Explaining (Not a Chapter)
Hello everyone! I've got something special that I've thought up when I was sick! So for those who don't know what Dreams of Estorra is, it's a role-play series on youtube. To summarize, it's about a virtual reality game, but the people inside are real.
Sadly, this series has been on a hiatus for a long time, and there are so many things unanswered! So I came up with this story with my own addition and changes with the little information revealed in the series. Here are the changes.
Dreams of Estorra World:
All of the players are now stuck in Estorra, their physical bodies from their world will mix with their game avatar.
They can still do quests, gain Experience, and other stuff too. They don't need to eat or sleep, but they can still feel starvation, pain, fatigue, etc.
When they level up, they gain five Stat Points to distribute to their stats. They also gain a Class Point, where they can spend to unlock a new Class, or strengthen their existing one.
When Adventurers die, they simply respawn with their level reset back to level 1, stats are returned to default, and they lose all of their Classes (Will be explained later). They drop all items on death.
Adventurers can form Raid Parties to tackle hard quests, and the Experience gained is equally divided. This makes them think carefully on how big they want their Raid Party, because too little members won't be enough to complete difficult challenges, and too many members won't make the Experience gain worth it since it has been divided among so many people.
There are dungeons that appear in the world, mostly near populated areas. They are cubical structures that teleport those into another dimension, filled with minions, puzzles, and loot! But unless the dungeon boss is killed, fiends will constantly be attracted to it, and be a danger to the towns the dungeons spawn near.
Once the dungeon is completed, everyone who participated will be teleported out, and the dungeon will disappear. Some dungeons will linger but will not attract fiends, but they can spawn new monsters inside and will constantly need Adventurers to clear it out again unless they want fiends to invade.
Here is the basic player profile.
Player Profiles: A way for players, and others, to see their stats and progress. Here's the default at level 1
[Name] Species: Level: 1 Job: Class: (1)
HP: 1000 MP: 1000 SP: 1000 Experience: (0/Level x 1 million)
{Power: 10 /Vitality: 10/Intelligence: 10/Magic Potency: 10}
Stat Points: 5 per level up Class Points: 1 per level up
HP: Health Points, pretty self explanatory; when it reaches zero, the player dies.
MP: Magic Points, only available for classes that use magic.
SP: Stamina Points, only available for classes that use physical abilities
Power: Determines physical prowess, and increases SP by a hundred per point.
Vitality: Determines HP bar, increases HP by a hundred per point.
Intelligence: Determines grasping of knowledge and memorization, increases MP by a hundred per point.
Magic Potency: Increases power of skills.
Job: Doing certain actions will earn you gold (depending on your Job), and will earn a certain amount of gold over a period of time.
Classes: They can allow you to do certain actions more effectively, but you will have to learn the action itself. If they want to be good at fire magic, they will have to learn a fire magic skill. As the character levels up, they can put their Class Points into a new Class, and gain new passive skills, or strengthen their existing one and gain new skills for that Class and strengthen existing skills.
Skill will not have a level to increase, but passive abilities that enhance the player's actions. These abilities have a cost of either SP or MP, and the potency of the ability, and the cost of using them, will increase as you put more Class Points into the corresponding Class.
New Classes are unlocked by putting a Class Point into a Class, and will related to the Class you've invested in along with your physical actions. They will be represented with L[(Name of Class)]
There is are secret Classes that are unique to each user. They will be represented with U[(Name of Class)], these DO NOT disappear when the player respawns, but will not have any Class Points on them until applied. And the user will have to do an 'Class Advancement' quest to get new set of skills, as putting Class Points won't be enough as they only get a few.

Now here is what I'm really excited about: I need OC's, but I will have a little contest. You see, during this story, there will be a LOT of dungeons, and I take writing other people's OC's seriously.
Now during these dungeons, there will be many fights, but you decide how your OC will fight with a little system I've come up with.
It will be on the If-Then system. If (Name of event), then (write how your OC will respond). For example: If my OC sees my allies outnumbered, then I will leave them to die while I get the loot. Another example: If the boss is charging at me, then I will dodge out of the way.
But the twist, is that you will only be allowed to use THREE If-Then commands, and you won't know what will be inside the dungeon, or the boss for that matter. These commands determine if your OC dies, and when they respawn, they become useless to a point where you'll be replaced by another OC! (Hopefully they'll be wiser.)
Don't worry, you can send me another OC request, but it has to be different. And you have to make you If-Then commands realistic, because, for example, you can't use magic when you don't have the right Class.
The longer your OC survives, I'll give them another If-Then command, depending on feedback.
So if you want your OC in this story, then they will be level 5, and send me a forum on my message board on my profile following the layout I made for a character's profile. Here's an example of what a level 5 character would look like, after distributing their Stat and Class Points.
[Bobby] Species: Human Level: 5 Job: Bartender Class: Bard (1), Mage (4)
HP: 1500 MP: 2000 Experience: (0/5,000,000)
{Power: 10 /Vitality: 15/Intelligence: 20/Magic Potency: 20}
Stat Points: 0 Class Points: 0
See how the Bard, a magic Class, doesn't have the SP in their profile? If this guy had the Warrior or Rouge Class, then they would have SP instead of MP. And since he's level 5, he get's five Class Points as he already put one into Bard, and the rest into the Mage Class.
You can get a physical Class and a magic one too, but it will make it harder for you to decide to distribute your points since you will have to worry about SP and MP.
But that's all, and I'm only going to accept three or four OC's because I want to fine tune this pseudo role-play I've started. But do not post your OC request in the comments, maybe my inbox, but please post it on my message board, and follow the rules. That's all I ask.
