a sink with a mirror. The toilet was next to it and the shower was next to the toilet. A purple drape hung on the shower.

Geno closed the lid of the toilet and set his backpack on top, then he searched for another shirt or long sleeve. Sadly, all of geno's favorite long sleeves were dirty, so he fished out a dark green shirt and set it on the sink.

Geno tossed off his bloody long sleeved and took a look at himself. His body was the same, the same chipped and bloody ribs where still there. The small shard of a soul still floated to the right of his ribcage.

"Bleh," geno said as he eyed his wound, he started to fish through his backpack for bandages. Luckily he found some and started to work on the wound to lessen the bleeding. Once it was all covered up geno put on his dark green shirt.

"Wait!" Geno suddenly gasped, and looked through his backpack. A slight laugh came from geno as he pulled out the purple radio Alphys gave him.
"I forgot about this!"

Immediately his hand reached for the dial but he quickly stopped himself.

They would kill me if they saw I had this, geno shivered, they'll think I'm going to give away their hiding place.

Geno stared at the radio, destroying it would be the safest way to go, but geno couldn't bring himself to. Carefully he hid it in the deepest part of his backpack, "only for an emergency." He whispered and headed out the bathroom.

When he walked out the kids room the air around him was filled with the scent of freshly baked muffins. He couldn't help but let his stomach(?) Grumble.

"Over here!" Fell called when geno walked into the dinning room. It was packed with kids eating away muffins. Geno made his way in between mini and fell. Mini was too focused on her muffin to notice geno but fell slid him a muffin.

"They're not finished with the rest yet, but you can have mine. I can wait." Fell said.

Geno shook his head and slid the muffin back, "no, you're younger than me. You have to eat."

"I'm 23," fell pouted and slid the muffin back.

Geno paused for a moment before sliding it back the muffin a bit forcefully, "you're younger mentally and physically. So you have to eat more than I do."

Fell grumbled and took the muffin, he couldn't argue with geno when he was right. Geno gave him a smiled and put his arms folded on the table.

Fell quickly noticed his chipped arms and pointed to them, "How'd you get those," he said with a mouth full.

"Huh?" Geno said moving his arms to see, he realized his sleeves are short enough to see the badly chipped areas on his arms. Geno quickly put his arms down from the table to hide them.
"Well, that..kid is uh," geno said nervously.

Fells eyes widened, "you don't have to tell me,"

Geno gave out a sigh of relief, "Thanks-"

"LEADER IS HERE!" Mini screamed at the top of her lungs causing geno to jump and give off a small scream of surprise.

Everyone ran to the door that was at the end of the dinning room, a long distance to be honest, and waited at the door. Except for fell, he ran up to their room which confused geno.

Geno looked to his right were a widow was near mini. Outside he could see a dark figure making its way over here. Geno's soul started to pound nervously.

It felt like hours but finally the door started to open. The familiar black and red cloke made its way inside and the children giggled.
When the leader appeared geno made sure to be the farthest away from him, luckily he was at the very end of the table. So he had a good distant between him and the Leader.

He saw as the kids started to climb onto him, The Leader picked up a small one and started to swing him around for fun. Geno, again, couldn't see his face through the hood covering it.

Geno eyed him suspiciously when he put the kid down and talked to greson. Greson was calm, and smiled as he and the Leader talked.
Geno couldn't help but wonder if they were talking about him, tho he was great full that greson didn't drag geno along with the leader.

Then out of nowhere geno hear the tapping of feet coming down the stairs from the kids room. He then saw fell run out of the hallway to the leader carrying the Fluffy Bunny book.

He made his way through the pile of kids surrounding the leader and waved the book in his face. The leader took off his hood once more and bended down to fells level as he opened the book.

Geno mentally scream at himself as he saw fell slowly reading the book. He didn't know if the Leader would get mad at him for teaching him how too read.
Geno thought maybe he wouldn't get mad, because geno only got to teach him how to read two pages before the other kids swarmed him with books.

As fell finished the second page he looked up to the Leader, as if for approval. The leader smiled, geno saw his mouth move and fell looked up and pointed to geno.

A shiver ran down geno's spine as the Leader immediately looked at geno. Geno suddenly got really nervous as the Leader neither gave him a smile or a frown.
The leader then looked back at fell and smiled as he patted his head and walked near greson again.

He saw Leader speak to greson, greson shook his head as his eyes made its way to geno. The leader frowned and sighed, he hung his head down for a second before nodded at greson.

(Stop music)

But that small moment was interrupted by a vampire guard bursting through the room.
"THERE'S WOUNDED!" He screamed, the kids got startled by him and ran to geno, "THE X'S ARE BACK!"

