Backstage

Tonight's Smackdown will be explosive as usual with revelation after revelation being revealed. Among others, Ember Moon's return and attack on Alexa Bliss after Dana Brooke's match and Vade Drifter's sneak attack on Jeff Hardy after his return match will be given justification.

Before the show, Vade was backstage sitting and taking a sip of water trying to formulate the promo of explanation. As he is deep in thought, he was not able to hear the footsteps of one Alexa Bliss as she walked close to her man.

Alexa: Awww is someone deep in thought?

Vade heard her sweet voice as he was unable to resist and shut it out. She smiles as he stands up from his seated position as he gives her a forehead kiss for her troubles.

Alexa: Awww did I ruin you from your Aleister Black moment?

Vade: Not really, but my thought process I need to get back to

Alexa: I know you can think of the most offensive, emotional things to say out there. But knowing Jeff...

Vade: I got this. Don't worry *smiles* 

Alexa was reassured with his smile as he begins to be deep in thought as he sits on some crates. She then joins him.

Alexa: Maybe this will help me with my promos? *giggles*

Vade: Whatever floats your boat, babe.

Both lovers sit beside one another as they channel their thoughts for whatever they have planned tonight.

Friday Night Smackdown
Middle of the 1st Hour

Vade was in the middle of the ring seated on a chair as he smirks with pride and cockiness at the stunt he pulled last week. The crowd rained boos for that as he began to speak.

Vade: Typical of you sheep. 

The crowd chants back "You Suck!" at Vade as he continues on

Vade: Jeff had it coming! He had it coming after being such a bad influence to you sheep! He's been on the edge many times. No one can trust or rely on Jeff Hardy, let alone when we talk about his issues and struggles in life. 

Cole: Oh this is just too much!

Graves: Now now, Vade has a point!

Vade: Jeff, just quit man. Do it for yourself, for your family, and for these pathetic peons on the stands and the idiots watching at home. You're run down. You're a has-been. You are on your dying legs! You are taking away spots from deserving talent like me.

Cole: Finally!

Jeff Hardy shows up with microphone on hand as Vade rudely interrupts the former WWEChampion

Graves: This will be good

Vade: Took you long enough!

Jeff: All it took was one sneak attack to gain courage and act like you've beaten me? You my friend are sorely mistaken!

Vade: Tell these sheep why then? 

Jeff: The WWE Universe by now knows my life is an open book

Vade: If you mean a book full of what NOT to do such as well not limited to...well.... getting DUIs, abuse of every means and form, animal neglect...

Jeff: Let me finish

Vade: Is that what you told the bartender after you've had more than eno...

Jeff: *cuts off Vade* Enough! I'm not mad because you've prodded me more than enough but I know I can defeat you. And before you bring up what you've done to Elias and Daniel Bryan, because I know how you are and your M.O. You haven't proven much here for one who prides and calls himself a Drifter and Ambassador of Anger, Prophet of Pain, Voice of Rage? All names for one not even worth those titles.

Vade: *outraged* and who do you think you are to judge me? You're nothing more than a dru...

Jeff: Same could be asked of you Vade. You are in no position to judge me as well. In fact, enough with words. How about you put those words into action and try to do a good job putting me down like what you've been spewing or failing to say for the last few minutes?

Vade: Oh, sure Jeff. Where'd you get this courage all of a sudden?

Jeff: From experience...

Vade: Yeah sure, experience since it took you long enough to grow a set from taking your sweet time at the back taking swigs of liquid courage to get high up to be talked about by these sheep! And oh Jeff, better be careful by those steps if I were you, if you can walk a straight line after how many shots! 

The crowd got outraged for Jeff as the Charismatic Enigma had enough of Vade's provocation as Vade rolled out of the ring while Jeff enters.

Vade: *walking by the timekeeper's area* congratulations, you can walk a straight line. Guess you're on cold turkey tonight, but let's see if you can stay sober before I G. K....

Jeff: I dare you to say that to my face and get your ass back here!

Vade: You know what... irritating you to make these sheep realize who they see as a hero is actually a dreg who's had a bit too much, I'm concerned with my safety too. But good job making an ass out of yourself there. I don't want to waste these people's time for a minute more in the ring with you when you can't decide to either have the next hit or where to throw your shirt!

