This is the evil Bewilder Beast that Drogo Bludfist enslaves to help build his dragon army. Hiccup defeats him and Toothless becomes alpha. Fun fact, if you pay attention this alpha can be seen in How to Train Your Dragon 3 when the camera shows all of the dragons assembled in "The Throne Room" as I call it.
