A new school, what could be more nerve racking than that? I was placed in a new boarding school, because I was being bullied the last school I went to. I was really nervous about meeting my classmates if I went to this school. I was taken to a classroom and I saw a bunch of kids running around in the classroom with books, pencils, and papers.

The teacher taking me to the class looked at me and then asked me a serious question "Do you believe in magic?"

I was a bit confused by that and I answered nervously "I-I do"

The teacher smiled and said to the students "You may continue your regular classes"

The kids cheered and they took their wands and the classroom was filled with all sorts of colors and the kids were doing assignments much faster now. I was amazed. I was born with magical powers and my parents knew that and my sister also had powers too. I took out my wand. My wand was made of vines and leaves and the wand look like a tree branch with a pink flower on the end. Everyone was busy and I sat down in a desk. I felt warm on one side and then I looked my left side and saw a dark-skinned girl with dark brown hair with glasses on and she was making a fireball. I remember learning that spell a few months ago.

"Hi, I'm Hiba. I am going to show you around today" she said to me in a kind manner when she noticed me at the corner of her eye.

That startled me and I nodded. She stopped making her spell and then we shook hands. A boy sat next to me and he began to do a worksheet in math.

"What's your name?" I asked him in a shy manner.

He didn't respond and then Hiba tapped his shoulder. He looked up and then at her and me.

"What?" he asked.

"She wants to know your name" explained Hiba as she pointed to me.

"Oh! I'm Clayton!" he said to me in a happy manner.

I smiled at him. He was nice. Unlike my old school, the boys were really mean to me. They picked on me for liking Pokémon, Sonic the Hedgehog, Ninjago, Kingdom Hearts, and Skylanders, heck, they even picked on me because I looked fat to them! It made me mad at them and the worst part of that, I wasn't allowed to use my magic. The school wasn't a magic school like this one, so I couldn't use my magic. I got picked on and picked on again! I didn't want to stand up for myself, because I didn't think it would make a difference. My parents knew I was being picked on and they tried to get the kid to stop picking on me, but that only made the bullying worse. I felt very hopeless. I finally stood up for myself but cursing at him. However, I was the one who got in trouble. I was crying for a week straight and my parents felt very sad. My dad decided to take me to another school and my mother brought me to the school today. Clayton saw I was staring into space. He glanced at Hiba and then at me.

"Hey, Nina are you ok?" he asked me.

I woke up from my flashback and then I nodded at him with a smile. He smiled back at him and then I saw three boys running around the classroom chasing each other.

"Give that back Connor!" shouted a short boy.

"No one! Not until you battle me in a Pokémon Battle!" shouted Connor in a cocky manner.

He was short and he had brown hair and eyes. I saw another boy tackle him down. He was two inches higher than him and he pinned Connor down which stunned me. He had a brown hair that curved to one side and then he had eyes too.

"Give it back!" he said as he was panting.

Connor sighed and he let go of a pokeball. I smiled in joy when I saw that. The people here actually like Pokémon! I walked over to them and Connor returned the pokeball to the short boy.

Connor noticed me and then he introduced "Hey I'm Connor. That's Jack the guy who tackled me, and that's Bobby!"

I waved at them and when I looked at Jack and Connor, I could tell that we would be good friends and the strangest thing is, I wrote about a Connor and Jack in my notebook. What a coincident! Hiba then showed me around the school. On the way to lunch, I took out my put my purple notebook on the table and then I followed Hiba to the lunch line. When I came back to the table, I saw a boy with somewhat spikey brown hair and with blue eyes. He was reading my notebook! I began to tremble as I walked over to him. He sat down and began to read my notebook even more! I ran over to him and took the notebook away from him! He looked surprised and then at me.

He smiled warmly at me and then he said "I'm sorry for reading your notebook. It just looked interesting to me and I couldn't help it but read it! Sorry!"

I looked amazed at him and then he continued to say "Oh and I am Soren! And you are?"

I said calmly "I'm Nina"

He smiled at me and then I sat down. He pulled out his blue journal and then I looked at it, opened it, and I gasped! He was writing the same thing I was writing! The strangest thing was that my exact name was in the book.

"Hey, this is what I am writing!" I shouted in amazement which made everyone look at me.

Soren took my arm and pulled to my chair.

"How did you know my name?" I asked him in shock.

He looked confused and he then looked at my name that he wrote, and he said "Wait, your name is Nina Finnen?! I thought I just made the name up"

"Wait is your name Soren Alexander Alheart?"

"Yeah, why?"

"I thought I made the name, but you are in my notebook too!"

We were both shocked.

"Who else is in your book?" I asked.

"Um well you, me, Alex Ja, Sarah Frederick, Jack Del, Connor Davi, Jodi Sarno, Jiwon Kim, Ben Steph, Jay King, Mary Neuman, and Nerissa Finnen" he answered.

"Wait those people are all in my book too! And how do you know about my little sister?!"

"I seriously didn't know that! This is weird"

"Yeah"

We laughed and he and Hiba showed me around the whole school after lunch. Later on, I got picked up from school and my mom asked me if I liked this.

"Yeah. I feel like something amazing will happen if I go to the school. I want to go here!" I said joyfully.
