(Connor's POV)

                      When I first hanged out with Soren and Bobby, I didn't quiet understand what traditions in the States. I know when my mother and father used to live in the States, there some kind of holiday in October. It wasn't Sarah's birthday... It was something else... This day took place after we meet the Trainers, Runners Ninjas, and Wielders. I was with Soren and Bobby since Jay and Jack went back to their homes for the holidays. We were hanging out in Soren's room and playing video games. I was playing Pokemon HeartGold. Soren and Bobby were playing Super Smash Brothers Brawl. I heard Bobby cursing, so I am assuming Soren just got the smash ball. I looked up from my DS and saw Soren using Ike to destroy Bobby's Kirby. It was pathetic really.

"Gah! I'll get you for this next time Soren!" Bobby threatened.

"Relax. I just got the Smash Ball. You'll beat me next time" Soren reassured our friend as they were preparing to select another character.

"Hey, guys, is there a holiday in the States involving costumes and tricks?" I asked them as I closed my DS.

"You mean, Halloween?" Soren asked as he picked Marth.

"What does someone do on that Holiday?" I asked them curiously as Bobby chose Meta Knight.

"Play tricks and get candy while dressing up as someone" Bobby answered as he fought Soren in Smash.

So, I could basically get away with pulling any of my pranks?! Why don't we have this holiday in Italy?! It sounds like so much fun!

"You seriously do that?!" I asked them.

"Yeah" Soren answered as he was too focused on the game.

If the both of them took time to think about this, they would realize what I was going to do afterwards. I ran out of the room with my DS while I tapped my commlink and tossed out Espeon.

"Espeon, we will make this the best Halloween!" I declared as I ran back to my room.

I dramatically opened my closet to take my book of pranks, I took a cape, red shirt, devil horns, and classy black pants with matching shoes. I was ready to trick everyone! However, as I was about to pull tricks on people, the keyhole opened! Kai landed on the ground with a sigh as he looked up and examined my outfit for the evening.

"Do I even want to know why?" he asked annoyed a bit.

"I wanted to prank Soren and Bobby. There is this holiday called Halloween. You can pull pranks while dressing up! You may even find candy!" I explained to him excitedly.

Kai thought about this and said "Oh, this sounds kind of like the Day of the Departed. Wait, did you say you were going to prank Soren?"

"Yes!" I answered him.

"I want in" Kai said seriously.

Oh, this was going to be the best Halloween ever! I ran to the school's science lab while carrying my book of pranks. I took some acid, soap, baby powder, and a few buckets.

"What will this do?" Kai asked concerned.

"Well, did you ever want to make glue by using your hands some supplies at home?" I asked him as I turned to page five of my book.

"No, not at all" he answered me.

"Well, right now, get two black and white sheets. Find some poles as well" I ordered him.

Once I finished making the needed ingredients and went near Soren's room, I laid out the traps. This was going to be great! I placed a few cameras around as Kai was in position. I sat behind a couch with Espeon.

"Now, use Psychic on the lights. Make it flicker on and off" I said while suppressing a laugh.

Espeon's gem lit up as the lights began to flicker. This was going to be good as I held a camera.

(3rd POV)

As the lights began to flicker on and off, Soren and Bobby paused the game.

"What's going on?" Soren asked as he looked around the area.

"I don't know, but we should probably check this out" Bobby said as he exited the room.

A bucket of water fell on him! Bobby let out a scream as he began to shiver! Soren was laughing at him as he walked over to his friend.

"Who the heck did that?!" Bobby shouted annoyed.

Soren stepped out of his room and slipped! He fell into a pile of goo. Soren stood up and looked at the green slim all over him!

"What is this?!" Soren asked as he tried to get the goo off him.

Before Bobby could answer, the duo heard a loud laugh! They looked around for the source of the laugh, but they couldn't find the source of the laugh! Soren summoned his Kingdom Key and began to look around while Bobby held his wand out. Soren cautiously walked down the hallway while Bobby was guarding the door. Soren was slowly walking down the hallway while Kai was hiding behind some plants. Once Kai saw Soren's back, Kai jumped out of the plants and let out a terrifying scream! Soren screamed as he turned around to find a ghost behind him! Soren ran past the ghost and went back to his room! He crashed into Bobby and landed on the ground.

"What's wrong?" Bobby asked unamused.

"There was a ghost!" Soren shouted in a panic.

Bobby rolled his eyes as he decided to check it out. He walked towards the ghost as he held his wand close to him. He wasn't scared of anything. Connor knew this really well. He decided to make Bobby suffer by using his pranks! As Bobby was searching for the ghost, he stepped on something wet. He groaned as he tried to pull his foot off the ground, but he couldn't move it! Bobby kept trying to pull his foot out of the ground while Kai made sure his ghost hood covered him. He laughed as he ran towards Bobby and pushed him towards the wall. A bucket of glue and feathers fell from the celling and covered Bobby in glue and then feathers! Bobby was groaning in pain as he walked back to Soren. He really wanted to get the feathers off of him.

"AH!" Soren shouted in a panic as he saw Bobby coming towards him.

Soren held up his keyblade and prepared to fight him while Bobby held his wand up! As Soren charged at him with the keyblade, Bobby tackled Soren down the stairs! The duo fell down the stairs and landed in the commons. When they heard footsteps coming, the duo looked up and saw Connor, who wore his costume. He was chuckling as he approached the duo.

"BOO!" he shouted as he Espeon used "Nightmare" to create their worst fears.

However, it was just Soren screaming when he saw himself alone without his friends. He was holding himself while Bobby sat up. Bobby wasn't afraid of anything really. He saw his chance and tackled Connor to the ground! Bobby removed the mask and saw Connor's face! Connor was laughing at his friends in their misery.

"Trick or treat!" Connor said with a laugh.

Bobby's eye twitched as he heard what Connor said. He got off his friend. Connor sat up rolling in laughter. Espeon removed her "Nightmare" over Soren. Soren looked around and saw Connor laughing.

"Why are you laughing?! Something out there tried to kill us!" Soren shouted in a panic.

Connor was now rolling laughter as Bobby explained "He was pulling a trick on us"

Soren made his keyblade disappear as he just stared at Connor. Kai entered the room while laughing. He couldn't believe this was happening.

"Wait, then why are you here and why did you help him!?" Soren asked Kai.

"I came to check on you. Nya and I finished celebrating the Day of the Departed. Then I helped Connor prepare for his pranks, because I wanted to get back at Jay" Kai explained while Soren was just shocked.

Bobby sighed as he stared at Connor. Bobby waved his wand over Connor and put him to sleep. Connor was soon fast asleep. Bobby turned his attention to Soren.

"We are not telling him about April Fool's Day" Bobby said seriously as he walked back to his room, "Happy Halloween"

Soren just nodded as he went back to his room. Kai just rolled his eyes and carried Connor back to his room. Kai placed Connor in his bed.

"Night Connor. Happy Halloween" Kai said as he went back to Ninjago.
