The next day, everyone is back to school. Branch hadn't went to Poppy's party. He only accepted the invitation to get her to leave him alone. She honestly was a little sad that he didn't come but, she is still happy that he has her invitation. Little did she know it wasn't only one he kept.

Branch is standing on Jack's shoulder as Hiccup and them go into their Life Skills class. They are in same class so walking together while looking out for each other is better than walking alone. Pitch would had probably done something worse to Hiccup or Branch if they were alone.

The Life Skills teacher and his two assistants for the lessons are there. The teacher is an Ogre named Shrek. He is light green in skin tone,large, fat, has small ears that look like trumpets,has brown eyes and has no hair on his head. He is wearing long sleeve white shirt,dull dark brown pants and black loafers. His teaching assistants are grey donkey called literally "Donkey" and a ginger cat known as " Puss in Boots". Puss is wearing black boots,a belt and a black hay with a yellow feather. That's his signature look.

Most of the students are there as Shrek writes something on the plastic white board with blue marker. Donkey has Puss sitting on his back as he won't stop talking about how excited he is about today's lesson. Puss rolls his eyes annoyed by the chatter box. Jack,Hiccup and Branch almost go unnoticed by everyone as they find their seats.

Branch goes by himself to the front row as Hiccup sits in the middle and Jack in the row behind Hiccup. Tooth looks at Jack quietly as he sits next to her. She smiles but, quickly looks away when he turns his head to her. Astrid sits next to Hiccup on his right not paying any attention to him. He quietly tries his best not to stare at her like an lovestruck idiot. Poppy happily pops next to Branch's left almost taking him off guard.

" Hey Branch. Surprised to see me again?", Poppy says happily.

"Poppy,we are stuck in this class together for the whole year since it's a requirement.", Branch says blankly and unhappily.

Then the teacher claps his hands together as he faces the learners. Everyone is sitting and a bunch are talking. Many of them are getting ready for class as the chatter continues. Donkey decides to speak louder than everyone to get the students' attention.

" Now Everybody! Make Sure Ya Got Your Stuff Cause We Are Gonna Have Fun!",Donkey says loudly and excited.

Every student just looks at the teaching assistant for a moment. Most of them are not convinced that the lesson will be fun. Those who didn't have their stuff for school work out quickly did as Donkey said. The room is quiet. Shrek smiles at his students hoping everything will go well.

" Well... Alrighty then. Today we are going to be watching a video as part of your lesson.", Shrek says calmly.

Everyone is quiet as Puss quickly turns off the lights. There is an computer on the teacher's desk which is connected to a projector which Shrek moves. The video starts to play as it shines onto the blank side of the board. Donkey smiles as he puts on 3D glasses even know the video isn't a 3D movie.

" This class is going to be easy. ", an random student whispers to his friends.

Six minutes later... The video ends quickly as Puss turns on the lights and Donkey seemed to have some tears in his eyes. He had probably seen the video like many times so it confused some of the students like Hiccup and Astrid to Branch. Tooth wasn't looking at Donkey since she was a little busy admiring Jack with her eyes.

Tooth has a massive crush on Jack but, he doesn't know that. She and him only talked a couple or more times but, Tooth has seen him in the halls a lot and in their magic class.

" I love a happy ending.", Donkey says to himself.

" How is it you cry everytime you watch that video? ", Puss asks.

" Each of you are going to partner up with the learner next to you and do the first task together. So open your Textbooks to page 10 and read the passages on how to your task quietly among yourselves. ",Shrek says.

Poppy turns her head smiling to Branch who is looking at her. The other troll next to him already is partnered up so he has Poppy. Branch had a feeling that the activity is going to take longer with 'Princess' working with him.

" Oh no...", Branch comments.

Hiccup gets some courage to talk to Astrid. He has a crush on her like Tooth does with Jack. Astrid and Hiccup barely talked to each other in the past but, they know who each other are from class mostly. Hiccup tries his best to not act werid around his crush.

" So I guess we are doing this together...", Hiccup says softly and a little uncomfortable and shy.

" Let's just get started now. We just need to use my Textbook.", Astrid says indifferent.

She quickly opens her text book to the page as Hiccup looked at her feeling awkward for moment. Astrid puts her book between them and starts reading to herself quietly. Astrid is an serious learner who is always getting As and plans to keep it up. She doesn't know much about Hiccup but, if he accidentally starts dragging her down she is not afraid to give a few words to him. Hiccup actually does very well himself. It's just that nobody usually notices,except his teachers.

Tooth tries to calm herself down over the fact that Jack is her partner. She rarely got partnered up with him. The Fairy looked Jack smiling trying not seem like some weird girl or a Fairytale Princess who just met her Prince. Jack opens his textbook to page ten not noticing how Tooth is still admiring him.

" So what side are you going to pick to write notes about?", Jack asks chill.

In that moment the Fairy quickly snaps out of her daze. She hadn't fully heard everything her crush had just said to her. Tooth notices that he is looking at her,has his notebook open which has small seemingly random doodles on a page and his textbook is open and between them.

" Hmmm... How about you just pick one and I'll take the one left?", Tooth says trying to sound netrual.

" Ow! Watch It With The Claws!", Shrek yells in pain at Puss.

" Sorry,Boss.", Puss apologizes.

" What is that hairy ball?", Donkey asks.

Astrid,Hiccup,Branch,Poppy,Jack,Tooth and some other students look at their Teacher and his assistants with a disgusted look. They can see the hairball as Donkey looks at it.

" Welcome to DreamWorks High School...", Hiccup says sarcastically to himself.
