"Arya just stop calling him that.
He is not your Dadda you know that" her upbraiding gaze over Neil while speaking to Arya who is in his arms. The moment he came inside her house he pulled Arya in his arm as soon as he walked to Neil.

Holding Arya in his arms he turned him away facing Avni. Neil pressed softly Arya by his neck against his shoulder so that he couldn't see the gestures Avniel would be going to share next. Ofcourse this little exchange of words between two would not be pleasing.

"I'll be his Dadda soon" saying in a deep determined tone followed by an amused smirk he winked at Avni, then passed over her carrying Arya. Arya gave a sheepish smile in response to his Dadda's words for his Mom.
Absolutely ignoring her presence Neil waltzed towards the hallway, talking to Arya.

He knows Avni is throwing daggers through her glares at his back.

A car screech sound followed by Arya's calling her, halted in front of a gate. Avni opened her eyes being winched by Arya's few more shake on her arm. letting out a loud gasp, she got broke out of her small nap.

Her eyes fluttered glancing around, being abruptly gotton up. Avni tried to take in the environment where she is. Squinting her eyes looking around Avni immediately realised.
The reverie was so livid that a sigh of relief came out of her mouth when she is out of it. Her heart still pounding heavily inside her ribcage in reaction the dream her subconscious self has witnessed just now.

"Mom you are looking really tired...you were asleep...I have been trying to get you up since we are five minutes away to reach" Arya looked concerned staring at his Mom.

Chucking by his words on the other side NeelaMa unlocked the car door and shoved her steps off the car.

Avni stretched her body before stepping outside, inwardly she felt relief, thought it was one of her bad Dreams.

But leaving her confused her face flushed by the last word she has seen Neil had said to her in that small nap of her she has fallen into traveling to her home back .

"I'll be his Dadda soon" it's keep echoing faintly in her brain.

As soon as Avni stepped in her gaze collided with her Mamma. She hesitantly averted her eyes away. God knows why she is feeling fidgety looking into her mom's eyes.

"Mom you freshen up...I'll call Lisa" pulling her bag over her shoulder she said moving to keep the trolley aside, that the driver has put before taking his fare and he left.

*The day next Avniel parted*

"Did you see it...that khadus" the first girl said taking off her gaze away at the advancing Neil towards his cabin.

"What happened now" another girl answered nonchalantly gathering together all those scattered files on her table.

"No no I have seen something else.. definitely" she kept muttering under her breath and then took her seat.

"what are you blabbering since last 15minutes" that girl asked pausing her work being interrupted by her colleague next table.

"That khadus..." She was cut off by a guy passed her a pendrive from opposite side leaning against her desk.

"Guys did you notice!! I mean that what we saw..." another guy peeped his face a bit from another desk aside them. He is also surprised, shocked, confused all together by the view they have witnessed right then before their boss walked inside his room.

"I have loads of work today guys...
please end it fast" she requested the people around her to give it a full stop after explaining it faster so that she could resume her work soon.

"Khadus smiled...that means I saw it correct" another girl widening her eyes said pulling her back seated on the swing chair close to them.

The second girl twirled her head around at everyone then bring it at the guy standing close to her few steps away. Her eyes shot bigger looking at them.

"What!!"

"Is that so!!" She asked unbelievably roaming her eyes at all of them one more time.

"That's what we are saying" the first girl stated getting confirmation from the people around now.

"He smiled replying, our goodmorning wish today...Since my 3years of working experience in this place" the second guy confirmed.

"Mine four"

Everyone ranted their work experience time span in khanna Industry.

"I'm saying you guys something very extraordinary has happened to him or he caused to someone else in that wedding ceremony..." one of them stated in a determined tone that made everyone's eyes shot at that person.

"Don't tell me you are suspecting this khadus has fallen for someone" first girl made a constricted face staring at them in panic.

