"i changed..." steven wispered. "thats the final peice... all those struggles i leardned from them an i grew. oh, my goch its not just my gem powers i've forgoten. all this happily ever aftr stuff has made me the forget the first power i ever had, the power to change." Spinel let go of his jacket and he foated mid air as he demonstrated his powers, knocking both me and spinel away as well as fusing us together

"i can make a promice, i can make plan, i can make a diffrence, i can take a stand. i can make a effort, if i only understand that i, i can make a change"he sung as we started to fight, spinel wasnt holding anything back... i was... and i was going along with it. "listen to me spinel, y/n, i understand, after everything you both been through, you both must be in a lot of pain!"

"no... NO! you dont understand!" spinel shouted through our fuison. "you cant change the way we feel!"

"spinel... maybe he cant but hes trying to help!" i told her as she used out arms to punch him

"that right only you two can!" steven said. thn spinel grabbed him and spun him around to throw him in the air with us following him

"You can make it diffrent! you can make it right! you can make it better! we dont have to fight! you can make an effort, starting with tonight,, 'cuse you can make a change..."

"Just can it wont ya?! you can make everything better by singin' some STUPID SONG!" she formed out hands into a giant fist and punched Steven back down to the injector which is when i unfused with her. "y/n?!" she asked as i went to check on Steven

"oh stars youre alright... i'm sorry... i'm sorry i jumped to conclusions!" i said

:its fine Y/n... its fine" he told me.

"all that stuffs easy for you to say..." spinel mumbled.

"S-spinel, i swear we can do this together." i said.

"when you change, YOU change for the better! when i change... I CANGE FOR THE WORSE!" she shouted speeding towards me only to be stopped by steven's sheild "I USED TO BE JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH, JUST NOT GOOD ENPIGH FOR PINK, JUST NOT GOOD FOR YOU Y/N, BUT NOW... NOW... I'M NOT GOOD AT ALL!" she hit Steven shield several times onr of them cracking the ijector... then started... laughing. "thats funny right? a-at least you two found me entertaining. you actully liked me didnt you? what am i doing?" she asked cryng as i hugged her crying as well "why do i want to hurt you so bad...? i'm supposed to be a friend... i just want to be a friend..."

"youre more than a friend to me..." i wispered into her ear as steven's sheild came down

"spinel" steven wispered as the injector glew. i quickly grabbed onto spinel and steven as he made a bubble around us and the injector blew up.

"Spinny? are you alright?!" i asked looking at her.

"woah..." stevn said looking at the mess we made

"oh... Nononono, what did i do?!" she asked. "i've wrecked erveything!"

"spinel, look at me, this can be easly fixed.are you ok? thats the question." i said putting her face in my hands

"i-i'm fine but what about the poison? what about the planet? what about your happily ever after? what about-?" she asked

"theres no such thig as happily ever after." steven said. "i'm always have more work to do"

"and i'm fine maybe a small scrach on my knee but i'm made of light so i dont care." i said hugging her. "and if its about us, i'm not going anywhere... c'mon up we go now" i said getting up and holding out my hand. she took it

"i'm sorry..." Spinel wispered.

"STEVEN?!" Connie shouted.

"connie?" stevn asked

"Steeevvven!" she said, oviously looking for him "where are you?"

"CONNIE! i'll be right back, really"

"Y/n, i get you may not-" spinel started but i put a hand on her mouth

"ahahaha, no i'm staying with you, i... i always felt bad when i left you to look for pink, i thought i wasnt good enough, then i got reset and corrupted... i alway felt like someone was missing it was you, youre one of MY peices, but i dont want you to worry anymore were together forever got it?" i told her

"as much as i can Y/n..." she smiled. we looked at connie and Steven i guess everyone was coming but i wanted to stay with Spinel, she needs me, and... i think i need her. we started walking away

"i know this place where it can just be you, me... a couple of watermelon stevens.... ok maybe not there." i chuckled

"Spinel, Y/n!" steven Ran towards us. "i really was gonna come back"

"we know" Spinel and i said at the same time.

"then were are you two going?"

"we've got work to do"  i said.

"friedship or me and Y/n's realtionship isnt going to be easy for me, i'm gonna have to work at it. you make me want to try but..." she sighed. "i've already messed up bad with you. i wish i could start from scrach with somebody..."

"Spinel, i-" he was interuppted by the diamonds... WAIT THE DIMONDS?!

"knock knock steven" Blue said

"its us!" tellow siad

"the dimonds?"white said in a matter of fact tone even tough we could oviously tell it was them. "are we interupting something?"

"uh... yeah!" Steven saud as me and spinel hid behinf a peice of metal... i held spinel close to me and tuned out the converstion to look at her then ateven once i knew she felt at least a little safe... i saw steven giving white this, does it look like i beleive that bullsh*t white? face (my personal favrote steven face)

"y/n, SPinel, you both meet the dimonds before right?" steven asked

"NOT like this!" both of us said me pointing to my somewhat currupted state and spinel pointing at their form. we both walke out with one another holging hands" or at least they'd forget i look like this!" i said

"Blue, yellow, white, this is Spinel and Y/n"

"My dimonds...?" we both said as we did the dimond inignia her streching her arms out makeing me giggle slightly

"pink's little playmates?" Yellow asked as White gasped.

"pink's lost tresures... together..." Blue said quietly

"mom left spinel on a floating agaren in space and Y/n was reset during the war." Steven said

"you poor things..." Blue said

"aw it was only 6,00 years, i can do that standig on my head!" spinel said going on her hands and sqeaking her shoes against one another.

"and it felt like only 2 years for me" i chuckled "oh wait... it was because i was reset." i said sarcasicly as yellow laughed.

"its true! 6,00 years and two are nothing! she said laughing "that goofy headstand and sarcasim... i ike these gems." yellow said

"shes adorble and so much like our pink... both of them..." Blue said

"Spinel, G/n< i-" she cleared her throat "steven, since the eartth is so disusting, we'll just take these gems back to homeworld with us and you can stay here"

"You serious?" i asked.

"HUHHH?" Spinel said as i hugged her
