Ibuki didn't get a visit from Chi Chi that day. She stood up from her bed and ran her fingers through her hair, yawning. She began to walk over to the lobby to get some food today instead of eating some at her place. As she ate, she noticed Togami entering the room. Her face lit up with excitement and she rushed over to him.
"Good morning!" She chirped happily and hugged him. Togami smiled and ruffled her hair. She giggled and tried to pull him over to where she was sitting. The two sat down and began to eat together. But a question had been annoying Ibuki since last night. "Hey, uh, Ibuki was wondering...." Ibuki started and looked up at Togami. "Is Ibuki getting...annoying?"
Togami's eyes widened and he frowned. "Annoying? Ibuki, your not annoying. What made you think you were?" He asked and Ibuki looked away. "W-well it's just... Ibuki feels like Ibuki is just too clingy and too loud sometimes..." She said and liked away from Togami and back down at her plate of food.
"Ibuki. Don't ever think your too clingy or too loud. Your outgoing. That's what makes you, you. Your perfect Ibuki. Your outgoing personality is what makes people so comfortable to talk to you!" Togami exclaimed and realized how he was breaking character. He quickly looked back down at his food and fixed his glasses.
Ibuki looked up at Togami in shock. Then she smiled and continued to eat. "It's just, your so perfect, that Ibuki doesn't feel worthy enough to have someone like you around Ibuki...." She said and Togami chuckled.
"Your more perfect then me. If you knew who I was and my life, you would realize how much you surpass me when it comes to being perfect." Togami stated. "Besides, nobody is perfect." Ibuki nodded her head in agreement.
Ibuki and Togami both had a nice chat and finished eating. But as she was saying her goodbye, Togami surprised her with something. "Oh, and before we depart, I never responded to you saying that you were in love with me..." He said and Ibuki blushed. "H-hey it's fine!" Ibuki said nervously and tried to hide her blush. As she was freaking out she felt Togami's lips touch her forehead and her face went bright red. "W-what..?!"
"I was going to say, I love you too." He said and Ibuki smiled, kissing him on the cheek. Togami knew what he was doing was wrong. Making a relationship with the person he never was. But he loved Ibuki. And soon, he would show his true self to her. Knowing Ibuki, she would still love him....hopefully.