Jeff was enraged as he tries to go after Vade as Vade goes to the backstage area through the crowd with Jeff Hardy in hot pursuit. 

Backstage
Vade runs back as he arrives at the interview area. Jeff caught up as the two began to brawl and ground each other with punches. Referees and security arrived to separate the two with Vade delivering a final shot

Vade: Jeff, you had it coming! Retire before I make you G. K......

Jeff didn't let Vade finish his sentence as Jeff let a few fist shots on Vade's face land to end the segment.

Friday Night Smackdown
Start of the 2nd Hour

Alexa and Nikki were in the ring as the Moment of Bliss set up occupied the inside. The fans cheered as Spiteful was still playing.  Alexa was waiting to speak as the fans cheered for her.

Alexa: I think it's safe to say I need not ask if you all here in Seattle are ready for your Moment of Bliss *smiles*

The people cheered Yes as Alexa speaks on.

Alexa: At least you're all ready. But you know Nikki, Seattle isn't all too bad. Everyone for the environment here but not all things are good. Not after last week when a certain "Goddess" made her return at my expense. 

Nikki: Oh Lexi, that Dana is a selfish one...she makes me oh so mad 

Alexa: Not the only one Nikki. Which is why we have this Moment of Bliss to give the two a place to explain. So Dana, Ember, if you two are as brave and dominant as you say you are in wanting to push us back to the line, ladies, time's now.

Alexa and Nikki were looking at the entrance way, waiting for Dana and Ember to walk through but no one came. 

Alexa: Wow, so brave to attack from behind but where'd that bravery....

???: Oh shut up and know we don't obey your laws!

The crowd was confused but then they saw the source of the sound at the Tron.

Somewhere backstage
Dana and Ember were backstage as they wore smirks on their faces after what they did last week.

Ember: I've been out a long time and you know damn well how sick I am of you two parading yourselves as if you're the greatest to lace up a pair of boots, saying everyone blew it after apparently, you two blew the big one when you dropped the tag titles.

Dana: And let me just add this here, Alexa, you're nothing more than a spoiled brat trying to throw their weight around thinking this is still your show. Well, *mockingly with air quote* "Goddess", not anymore!

Ember: And you want to know why? Because Ember's Law is in place! I came back after being told I no longer have a place here. First Law of Ember's Law, screw you! *points at the camera* 

Alexa pointed to herself surprised as Nikki was enraged.

Ember: That's right, finally I said it. You're trying to remain relevant at our expense. Ever looked at yourself and see you're pulling others down? I think Nikki knows it all too well.

Dana: The snobby, blonde bitch phase and fake goody two shoes bit has run its course. You two we will beat so you know your place and go way waay to the back of the line.

Ember: And before you ask and demand, you're NOT the law around here. I am! We don't answer to you, you answer to us! We bend to no "Goddess"! We will respond however we damn well please. 

Dana: That's right, we are here to end you two and your pathetic run at the titles once and for all!

Ember: The Laws have been laid down. 

In the Ring
Alexa and Nikki were disappointed but Nikki felt annoyed that the two did not bother speaking up front. 

Alexa: Well, if that's how it will be, we won't let up. Right Nikki?

Nikki: Say the word, Lexi. I will put Ember back on the shelf

Alexa: Nikki! They're delusional with this "Ember's Law." They should just quit while they're ahead. You know that we have been winning and in time, we face the Kabuki Warriors to get back what is rightfully ours. Ember and Dana are nothing more than flies to be swatted. 

Nikki: That's right lass. We've dealt with their type, we can get back at them!

As the pep talk was ongoing, Dana and Ember sneak from behind to do a sneak attack on Alexa and Nikki. Dana tries to toss Nikki into the chair, but Nikki counters to toss Dana into the chair.

Meanwhile, Alexa and Ember are grounding and pounding into each other as Ember gains advantage as she slams Alexa's head on the mat. Nikki begins to assist but was clotheslined from behind by Dana. 

