I've been ill a lot these past months, which makes me behind on the bells and whistles:

1. If you see a scene that should have a trigger warning, let me know. I'll get to them, but not by tonight's deadline. 
2. The headers I'll add in this comming week.
3. No, this wasn't the place I intended it to end, but it is a good ending. This thing has enough potential to be made a full novel, but that's not the course for ONC. After all, I want to know what this newly named Solace does, don't you?
4. The cover is a composite image run through tons of filters. The skull should be from wikicommons, the branches are from outside a bank in my hometown, and the stem and rim of the glass is off generic stock wineglasses, most likely silver ones (hey, it's been a few months since I slapped this together). The background is 2 seperate cloth wallpapers, not 1. But still, all free to edit and use.
5. And no, I had no interest in making anything more in-depth for this MC's relationships, at this point because she's too young for a modern audience, for all that politics of the medieval didn't care about age.
6. Also, the end didn't deliver on the horror aspect as well as it should, but it was a dark ending. All things to think about as the time comes for it to be expanded.