"I don't know but people like khadus smile only for two reasons. When they fall in love with a person they ever expected. Or if they have treated someone it should have been from his side justified to the person they hate"

"Uss ladki ka to phuti kismat bey" the boy from the desk somewhere behind scoffed in a chuckle following him other in response the same.

"Nahiiiii.... mera crush hai bey" the first girl exclaimed dramatically making a fake cry face.

"Aeylo crush hua bhi to kissey" the second girl rolled her eyes and everyone chuckled before having a cold glare from Ms.Abraham Neil's P.A coming back to her seat meeting Neil in his cabin.

Later They shared a good laugh altogether on this topic during their lunch time in canteen.

*The evening same day*

"Mom give your pH I'll call Dadda....I have promised, I'll call him around this hour" Arya stood leaning to her bed his eyes straight at his Mom Avni.

"Don't call him that Arya" Avni sighed pulling down her laptop screen slightly she gave a stern face to Arya standing beside her with a pout.

"Dadda ask me to call him by that...and Mom you are being so demanding these days..." Arya said searching the pH and when he found it finally on the table next he immediately rushed taking it out of the room next towards his own without waiting for Avni to say him anything in response to his words he said. Avni kept the pH on the bedside table in her room before she freshen up coming back home wrapping the day off Institute. Along with NeelaMa Avni having the evening tea inside her bedroom instead being downstairs in hallway.

"See, Look at my baby...Now you happy!!" glaring at running Arya out her room she landed her angry gaze at her mother sitting on a chair few steps away her. While NeelaMa silently sip her tea in a amused smile avoiding to get into longer eye contact with her daughter.

"I'm here in your cabin since around last 20 minutes... you haven't yet spiled out your reason behind calling me in another most crucial hour of the day... Even though I told you to wait until, atleast let me end my day early but you didn't, you said something very urgent, I need to reach you right now. And as obvious I have come leaving my all those important rendezvous at my office back there within this hour....now will you tell me the fucking reason of yours, calling me here in your office!! Or you will keep drinking coffee some more few cups before I stood up and leave your cabin right now" Ali scowled, then snapped harshly scrutinizing every move his Friend has made sitting in his leather covered chair leaning against it since last half an hour Ali is watching him. Sometimes Neil would get off rubbing his temple, then hitting his fingers impatiently on his desk last few seconds, shoved his hand through his hair roughly few times. And lastly he has finished 4cups of stirring coffee, before ordering the 5th one if Ali wouldn't have warned him then.

"Nope wait...wait" his voice slowed down. Neil shut his eyes in huge difficulty and then said in a hesitant voice " I met Avni Mehta" he opened his eyes straight at Ali sitting on the couch opposite to him. In response Ali's forehead creased slightly and he motioned through his eyes as if he is asking him where he met her and what the big deal of that meeting her "So" he made it in a word next moment pulling his shoulder upward slightly threw a questionable gaze at Neil.

Neil gulped hard and continued
"IIII'm missing her" somehow saying this he averted his gaze away he bit his lips being nervous thinking how he will Ali take this info from his friend all of a sudden. And that it is about the girl he used to get irritated the most in their last University semister year, who knew it better than him.
Neil felt uneasy immediately under Ali's gape at him the second he ended.

"Wait... everything is going over my head" Ali licked his bottom lip, his eyes were frantically searching Neil's face. He took some of his long breaths in astonishment.

"Are you sure you are talking about the same Avni Mehta!!" He paused holding his exhales and Neil let out a deep breath nodding in agreement shut his eyes and then reopened.

"didn't you hate her!!! I mean you disliked the girl most since last few years you have met any other female creature till now!!" Ali wasn't much curious than being more confused staring at Neil.

"That was the past... a worst past indeed..." Neil stood up his seat his steps halted reaching to the huge glass wall at his left through which the panoramic city view is much clearer than any other cabin in his office apart from his dad Prakash Khanna, as his office is just another floor down the same row of this building so he also have the same pattern cabin room while his is slightly different. Neil is just a floor higher away him.