After Ember dispatches Alexa by tossing her into another chair, Dana attempts for the Samoan Driver but Nikki hits the Purge on Dana. While Nikki screams, she was caught off guard as Ember was on the top rope and hits her with a picture perfect Eclipse. 

As Ember mouths off, Alexa turns the War Goddess and the one who laid down Ember's Law to hit her with a Bliss DDT. Ember is down as Alexa goes to the top rope as she attempts for a Twisted Bliss. As Alexa was on the top rope, Dana drags Ember by the feet as they walk away from safety. Alexa then checks up on Nikki to end the segment.

After Smackdown
Trainer's Office
Vade stayed by the Trainer's Office to check up on Alexa. Alexa was given the green light as she hugs her boyfriend.

Vade: What a night huh?

Alexa: So crazy what you said earlier!

Vade: Can say the same of you *chuckles* I bet Ember's Law upset and wil bring out a certain Five Feet of Fury!

Alexa: You know I won't take that lying down but... *stretches her back*ahhh I need to lie down

Vade: Oh yeah, about that... did you think of what we talked about back in Vegas?

Alexa: Oh right...well... I gave it some thought and with Nikki being visited by Damian a lot and us now being together, what the heck *smiles* we've reached this level of comfort and I want us to be together like this and hopefully more

Vade: And to infinity and beyond? *smiles*

Alexa blushed madly as she heard this from Vade

Alexa: Aww you! It grew on you now. 

Vade: The hotel bed awaits us, my Goddess. 

Alexa: Babe, outside of the TV screens, you can call me just as Lexi.

Vade: Alright, lovable Lexi

Alexa: Hey! *realizes* Alright, good one Pat *giggles*

The two then washed up in their separate locker rooms as they headed to the hotel to rest up after Smackdown. 

Late Evening
Nikki's Hotel Room

Alexa and Vade arrived as Nikki was half - surprised and half - smirking at the scene as she saw the Drifter and the Goddess together by the door.

Nikki: Oh so that's why you two came in around this time!

Alexa: Nikki... actually I'm here to...

Nikki knew what was happening next as she gave Alexa her luggage and bags.

Alexa: Nikki...how did you.... *looks at Vade* Did you tell her?

Vade shook his head as Nikki was in tears of joy as she hugs her friend.

Nikki: *hugging Alexa* Oh Lexi, I knew this day would come sooner or later! Which is why I got your bags here but don't worry, everything is organized since...after all I was the one who observed how you packed your things *smiles*

Alexa laughed and gave Nikki a warm hug back as well. After the hug, Nikki then spoke to Vade.

Nikki: You know what she went through. Don't make her go through that same sham. But I know you will not mess up *giggles*

Vade: Well...

Nikki: Are you?

Vade: Of course not! *defensively puts his hands up*

Nikki: I'm just kiddin'! 

Vade blushed as Alexa knew Nikki meant well as the three shared a small chat until they said their good nights to Nikki.

Vade's and Alexa's Hotel Room

With Vade letting Alexa in his hotel room, Alexa felt a warmth in her heart that had not been felt after a long time, but at the same time, some nervousness. As she wheeled in her stroller bag, she felt a strong pair of arms wrap her in a hug. The hugger, being Vade, reassured Alexa that everything is going to be fine 

Vade: Alexis, you need not worry any longer. I'm here. You're here too. 

Alexa shifted so she gave Vade a loving embrace of a hug as both of them stayed in each other's arms for some time. The two broke up the hug to freshen up and get ready for bed.

Minutes later
Vade was on the bed as he put his phone away after checking if there will be any update for Smackdown next week. He then sees Alexa only in a plain t-shirt and short shorts walk in as she lays beside her man.

This was not their first time to sleep on the same bed as they did this after the incident at the bar and after Ryan had handed over his key to Alexa's Orlando home. 

After Alexa lays beside Vade, she smiles at him. Vade melted deep inside as Alexa spoke.

Alexa: You still there Pat? *giggles*

Vade: oh.... uh yes, I am.

Alexa: Awww... you'll get used to me like this *giggles*

Alexa wraps Vade in a tight hug as Vade hugs back. The two then slept in each other's arms after a long night from Smackdown hours before.
