You and Sasha are driving on your snowbike.

Sasha: "You weren't kidding. It's freaking cold out here."

"Yeah, it's called "the Frostlands" for a good reason. Well, it's still like 12 hour trip until we make it to the city."

Sasha: "Couldn't we have taken that giant balloon there?"

"Storm got stronger when we got to this continent. They had to take it to the nearest outpost. No way would we get to the city quickly that way."

Sasha groaned and tried to cover herself from the cold with your back.

Sasha: "I can't see shit out here. How the hell do you know where to go?"

"Been traveling the frostlands for years, and there are beacons that shine across the parts of this continent."

Sasha: "You mean those bright stars?"

"Those are the beacons. They're made to be bright enough for people across the frostlands to see them."

Sasha: "Got it."

The two of you kept driving and end up coming toward an outpost with walls.

Sasha: "Y/N, I know we are trying to get to this city quickly, but maybe we should rest for a bit. I don't think we can make it all there tonight."

"Yeah, the snowbike is starting to freeze up. Let's stay at the outpost for tonight. The guy that's in charge of the sleeping quarters will lend us some rooms. And his sister serves amazing food."

Sasha: "Awesome. I'd drool right now, but I'm worried my tongue might freeze."

You kept on driving and made it to the outpost, where you parked your snowbike and went to the sleeping quarters to get a room for tonight. As you and Sasha checked out the room, you took your coats off and tried to get warm.

Sasha: "That was not fun. It's nice to be out of the cold though."

"Sorry about sharing a room, but it has two beds and heat."

Sasha: "Honestly, if I can just thaw out, that will be perfect for me. That and the food before I sleep."

"Already sounding like all of us who live here," you chuckled. "Well, eat up and rest. We still have a ways to go before we get to the city."

Sasha: "Fine by me."

The two of you left the room to go eat and rest before continuing your trip to the city.
