Janus sat on the floor, glaring up at Logan, who gave a subtle smirk, tugging his book up to cover it.

Logan wasn't playing around with this baby treatment that's for sure, with the next few days off, Logan seemed to be invested in babying him like no tomorrow.

Janus would be lying if he said he didn't like it, but that doesn't mean it isn't embarrassing.

Currently, Janus sat on the floor with a soft, colorful blanket under him. Surrounding him are soft baby blocks Logan bought just for the occasion. Of course, a few rattles are here and there, along with a teether or two. However, what Janus despised most was the pacifier clipped to his onesie. Every time it was slipped in his mouth he spat it right out. Eventually, Logan had given up and left him to play while he caught up on some reading.

Janus grumbled as he fumbled with the blocks, pouting to himself, he could sit there and pout, which he had originally been doing. Though he was growing bored, so reluctantly, he began stacking the dumb blocks, planning on creating the tallest tower ever!

He eventually had to stand up as he stacked the blocks, they're bigger than regular blocks, and they're only cubes, not other shapes. They're one size and they have the letters of the alphabet on them. He continues building and building until he couldn't reach anymore on his tippy toes. He pouted, still have quite a few blocks. He jumped, attempted to reach, but that only leads to him knocking into it and it falls.

Janus' eyes widened and his tower fell, and Logan glanced up from his book, raising an eyebrow. Janus didn't know why, but he felt an overwhelming feeling of sadness wash over him. His bottom lip trembled and his eyes water, which Logan immediately caught.

"Hey," He says, his tone soft. "It's okay Jay, we can rebuild it, no need to get upset over it."

Janus sniffled, he couldn't comprehend why he felt so upset over a little thing. Logically, he knows that he can rebuild it, but for some reason, his logic is doing nothing for him at the moment.

"But," He stammers, swallowing a bit. "It fell..."

"It did," Logan confirms. "But we can fix it okay? Would you like me to assist you?"

Janus sniffled and fiddled with his onesie for a moment before nodding. Logan nodded and slid off the couch, setting his book aside. He lightly knocked the rest of the tower off, leaving one block as the base structure.

"Here, put one on Jay,"

Janus rubbed at his teary eyes again before bending over, grabbing a cup, and setting it down. Logan copied his actions and they began recreating the tower. As time slipped by, it stood tall, even Logan was having trouble reaching the top. Janus by now relied on his lover being cursed with a small height compared to the other.

Calling it quits, Logan stepped back and admired the rather tall tower. Janus grinned ear to ear, clapping his hands in excitement. It's so tall!

"Yay! Tower!" He cheers.

Logan smiles too, chuckling softly as he realized Janus has finally fallen into little space, it took him long enough. It's been a few weeks since he's started treating him like a child, you'd think he would have regressed by now, but Logan knows he was only growing used to the treatment, settling in.

"Now what would you like to do with the tower?" Logan asks, glancing at Janus who tilted his head at the question like a confused puppy before grinning mischievously and knocking it over, laughing as it fell to the ground.

Logan raised an eyebrow, perplexed. He was nearly crying over it falling over previously. However, he didn't question this off behavior, instead, he merely chuckled along.

"Oh I see, knocking it down is only alright if on purpose?" He asks, mostly to understand his thoughts. Janus nods, giggling a little as he kicked around the soft blocks.

Logan shook his head with a smile and glanced at the time, it was nearing lunch which also meant nap time was arriving soon as well.

"What would you like for lunch little snake?" He questions, interrupting his kicking festival. Janus glanced up, eyes twinkling at the nickname, absolutely adoring it.

"M'snake! Hisssss!" He cheers, sticking out his forked tongue, having received surgery a few years ago to shape it as it is. He's always cherished snakes, he had one when he was little, Virgil hated her but Janus fawned over her until she eventually passed away.

Logan snickers, grabbing his phone from his pocket, holding it up, snapping a quick picture. Janus flushed under the attention of the flash but allowed him to capture the moment. Big him would not be happy.

"Yes, yes, you're my little snake. So what would my snake-like for lunch? Possum?" Logan teases, chuckling as Janus stuck out his tongue again, this time in disgust, wrinkling his nose.

"Ew, no," He says, shaking his head. "I want a PB and J!"

Logan nods, he'd agree with anything if it meant crofters came with it.

"Of course, you clean up your blocks and I'll have lunch served momentarily."

Janus pouted at that, looking at the many blocks laying on the ground. Because of the large sizes of the blocks, it makes the mess appear greater than it is, in reality, it would take three minutes as best to clean it.

But Janus doesn't want to clean.

Logan didn't catch the pout, he headed into the kitchen beginning to prepare Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches, deciding to add carrots and pretzels with it, throwing in a sippy cup of Apple juice for Janus as well. As he prepared lunch, he had expected Janus to clean the living room as directed, though, as he plated lunch, he quickly realized the man had disobeyed him completely, sitting on the ground, playing with a rattle instead.

Logan almost cooed, but he knew he had to stay strong. Even at the adorable sight, Janus had disobeyed him.

Clearing his throat, he crossed his arms. Janus glanced up and shrunk a little. "Janus," He begins, his tone firm. "The blocks aren't cleaned up, why is that?"

Janus shifted guiltily and fiddle with his rattle. "Um," He mumbles. "Cause- Cause they like the ground." He says sweetly, grinning at Logan who urged his lips to stay in a frown even though they begged to quirk up.

"I told you to put them away. I'm sorry that they don't want to be put away, but it needs to be done." Logan explains simply, waiting patiently for the man to apply. He only pouted.

"No," He says stubbornly.

Logan hardened his expression, tapping his foot impatiently. "Janus," He warns.

Janus whines, he doesn't like that tone. "I don't wanna."

"Then I guess you don't want juice with your lunch. I suppose you'll have water instead."

Janus gasps, he wants juice! He shakes his head furiously and begins to quickly scamper around, collecting as many blocks as possible, poorly balancing them in his arms, dropping them as quickly as he grabbed them, rushing into his "Little" room. He neatly stacked them before repeating the process, dusting his hands off as he finished, grinning at Logan who seemed pleased.

"See? Wasn't too hard, was it? Next time you'll receive a timeout understood?"

Pouting, Janus nods. Logan takes his hand and leads him into the kitchen, having a seat while Janus took his. He blushed as he noticed the Mickey mouse-themed plate and grumbled at the carrots, ignoring them for now as he dug into his Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich first.

By the end of lunch, he was covered in crumbs, peanut butter, and jelly.

Logan, who wasn't paying much attention, let out a startled chuckle as he saw his appearance. He wasn't expecting him to be so messy.

"My, my, what a messy snake," He teased lightly. Janus looked down at himself and blushed before glancing back up.

"M'sorry."

Logan chuckles again. "Don't be sorry, this is rather amusing," He assures.

"Let's get you cleaned up and ready for a nap little snake, after we can play with your toys and watch paw patrol, how does that sound?"

"Okay!"
