TRAVIS MARTINEZ
Motherfucker!
How dare he hit me? I cracked my knuckles and smashed my fist on the fucker's face causing his nose to bleed. He squeaked loudly like those girls who just saw a cockroach and fell to the ground.
Smirking in amusement, I turned around and swung my leg; kicking another one who tried to smack my head. His face bent to an awkward angle before he got knocked out.
The black mask which I was wearing tugged upwards making me aware someone was attempting to remove it. I lifted my left leg and made sure to kick the part which he surely treasured the most. A groan reached my ears making my smirk to widen.
"Who the hell are you?" A man who can be mistaken as a blotted sausage stood in front of me with a 'glare'.
I noticed others around him stopped whatever they were doing. Was this sausage of a man their leader?
'Don't underestimate him by his physique.' My inner voice cautioned me. 'Hey, I'm not your inner voice, I'm Enzo!'
'Yea, yea my demon blah blah.' I hear the same dialogue as usual.
Hereby, I Travis Martinez, conclude that I was really crazy.
"I asked who are you?!" The bulky man took a step forward. "Remove your mask."
I fisted my hands in anger. I hate it when someone demanded me to do something."You're not my leader to demand what I should do." The bulky man aimed to hit me but before he could I raised my tightly fisted hand and pushed his hand away. "Let's come to the reason why I stopped by here that's to cease the drug that has been illegally passed through my land without my permission."
The bulky man's green eyes grew wide making me roll my eyes. "M-Martinez?"
I pinched my nose and nodded my head. "I'm M-Martinez." I mocked his stuttering.
"B-but I'm clueless about what you're talking about." My fist harshly connected to his jaw causing a cracking sound to echo around the silent ground. His scream soon followed the echo.
"I. Fucking. Hate. Liars." I said through my gritted teeth.
He fell limp on the ground as soon as my fist touched the surface of his jaw again.
I chuckled when none of them came towards me. "I need the drug supply to be stopped through my land. Not only through my land but also to this entire area. Do you get me?"
They all nodded their head and had an expression which screamed, 'Go away from here.'
Petty gang.
I strode to my bullet bike and swung my leg to climb on it. It roared loudly which made the gang around flinch. I waved my hand before riding my bike, the only thing to which I'm attached deeply.
'That'll soon change.'
'Stop fucking in my head.'
I cringed as I yelled back in my mind. Damn, I need a serious treatment but I don't want my gang members to know I was crazy this way.
Since the age of eighteen, I kept hearing that deep voice who called himself to be my demon, Enzo.
I didn't get a chance to ask anyone about it as I didn't have anyone to trust enough to tell this.
With one hand I removed the mask I was wearing and threw it away. My hair ruffled and some fell on my forehead as the wind blew.
The reason I was wearing a mask was that I didn't want to show my actual face. I didn't want my identity to be revealed. Gang stuff can really get on your nerves when the people will get to know how the actual fuck you look. It'll be easy for them to throw my features to the police if they'll catch something happening around which is not cool.
I pulled my bike to stop when I was in front of my small house. If you can call a bleak place to be that, then yeah, that's my house. It was just a one storey building made of bricks.
My gangland wasn't the one which was facilitated only for gang purpose but also for the daily residencies. My gang is formed of those who were living with me in an orphanage. In the orphanage which fucking trained us for this shit. But we finally escaped that hell when we were eighteen with me suffocating that shit of a man to death who owned that 'orphanage'.
How I killed him in that way, I honestly don't have an answer.
A nudge startled me causing me to growl lowly at them.
"Don't get all dog-ish just because I nudged your arm."
My mouth formed a thin line as I instantly recognized who it was. It was Loren.
He was the only one who helped me to get through the times when I felt difficulty in surviving. Though he used to sometimes get terrified of me, he has always been there with me, for the last fifteen years.
I glared at him but smiled a little as I remembered back the incident a few minutes ago. "The work is done."
His jaw almost dropped to the ground and he clapped his hands. "Wow, Martinez is on fire."
'Thank me. I helped you by giving you my strength.'
I breathed out a sigh of frustration. How the fuck should I stop his voice? I didn't tell this to Loren too. I just feel he'll laugh or more like cackle on my face.
"Martinez, Martinez!" Someone yelled in a hurry making me snap my head towards the direction. Marcus, one of the gang members, came running holding a piece of paper.
"What's wrong?" Loren asked Marcus who was now standing out of breath.
"We have a critical issue to solve on the other side of our country. The other part of our gang is getting troubled by the gangs around them which they are not being able to handle and two people have been shot yesterday."
"Which city?" I hastily inquired.
"Detroit."
I briefly closed my eyes and said, "book flight tickets for me and Loren." He nodded his head.
"Timings?"
"Latest by tomorrow, Marcus, I need the flights to be booked latest by tomorrow."
He stood there for sometime before walking away.
"Why are you in a hurry?" Loren voiced out his question.
"I don't want to lose my gang. They're my family, you're a part of my family and I don't want to fucking lose it."
'Let's do this shit.'
'You have got the line, Enzo, Let's do this shit.'
