Backstage

Vade was still resting up while getting himself mentally ready for the task at hand as usual. He tried to do some shadow kicking and boxing to ensure the strikes go out fluidly as he zones into the music playing in his Bluetooth headset.

In the middle of his shadow striking, he felt a hand block one of his fists as he opened his eyes and saw a concerned yet chuckling Aleister Black. Vade turned his headset off as Aleister spoke.

Aleister: I can be intense, but you brother, brought it up a few notches - chuckles -

Vade: Just how I am man.

Aleister: Well do it in a closed room because... 

As he said this, he pointed to see Alexa and Nikki stepping away with Alexa looking impressed and Nikki wearing a grin.

Nikki: You don't need to exert much effort lad to defend the Goddess Bliss - giggles -

Alexa: Nikki! - pouts - But you got too intense that I cannot interrupt you to ask what you'll be doing tonight 

Vade: Oh, shoot. Sorry bout that.

Aleister: No need to apologize - pats Vade's shoulder - I know what we're doing so I leave you to tell them. Until later!

As Aleister walks away, Vade tells his plan to Alexa and Nikki.

Vade: Well, I've got a match tonight against Eric Young.

Nikki: Eric's still here?!!?!

Vade: Oh right, SanitY Stablemate.

Nikki: - nods - But wow, luckily he was not let go but what are they keeping him here for? SanitY was never made to last here....

Vade: Your guess is as good as mine Nikki.

Alexa: Oh yeah.... Good luck though. Another veteran made to - in her best Vade Impression - Drift into Despair...

Nikki's and Vade's eyes widened at her attempt as Vade tried to hold his laughter. Nikki was unsuccessful as she laughed and doubled over.

Nikki: What was that Lass?!?!

Alexa: What? I thought I did it well!

Vade: Dark just doesn't suit you Alexa. Sorry - chuckles a bit -

Alexa pouts at the put down but Vade tries to change the conversation.

Vade: So what does Twisted Bliss have planned for tonight?

Alexa: Oh finally we can do Moment of Bliss again! - smiles -

Nikki: Always missed doing that. Sitting down with our cups of coffee but....

Vade: Ah, I'm guessing someone's gears will be grinded and will fight Nikki?

Alexa: How did you figure that out?

Vade: Common booker logic. Lexi's had her match last week against Carmella. This week, we get Nikki and I am guessing Zelina

Nikki: Good boy, for that you win... - looks at Alexa funny - a Hug from - in her best Alexa impression - the Goddess herself - winks -

Alexa: Hey! I didn't consent to this!!

Vade: Let's not get her uncomfort...

As Vade was about to finish, Alexa crept closer and hugged Vade tight yet quick. Nikki grinned at the sight.

Nikki: Guess he won.

Alexa: Alright, until later Pat!

Vade: See you Lexi...

Timeskip to Friday Night Smackdown
The ring already was set up for Alexa's in-ring segment, Moment of Bliss as she had the microphone in hand and with Nikki already seated. Spiteful was still playing as the crowd cheered on until it faded.

Alexa: Atlanta, Ready for your Moment of Bliss?

The crowd cheered and roared in response as Alexa began to continue on.

Alexa: So I got an annoying, self-proclaimed beautiful woman off my back last week. But this week, we got her tag team partner now wanting a piece of you Nikki.

Nikki: I don't know what Zelina wants. I mean, I didn't do anything. Just stop her from trying to help that annoying Mella Money outsmart and upstage my friend here.

Alexa: Aww Nikki. You really didn't need to. But I bet you can dispatch Zelina in record time....

Carmella then appears by the entrance way with microphone in hand.

Graves: Finally, ending this ego stroke session with a true beauty

Cole: Alright Corey, enough now.

Graves: Have some respect for the most Beautiful woman in WWE!

Carmella: Really Lexi? Are you leaving out some details such as how I almost got you silent in the Code of Silence, had it not been for that troll sidekick you keep beside you?

Alexa was gesturing like " what, me?" while Nikki was not paying attention.

Carmella: As I thought... You spun what happened last week. You know what Lexi. I envy you. You had yourself all set. You blazed your own trail without having to be part of something. You became Smackdown Women's Champion for the first time on your own. But now, you're wading in mediocrity but maybe that's the price of I don't know,  getting knocked off by Ronda Rousey that you cannot compete and was made to host Mania. 

Alexa: So we're still talking about me? You're one to talk about wading into mediocrity because you only became champion since I wasn't on Smackdown that time. But since you want to talk about mediocrity, where's James Ellsworth? Where's R-Truth? Thought so. I'm guessing Zelina Vega will be the next one in the list of partners you used but threw away! 

Carmella: Don't put me in the same level, Lexi. Nikki will realize once she sees you using her and not want her above you, you'll be remembering these words. You will be going back to zero like the real you, you prissy, pixie little bitch!

Alexa acted all shocked as the audience in attendance all gasped in unison. Alexa then nodded and smugly snapped back.

Alexa: Why don't you say that in my face? Like in front of me, here in the ring?

Carmella: Well don't mind if I do. 

