It's actually based off of the Fukase/Len version of "Disturb Manic Girl", one of rerulili's newest songs. And yes, there's a male and female version of this song. The male by Fukase and Len, the female by Miku and GUMI. So far, I don't think there are english subs for it, since it was released eight days ago, I think.