Geno saw as the leaders expression go from calm to serious. He immediately rushed out the door knocking over a few things as greson quickly locked the door and made his way to the children.

"Everyone, up stairs now!" Greson said as he shooed the kids and the older looking caretakers up to their rooms except geno. Geno rushed to the window and looked out to the dark path in front of it.

Greson made his way next too him carefully. The looked to the tunnel as they saw two figures coming out, one of them leaning while the other supported them.

Geno saw the Leader rush to the vampire's side. They both saw a doctor run out of a small house nearby with a first aid kit.

"Stay here," Greson told geno quietly as he made his way to the door window. Geno stayed, too engrossed at the scene to hear any words greson said.

"Block the tunnel!!" A voice screamed from the tunnel. They ran out in complete horror. Geno quickly opened the window and stuck his head out to take a better look at the tunnel. He could see something quickly coming through it.
As soon as geno saw, his soul sank.

"ITS AN X!" 

The creature burst through the tunnel, geno couldn't believe what he saw. The creature was hunched back, uneven horns stuck out of its red fleshy looking back. It's head was one of a skeleton, but more of an animal skeleton, geno couldn't make out what kind. It had sharp teeth and sharp claws with long arms that dragged to the ground. Some parts of his body bled, but geno couldn't see any wounds.

"SSSSCCCCCAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH" the creature hollered.

It ran directly to the Leader and the solider that ran out.

But in the middle of the chest geno could make out a glowing orb in front of the monster.

It was it's soul.

But the part that scared geno the most was that it looked exactly like his.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ.

Hi guys, sorry I haven't be uploaded much. My finals are here, so it's kinda hard to stay motivated when you have to sit in a classroom for hours staring at a computer screen.

I tried to make this chapter long before I become unmotivated to write longer chapters.

I'm going to be testing for two weeks, the first week will be the English finals.

The second week with be the Maths finals.

So I'll be busy.

I can keep updating, but the chapters might be really short if you guys want them to update everyday.

The next chapter probably won't come out till a couple of days cause it will be a long one.

But if you guys want longer chapters it might take take a few days till I can update one.

Do you guys want longer chapters (it will take a few days to complete due to finals, it's basically my normal length for chapters)

Or do you guys want short chapters (they can probably update everyday or every other day but won't be the usual length I write them in. Probably way shorter then my normal length.)

You guys can decide I guess :).

You can read this if you want it's just a funny story that happened to me today at school.

So when I wake up I usually get water to take to school (which I did today) but this time I wanted to steal a Mocha from my brothers fridge.

So once we've dropped of my brother to school my mom dropped me off at my school and so I DRANK THE WHOLE MOCHA LIKE THE DUMBASS I AM.

So time skip to my first period (math) and the caffeine started to kick in. But I drank TOO much so my heart rate started to increase and I started to get jittery and anxious.

I OVERDOSED MYSELF WITH CAFFINE.

So I immediately knew it was the Mocha I drank, so I Googled "I drank to much caffeine help!"
So Google told me to 'wash it out' with water so I quickly grabbed my water bottle I brought with me for PE and started to chug the shit out of it.

But then I needed to go to the bathroom after I calmed down a little, and like the idiot I was when the bell rang for our 5 minute brake to use the bathroom and shit. I didn't go cause I told myself I'll be fine.

"I'll be fine"

So when it was time for me to go to a different class I was going to go to the bathroom then because my English teacher takes a long time to go to her classroom since she goes to the bathroom too.

Well both bathrooms were completely FULL, and when I did find a stall that was empty the toilet was out of order.

So I made my way back to class, without being able to go to the bathroom, before the second bell rang because I hate being late for some reason.

I was literally dying when it came to third period (English) and we had our FINALS.

U know the teacher isn't gonna let us out for shit.
So I couldn't focus on my test cause I needed to go to the bathroom BADLY. And when I asked the teacher if I can go to the bathroom it's an emergency she said we only have few minutes till break.

It took 25 minutes for the bell to ring. I felt like I was gonna die.

And when it did ring I practically sonic-ed to the bathroom.

After I was done I only made it to question 19 on my finals before It was time for 5th period.

(PE)

My teacher decided to hit the ball with us and nearly killed me when he hit the ball and almost hit my head.

And my PE teacher could hit HARD.

Lunch went okay.

But when it came down to last period (history) we had a surprise quiz!!! Yay!!

Then school ended (I got a good score on the quiz) and I went home and laid down like the sloth I am and then we went out to eat and now here I am writing the rest of this fan fic.

Today was a nice day.

I don't think this one of the worst bad days I've had but I definitely wound not want to go through that again.