She tosses down the mic as she tries to approach Alexa and Nikki. This was a set up as while Alexa and Nikki had their backs turned, Zelina snuck from behind and hits a Bicycle Kick on Nikki Cross. Alexa turned around for Zelina to hit a Neckbreaker on the Goddess as Carmella came in to drag Alexa out and stomp away on her until the Goddess was sitting with her back on the steel steps. Nikki saw this and intercepted Carmella with a running crossbody as she went back into the ring as a cat fight ensued once more between Zelina and Nikki. This led to...

The ring at this point had been cleared off the Moment of Bliss props as Zelina had the slight upper hand after that Bicycle Kick from earlier. 

Zelina was able to take down Nikki with a Tornado DDT and an Ace Crusher for a two count. Carmella then began to jaw jack at the referee for such officiating, claiming it to be biased.  

While Zelina then began to lay in wait to hit Nikki with the La Muñeca Bomb, Carmella was verbally assaulting the ref. Alexa then had Nikki's mug of iced coffee and threw the coffee at Carmella. Carmella became incensed and screamed as she was momentarily blinded and slipped on her butt, to the laughter of the Atlantan crowd.

The referee began to tend to Carmella as he handed her a towel to wipe the coffee off. While this was happening, Zelina's leg got pulled by Alexa and with her own mug of coffee, threw the contents at the face of La Muñeca as she screamed as Nikki had risen up and hit The Purge on Zelina. The referee then began to re-enter the ring seeing Nikki cover Zelina, obscuring her face from the referee.

ONE...TWO...THREE!

Corey: This is just wrong! Alexa Bliss had no business doing what she did!

Cole: Well, she did jaw jack at the Goddess last week so she got payback for it.

Corey: Hell will come to pay for the Goddess herself.

Eric Young v. Vade Drifter

Greg Hamilton: The following contest is scheduled for one fall, already in the ring, from Nashville, Tennessee, weighing in at 232 pounds, Eric Young!

Corey: Well Eric Young is now given a chance to prove himself in Smackdown. 

Cole: When was the last time we saw him? 

Corey: Doesn't matter but this time, he will try to make it big here.

Greg Hamilton: And his opponent, from Duluth, Minnesota, weighing in at 200 pounds, The Ambassador of Anger, Vade Drifter!

Corey: If I were Eric Young, I'd rather not compete. 

Cole: Vade Drifter being the opposition will not mean well for him.

Corey: Especially given how he is not so much in a good mood thanks to Alestair Black

Eric Young was able to reverse Vade's Die Together Side Effect into a Back Suplex. This gave Eric some separation to hit Vade with a Diving Elbow Drop but can only garner a 2 count.

Eric was signaling for the end as he flipped Vade onto his stomach as he grabbed the legs for the Wheelbarrow Neckbreaker. As Eric lifted Vade, Vade countered the Neckbreaker transition into an arm drag as he was able to garner some distance to hit a running knee smash onto Eric. 

Eric was able to rise but was groggy as Vade hits the Die Together on Eric to get him down. This then led to Vade going to the back of Eric to grapevine his legs and smash his back with his fist to get Eric to stretch his arms as Vade went for the GKY. Vade then pins Eric.

ONE....TWO....THREE!

Greg Hamilton: The winner of the match, Vade Drifter!

Corey: Eric Young did get his moment but he paid the price of foolishness with a crushing GKY

Cole: Well, Vade once again regaining a streak after spotty records.

As Vade was about to leave the ring and head to the back....

The crowd cheered as Aleister emerged with Vade merely staring down the Dutch Destroyer.

Corey: Business is picking up

Aleister and Vade stared the rest of the segment, not giving away an inch.

Backstage
Aleister and Vade high fived each other over the segment. 

Aleister: Quite the intensity, just sad that we only got to work together here. Had we done so down in NXT, for sure this will be just as good.

Vade; Well, at least we made it work.

While they talked, Alexa, Nikki, Carmella and Zelina walked in after with the latter of the two having towels on hand.

Carmella: Next time we do something like that, I'd rather we just have a girls day out at Starbucks! - laughs -

Zelina: Yeah, while I admit the coffee tasted good, not during the match Lexi! - giggles -

Aleister: I see the wife had some fun earlier - smirks -

Zelina: Well...it was Lexi's idea to throw the coffee in our faces

Alexa: Relax, it's Iced French Vanilla.

Carmella: Make it a Macchiato with pumps of espresso next time girl!

Alexa: Come on! 

Vade: That was kinda hilarious of you doing that - cracking a little smile -

Alexa blushed but the rest noticed Vade's smile.

Zelina: Aww look at you. I can't believe I'd see you smiling like this 

Nikki: Oh trust me lass, I've been seeing that grin or small smile for some time - smirks -

Carmella: Don't be afraid to smile guy. She appreciates it.

Aleister: Be yourself my man. - pats Vade's shoulder -

Vade's smile grew bigger as he saw Alexa innocently laugh and deep down, he felt a warmth for the first time in his heart.

Vade: Maybe she is the guiding light....

Alexa saw Vade lost into her blue eyed face as she began to blush as they were being teased.

Alexa: Enough everyone, we all had a tiring night. We have to go to Jacksonville for the last Smackdown before Money in the Bank.

Nikki, Alestair, Zelina, Carmella: Yes Lexi!

Vade snapped out it and nodded in agreement.