"but now everything has changed...there grew something stronger yet a strange emotion inside me towards her during these days staying in same place with her amidst our relatives...and that led me to want her in my life anyhow....I really need her man..." He completed, turned to Ali with his face all worked up as if he is some pain.

"if you have way out to reach her then go to her and say it" Ali said in a tone in such a way that he is in some spell by some warlock who does magic, hypnotise people in a very short time. He in a same state listening to his words when Neil turned himself towards him.

"How would I..." He took a deep breath before he started speaking again.
"She hates me still. Since that incident in canteen had happened between us. And the day we had last seen eachother, if I add. Or how many days as such I don't know" he clutched his hair on the back side of his head for some seconds pulling down his hands being painfully frustrated. His slightly glassy eyes with all emotions halted at Ali who is still on his seat.

"Dude dude.... wait a minute, let me inhale atleast" Ali immediately paused reaching him he held both Neil's shoulders.

"Seems Neil khanna finally has grown something too intense....do you!!" Ali looked right into his eyes he smiled. And in reply Neil just gave him a humurless chuckled.

"Something like, you may say if this is the exact word defines what I'm going through leaving her there some few hours back" he heaved a long sigh in between a sad smile.

"Tell me the whole thing Buddy..." Ali leaned against the wall at the end of the glass wall facing his best friend he crossed his arms over his chest waiting to have the entire detail from Neil.

"You know what I so knew it....there was always something could have happened between you two...it was so obvious looking at both of you...but you know what destiny rather prefer doing things with us unpredictable, also unplanned... that's the beauty of being human, the most imotional living creatures in this universe" this is the exclamation from his side Neil got the second he let him know the whole incident, meeting Avni so many years later from begin till the last day they parted. He told him every incidents he had with Avni including Aryan's calling him
Dadda the day before his departure.

Yet strong if you cover that particular cord of intensity away your like.
So the fact is if you really want to be with her in your life ; wish her to see beside you always, then You have to listen to your heart...and you know better what exactly it want you to do right now..." Ali furrowed his gaze at the end of his statement and in reply Neil gave another nod taking a sigh averting his thoughtful gaze.

"And you know what as rarely as always this time my heart and mind is in the same track" a genuine smile appeared on his lips relaxing him internally made Ali mimicked his action in return.

"Thank you buddy" Neil leaned on his seat relaxingly.

"Any time...my pleasure Mr khadus turned into a cute Dadda and soon to be...!!"now His incomplete sentence caused Neil khanna flushed a bit.

"Hey don't call me cute or those gooey shits and all" Neil cleared his throat trying to hide the uneasiness by Ali's scooted brow at his tinted face.

"Okay...now don't tell me you are expecting me to call you lovable" Ali snapped back narrowing his eyes in a smirk. This made Neil stiffened his eyes in sudden.

"How...
I mean what did you just say!!" A frown appeared into Neil's gaze staring at Ali.

"I said that you heard" Ali gave an another smirk.

"Rea had told you right!!" Neil stared at him in furrow.

"I didn't know Rea was in so much love with you that she used to show her feelings tagging you with such beautiful titles. Start with Nakcharah for example!!" Ali made an innocent face and next moment released a light chuckle earning Neil's reply in attempt to throw something on Ali off his desk in front instantly .

The ambience inside his cabin transformed into their small laughing session.

I haven't gained some vast knowledge knowing the equation between like and love ; but I could only state that this hate and love holds the same intensity if you seperate them into two different extreme human emotions specifically.

It could be loved a person we hated ever.
Same as, we could fall for a person twice with much intensity than before you had have.
And the last but not the least we can never hate the person we ever loved. Your heart will always wrench beating faster thinking the person you had fallen for.
Doesn't matter if any respect or feelings still left or not there in your heart for the person anymore; you will always end up bleeding your heart recalling those moments you had fallen for.

It's complicated right!!

Emotions were never been so simple either dear!! Its beautiful being unexplained, sometimes impenetrable.
